Wouldn't tow my family and I from side of road because it was on Indian reservation. I wouldn't recommend people like that, will never do business with them

Totally based his price on the appearance of my vehicle , called before hand for a somewhat unusual request although extremely easy task with the right tools and equipment which is why I needed someone else to do it. I don't mind paying for those things and I understand they buy these to perform tasks others cannot but he totally quoted me a reasonable price and once he saw the vehicle he automatically assumed I had money a more than doubled the cost which I believe is thievery, but I was stuck out in the field and unable to get back before he closed and had to pay over the phone which made it even easier for him to take advantage. Will definitely never use him again nor anyone that I talk toService: General repairs & maintenance

So it's true. This is a small town. That being said, not only does this company tow, recover and repair... they also happen to assist with lockouts! I can't tell you how many times they've dropped everything to help me get into my van when my dog locked herself in.... Well okay it happened twice. That's how many times.To have a company in our area that goes out of their way during a person's emergency is priceless. I understand that things may seem expensive when the bill comes due, but in your time of emergency did they drop their personal life to help you?These are people that go out of their way to help members of their community. A small business isn't easy. We're also 33 miles from Dickinson so it's an important thing to bare in mind. :)Ed has always been nothing but professional, kind, courteous and patient. If ever there's a problem, speak with him about it. I guarantee he'll go out of his way to figure it out!An understanding business that cares about their customers is difficult to come by. I have never dealt with anyone but Ed Ledesma, I can say that his customer service is impeccable. I highly recommend them for repairs and vehicle lockouts.They'll help you and if they're not able to assist they'll point you to someone who can. Dont go here! I was charged 1,700$ for pretty basic work. When i first brought the truck to them it was barely running. They did get it running within a couple days of having it, and I was honestly impressed by how quickly they got it running. However when I got the final bill I about flipped! Charged me 4 hours labor at 80$ per hour to weld the exhaust pipe back together? It was only cut in one spot. $400 for storage, A list of other bs charges, my advice is save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I just want to give a big shout out to 4 Aces. They always take care of my vehicle issues even if I do own a Ford. They are friendly and caring and do an amazing job to make sure you are up and running. You can't beat there prices or their bedside manner when it comes to this small town shop with a really big heart!! Thank you so much Ed, Steph and Troy for everything you do. I highly recommend 4Aces Towing and recovery for your vehicle needs! Keep up the good work guys!

Charged 700.00 for 20 mile unloaded eighteen wheeler tow, sent two rigs and drivers where one would have been adequate. Also refused to quote a price or give an estimate of cost beforehand.

This guy is rude, he does not have the proper equipment, and very arguementive. I would not recommend them to anyone and I wish I could find someone to report him too.

Said one price and got there and wanted more didn't have ideal when he towed and very rude with us

This place says it's open on Sunday, but it's not. I called for emergency assistance but the guy who answered the phone said he couldn't help because it was Sunday. False advertising!
