Walked in just to look and came home with a brand new fat boy!!! Every one was very nice and there was no pressure to buy . They gave me a great experience and went over the bike with me very well. It's my first new harley and hopefully it will treat me well!!!

"Traveling ND seeing the sites with my significant other enjoying our time, a ride and great weather we then stopped by to check out selection and prices of used low mileage touring bikes only to feel out the market. Been thinking about a trade for a few months now but can't justify new prices and finding a used bike with lower miles and set up how I want it has proven to be difficult until this stop. Most everything I wanted or would do my bike had been done to this one, mileage was fair as was the price. Terry came over and we started talking about transferring some of my items to the unit, it was late in the day, and I thought there was no way it would happen without staying overnight which was an option just not an ideal one due to miles and timing to get home. He went to check with the service department as I was securing the financial arrangements with Dan. Terry returned stating the shop guys were willing to stay late to transfer the items I wanted if we wished to finalize the deal. I really appreciated the NO-PRESSURE sales technique, genuine concern and friendly atmosphere of this dealership. Every question was answered and the willingness to stay late and transfer my items was unexpected and very much appreciated!! Brook was super friendly and patient when helping me pick out a free shirt!! She also chatted it up and sold some accessories to my girlfriend while waiting on me. Because of this outstanding service the deal was completed, and we still made it to our intended destination for this day on a new-to-me ride. Thank you, Stutsman staff!!!"

I just purchased my first Harley Davidson 2014 Sportster Iron 883. Matt is a fantastic sales rep. I couldn't believe Matt told me over the phone that I'm approved on my first bike. Paper work didn't take long. After I rang the bell I took a tour of the place. The staff are generous as well.

We was on the road needed and oil change they got us right in. They checked our tires front had started cupping so they put a new tire on it and a nice young man washed all the bugs off our bike. He did an awesome job.

"Dropped my trike off for winter storage, and decided to put new handlebars on so I talked to Brent. He got his service team on it, and put them on with a couple other accessories. Love the look and feel of the new bars. Thanks Stutsman Harley for you work on my trike. "

"I did not choose a team member as I have gotten excellent service from everyone there. Just bought a 2023 Road Glide and every person I spoke to was friendly and helpful. Every time I walk into this dealership I am greeted by every employee I encounter. I have been to many other dealerships and the people at Stutsman HD are, by far, the friendliest. Thank you for the awesome buying experience!"

Was literally the best buying experience I've ever had!!! The staff was super friendly. Dan was the man that made it happen, I told him my budget and got the bike I came in hoping I could make happen 10/10 would buy from here again.

I stopped at the store recently to see Dan, who my wife and I have not seen in several years. I was informed by a young salesman who approached us on the floor "that in my opinion was very arrogant" that he had been fired from the company as of recently. I do not feel it was very professional how the salesman told me and thought it was funny at the same time. We were very sad to hear the news because we wanted to give Dan more business! We purchased all of our cvo models from him when he was the sales manager at Andy's in Grand Forks. I am not sure what took place and it's none of my business but this store lost a tremendous asset and one hell of a salesman. Unfortunately we will be taking our business down the road!!

I spent about 15 minutes on the phone with John telling him what I was looking for and what my price range was. He offered to keep an eye out and let me know what they had coming in. Within about 2 weeks he suggested considering this one. Suffice to say I'm not an "easy" customer but after talking to John we bought it sight unseen and picked it up the next day. Dan took care of the paperwork and within 1/2 an hour I was rolling on home on a high quality used bike. 200 miles later I was sitting in my shop grinning from ear to ear. I got a better than fair price on a flawless bike, friendly service and would highly recommend doing your business with Stutsman Harley Davidson. I'd also like to thank Lisa and Brad for providing the best Harley Dealership in the USA and trust me I've been many places looking for "that bike".

Where do I start. Stutsman HD has such a beautiful showroom and store. The staff was genuinely kind, helpful and amazing!! My husband, son and I were all impressed by the selection of clothing especially with the Stutsman logo. We were shopping just over a week after Sturgis and the selection was great! I needed one more item after we had been here. I called and Jennifer helped me shop over the phone. I was surprised when she recognized my voice. Jennifer got items together and shipped them to me. Thank you all for making our stop truly amazing! It means a lot!-especially for my teenage son!"

