The sales department is good. The service department leaves a lot to be desired. Typically takes two to three weeks to get in for repair service, which isn't always their fault. Oil change can take up to that long as well but usually faster. The biggest problem I have had is getting in touch with someone in service. Most recently I had called three times and left three messages over a two week period, never did get a return call. Finally I just called repeatedly in a single day, on the fourth try I was able to get in touch with someone. Some repairs I have had felt more like parts changing than diagnosed issues. One example is the transfer case in my pickup wouldn't shift and it drove like it was in four low. I put it on jack stands myself and put it in drive and it was still in two wheel drive. I got it in there, they said it needed a shift motor. I said okay put one in and they did. They called me back and said they tried to calibrate the new shift motor but it kept failing, so they said I need a new transfer case now. That seemed like text book parts changing to me. I informed them how I felt and said I would fix it myself.

I am super satisfied with all of you at Wilhelms. We ran across a minor problem with my tires and you all immediately helped me take care of it . One of the fastest fixes I've EVER had. Super blessed to have Johnny as my salesman I knew he would get me a vehicle that was reliable and safe for my daughter and I. I have never purchased anything from the dealership before having purchased the car. I have found that everyone there are excellent and very friendly. You can expect to see more of us meaning me and my wife at your dealership

We are stuck in town because our car was having some trouble issues and we are still two hours from home. We took the car in and they say they are booked and wouldn t even look at it or give us a time that they could. Not helpful at all.

We made the trip from Wisconsin for some job interviews here in Jamestown and we got a flat tire on our Subaru and the guy in the parts department was extremely helpful and nice. We were looking for just one used tire and instead of turning us away for not having a Chevy vehicle or not being a customer he not only double checked their stock of their used tires he called several places and shops in the surrounding area looking for a tire for us. He saved us a lot of money and time so that we were able to make it back home to Wisconsin.

I had just mentioned I was interested in a new vehicle if they had one on the lot or not and I was told there was one just exactly what I wanted and the next day I had a call with numbers so I stopped in Saturday and made the deal. Very efficient and answered all my questions. I feel like wilhelms have always been very good to me and I appreciate that so muchI like to shop local when I can. Thanks very much

Worked with Brett at wilhems twice and he was awesome to work with both times!! They just delivered our new car which is awesome of them being we don't live close. I will definitely be working with them again and recommend them to my friends! Honest and straight forward car dealers are rare! These guys really knock it out of the park

Johnny is one of the nicest guys I ve ever met, and he decided to be a car sales guy. Johnny was very friendly, and found my wife and I a truck that suited our exact needs, at the price we wanted to pay. Ask for Johnny, you won t regret it! 10/10!

We had a collision in our 2010 hyundai santa fe, and the insurance company is giving us a nice check to use for another car. We went to wilhelms to see what they could do for us. They had us test drive a 2014 GMC Acadia. We LOVED it! We went to do the paperwork and had them go over the carfax with us. I noticed that it said there was a recall on it. I brought it to our salesmans attention, and he shrugged it off saying that it wasnt important. I asked for more information on it, and come to find out it is what they call a stop sale, meaning illegal to sell it without fixing it. Its a piece of the airbag that explodes and causes the airbag to deploy without reason. After bringing this to thier attention they said they would call us the next morning after they found out if it could be fixed instead they called us to let us know they didnt want to work with us at all! Very rude. They had a 2011 hyundai santa fe within our affordability and didnt even let us look at it. It feels that because I caught them trying to sell us an unsafe vehicle they didnt want anything to do with us after that. Very rude, very unprofessional, and a waste of my time. I will never go there again.

AWESOME CAR DEALER! Brett is one of the nicest car sales guy I've ever met. Me and my mom and dad got 2 vehicles a 2015 Chevy Tahoe LTZ and a 2019 Chevy Suburban 1500 LT. Brett helped us big time by driving to edgeley at the cenex and we got both our cars. One word for this place: AWESOME!

What an amazing experience we had with our salesperson, Brett. I found my DREAM vehicle on Carfax at Wilhelm s in Jamestown. When we found the vehicle, we happened to be driving down interstate 94 and were about 30 minutes from Jamestown. It was right at closing time. I called and asked if he could stay so we could look at the vehicle. He gladly accommodated us and showed us the beautiful vehicle. We figured out a win - win to make the deal happen. We told him we would be coming back through the following day. He worked some magic, got an access cover installed on the box, got all the paperwork done and again came back in after hours and we finished the deal and drove away with a gorgeous truck. He even filled the tank with fuel. It was the best experience ever in buying a vehicle. Well done Brett!

This was my second experience with Wilhelm and both times I left happy. My car was broken down so Ron Schauer came and picked me up. He was there within 15 minutes and greeted me with a great smile. On the ride to the shop he was kind, comedic, and courteous. He helped me shop around and I felt no pressure through the process. He worked fot my business. Though it did take some figuring he got me a deal that was best for me. I look forward to seeing him again.

Johnny was exceptional. I stopped in on Tuesday in my work clothes and was ignored by other sales reps. I approached Johnny and he couldn t have been any more accommodating. It was awesome. I told him what I was looking for and it just happened to be on the show room floor. I told him I couldn t purchase that day , but I would bring my wife here on Saturday and said if it s gone please let me know. To my surprise he told me he would hold it for me until Saturday. Unbelievable I still didn t believe it and sure enough the car was there on Saturday ready for test drive. We bought the car . The best car buying experience of my life. Johnny is awesome. I just wish I needed more cars because I would definitely buy from Johnny. By the way first GM car and so far we love it.

Great experience dealing from out of state with Ron! Met me very close to my home which was nearly a 5hr drive for them! The vehicle is in great shape and Ron was upfront and honest about everything. Definitely recommend this dealership and Ron.

I had to see the Service department for my son's car, so my recommendation rating does not reflect any car purchase aspect of Wilhelm Chevrolet Buick GMC. The Service I received was great and the final bill was under the estimated amount, which was awesome. Couldn't be happier.

The salesman was amazing. His communication with me was 5 star. I had questions after the sale and they were quick to respond. Would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from them and plan to deal with them in the future with other vehicle purchases.
