I really enjoyed my buying experience with RHR Swag. I purchased a Adarac For my 2018 Ford F150. I plan on using it to hold our kayaks. All the communication before purchasing was professional and helpful. They sent me out a thank you card a few days after I bought the rack. It was shipped to my house in less than two weeks in Made directly after I made my purchase. I am trying to buy Items made in America from Americans more than ever. I am sick of buying stuff that comes from container ships overseas. More than ever we need to support Americans and American companies. The kayaks we purchased were also made in America. Highly recommend this company I feel I got the Adarac at a very fair price and I did not have to pay taxes because I live in a horrible state called Illinois.

Used RHR to purchase my Go Rhino D6 side steps for my Ranger and I couldn t be happier. They shipped incredibly fast and came without any damage due to pretty good packaging. Best price on the market that i could find for these particular steps. *Entire packaging not pictured*

I installed the ladder rack and tonneau cover for my Ram Longhorn about 8 months ago and am pleased with the quality and durability of both products. Ordering, pricing, customer service, and shipping time were all good. Items were well packaged and arrived undamaged and with all the parts and pieces needed to install. Overall a very good experience and would do business with them again.

Ordered a rack system for my pace edwards explorer rails. They sent me half of it then refused to answer my emails for 3 weeks then randomly after calling them 9 or 10 times and leaving messages and emails the bar just shows up. Well it doesn't have the right pieces so I can't install it. So I have to garage and have the pieces made so I can put the bars and basket on my Truck. In the meantime the switch their entire business model so there's that too.

Highly recommend! Great selection of products at very competitive prices and they had items in stock when other places were backordered. Items were shipped quickly and they arrived quickly as well. I ordered two items, one was expected to arrive within a few days, the other in approximately 10 days... and they both showed up together a few days after ordering. Great communication throughout regarding shipping status.

I was impressed from the beginning of finding their website. They actually carried a bedcover that fit my Ram truck with Ramboxes and it was at an extremely reasonable price. The shipping was 3 days early and when I opened the box I was very happy with the quality and the look of the product. It was easy to install and believe it or not looked even better installed. Fits like a glove and I would rather have it than any of those expensive models. I highly recommend doing business with RHRSwag! Thank you!

Mud flaps looked as they did on the website. Flaps are pretty easy to put together (takes about an hour) and are fully adjustable and easy to install and remove from the hitch. Product received in about 3 days after ordering. Good customer service

I have ordered a few large items from RHRSwag. My orders have been correct and shipped on time or earlier than estimated. All of my items have come in good condition and customer service has been friendly and helpful. I believe they are good to do business with and I would order again through them.

Like the product. However, for the high price you pay for a very simple piece of metal I think the company could do better with providing the simple tools needed for installation, and more accessories included with the purchase for mounting equipment. And just maybe -a little better customer service. Like, when you call and leave a message maybe someone could call you back!

Great price and product. Fairly easy to install, my one glitch was maybe unrolling it too look at it and maybe I didn't roll up right for install. Instructions were clear but a bit unclear about the tension devices at front but all in all came out great. Looks great and nice perfect fit.

We purchased floor mats and window vents for my wife's '19 Highander. Items were shipped promptly and well-packaged.Customer follow-up has been good, too. Prices were fair. We'd buy here again.

My first soft cover and it looks very good! Installed myself, instructions need to be more understandable for common folks. Only problem I have is the cover does not fit tight enough. Driving at 55 it balloons up in the middle. Hopefully it doesn t leak water the way it leaks incoming air. Looks Great Sitting still. Wish I had spent the money for a hard cover

I purchased the black contoured rack and roll up cover. I was missing 4 of the double threaded brackets that attach the upright to the top rails but I think that had to do with the delivery company possibly because one end of the box was taped up as if it had been broken open. I received the parts and finished installation. the customer service through email took care of the issue. The rack and cover look great and feels very strong. I didn t want my Ford F-150 to look like a work truck and it doesn t. Overall Happy with the looks and quality and price.