I was so excited with the great variety to select from, color and styles in women's HD clothing. Well I had always said I would never own a Harley Davidson. After meeting Bryce at the Aberdeen Abate Bike Show and spending a little time talking to him I decided it may be alright to try a Harley Davidson Triglide. After emailing and messaging a few times we finally were able to come to an agreement on price. My wife and I loaded up our trade in and headed to Jamestown. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a dealership. Bryce our Salesman was a real pleasure to deal with and it was a great first experience. If I ever want to trade for a different Harley I will for sure go back to see Bryce and everybody at Stutsman Harley Davidson. "

Just had some work done to my 2012 Heritage Softail Classic. Everything went great thanks to Brad and the service team. They keep me informed about what was going on and the work was completed as expected and on time. Thank you to Brad, the tech guys and Marty for going above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I can t thank you enough for everything.

I was driving through on my way home from the Black hills and blew my back tire approximately 40 miles outside of Jamestown. I was able to get a tow truck to bring me to the dealership around 8 pm. They were closed but some of the employees happened to be there. I drive a 2003 Yamaha Royal Star with a 15" rim. They informed me they doubted they would have a tire that size as it is a bit of an odd ball, however they said to come back in the morning a half hour before they opened and they would have a look. I returned in the morning and was informed they did not have a tire, so then they got on the phone and asked all the local places and found the closest tire was in Fargo. They happened to have a trailer with another bike going to Fargo that afternoon and said they would load up my bike and also give me and my daughter a ride to the tire shop in Fargo. We hopped in and had the bike back on the road by 2 pm. They didn't charge me a dime and were just happy to be able to help get me back on the road. I have never received such good service weather i bought something or not. I don't even drive a Harley. These guy genuinely care about not just there customers but the riding community. I can't thank them enough.

The team at Stutsman Harley-Davidson made sure I had every piece of information to be successful in my new journey of being a first time motorcycle owner. Dan, my salesman, made sure I was aware of every option for finances and responded quickly to my phonecalls when I had questions during the buying process. Sophie, in the apparel department, showed me all the options I have, to include vital safety equipment for being a first time motorcycle owner. Matt and Chris in the parts department made sure I knew all the accessory options for my motorcycle and answered all my questions. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase and the service I received. I will definitely be a return customer and cannot wait for warm weather. "

Harley Davidson is a wonderful place for daily coffee groups, beautiful motorcycles..and Great staff! THEY ALSO CONTRIBUTE TO KIWANIS AGAINST HUNGER by letting us pack meals for needy families in their warehouse annually! Thank you Harley!

We've been to MANY HD dealerships, including 3 today aline, & this particular one has always been a standout. On arrival, there's a large, open, well-lit parking lot & the snow is always cleared!Once you enter, staff are friendly & personable, beyond the usual greeting & sales pitch. There's a genuineness in the interaction that one doesn't see often. They are well-stocked & it's clean. The facilities are well-maintained & very accessible. They even have a nice seating area, complimentary coffee & bottled water - and offer to get it for you.This was our final stop of the day in our Road Glide hunt. We struck out again, however we did leave our info and our preferences in the book of knowledge & we'll wait for the nice gent to forward potentials to us as they roll in. Even though we didn't buy, this was a very successful stop!

SHD picked up our bike right from our home on the farm prior to the riding season. The next day they got to work on the maintenance repair we agreed to doing and the bike was ready to go that day. Top notch service department, Thank you Stutsman HD

I purchased a Hat along with a couple other things from them. They had the hat I wanted but not the size I needed. I was told they could order it and mail it to me. It was a Christmas gift and I was assured I would have it in plenty of time. Here it is January 3rd and I ve called more than a hand full of times and always given an excuse why it wasn t there. When I asked for them to simply refund my money I was told it was a special order they will not refund my money!!

I was on my way back to Canada from a bike trip when I noticed the exhaust bracket on my bike had snapped! With 1,300km more to go, I figured I should get it fixed.Although the parts desk didn t have the bracket in stock, the guy working the desk talked to the service dept and they squeezed me in to their (very busy) schedule without a problem! I was so impressed and thankful. I wasn t expecting to get in right away. About an hour later my bike was ready to go with a fresh weld and a touch of paint!An hour and a half down the road, I came across another stranded biker whose bike was not getting power. I offered to help, but guess who was already on their way? The Boy s from Stutsman!

Super friendly staff! I stopped at the store this weekend and I was greeted with some of the nicest customer service in a long time. The staff helped me with all my questions and was able to give me some great recommendations. I'm definitely ordering my next bike with Stutsman. I know they will take care of me. Great atmosphere. Yesterday we stopped to get info about helmets as we're about to become 1st time riders. We spoke to a beautiful young lady (whose name we didn't get) and Matt Aberle. Such a wonderful experience with them both! We were very impressed with their friendliness and knowledge. Kudos for employing such great people in your shop!