We purchased a rack system for our pickup that wasn't going to work out, so I contacted RHRSwag for information on returning it. I have to say, this was one of my best experiences for customer satisfaction I have ever experienced. The return was handled quickly and with a friendly and professional attitude. Could not have been happier. We eventually ordered another product (Adarac) that has worked out quite well for us. RHRS will be my first choice for accessories. Thanks to all of you who made our experience a great one!

I like the bed cover. It is well fitted to a 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz. It looks factory installed & does not take up to much real estate when it s rolled up.However, the instructions left A LOT to be desired. They bounced around from the main instructions to a separate add-in section then back to the main pages. Some images were not even a Santa Cruz truck & others were to narrow in scope, or not explicit enough to tell you exactly where on the truck bed you were supposed to be.So through a lot of frustrating trial & error, it took Way Longer than it should have to get the bed cover installed.Little things like front& rear , top & underside stickers on the cover would have gone a long way to relieve the guess work.If you are not real good as a technical DIY er, I would move on & keep looking.

While shopping around for seat covers recently, I stumbled across RHRSwag on a search and I sure am happy I did. I have had Carhartt seat covers before on my previous truck, but WOW have the gone up since my last ones.RHRSwag had the best price I could find anywhere, and I got my seat covers very quickly.I just recently had a chance to put them on and I couldn t be happier. The look and fit is perfect. I got the black Super Dux to match my black interior on my new GMC Sierra. These (black ones) are a different material than my last set which were tan, and I didn t know what to expect, but I like them just as well as the previous ones I owned.I also like that RHRSwag is an American company, as is Carhartt (Covercraft) That is important to me.I hope to eventually get the ones for the back seats, but need to recover financially from Christmas first.Very Happy!

Don't expect to receive you order complete. Ordered steps, didn't come with any hardware. Sent brackets but no bolts. I can't even solve the problem at Home Depot because on of the plates is custom, it's been a month and I am no closer to installing the steps today than before I ordered them Edit:. They did send me the brackets, they did not send me the bolts, including the custom washer bar. Without those I still can't install anything, nor can I buy the parts

Easy ordering and fast shipment. I had my cover in just a few days. The Leer hard tri fold bed cover was easy to install or so I assume. My 15-year-old son and I started the installation, but I was called into work. My son and his friend completed the work. Upon inspection they nailed it.

Purchased the Rockstar full width rock guard for my 2017 Ram Rebel. Easy installation, quality material, and looks great. Highly encourage anyone pulling a RV to add it to their towing vehicle to protect their investment from rocks and debris. I've had numerous people ask and have mentioned RHRSwag to them, spreading the word about how good I feel about the product. Excellent product and heavy duty. Can easily carry my Hobie kayaks. Even has rubber strip across top of each rail my kayaks sit on to keep from scratching.Have Lorado Access roll up cover and plenty of room so I can roll it up. About 1/2 -3/4 between cover and side rails (looks great).Can t say enough good about it. You won t be disappointed.

Easy install on my 2022 Tundra. Keep your rear tiedown bar on for when you remove the cover and need it.Online customer support was great along with email questions I had. I would purchase again here.

This company is OUTSTANDING. I ordered a Leer HF650 for my truck, the product showed up and was in perfect condition. Months went by and the military decided to move me to Hawaii, small pieces on my tonneau cover broke and I finally got around to calling them. I spoke Candace who was very nice and respectful with customer service and she explained that RHR usually will not ship to Hawaii however because my cover was under warranty she said she would see what she can do. She asked me to take pictures of the broken pieces and the warranty. The label for my serial number was ripped off and broken, I sent the pictures of the broken pieces and the serial number not expecting to receive anything because of the way the serial number was. Less than a week later I received an email with a tracking number for the broken pieces and a few days later the broken pieces were replaced. Candace thank you so much for the best customer service and a very happy customer. I really appreciate this company and their commitment to customers like me.Thank you!
