1st off, Erica provided above and beyond customer service. She had a lot on her plate and still gave me excellent customer service with a great attitude and smile on her face. I told her that my hat was off to her for handing business the way she did with confidence and patience. I would have struggled if I were in her position. The room is nice, clean, and a very comfortable bed! Parking for us, Big trucks. What a score!!!Noteworthy details: Ability to plug your diesel in!!!

We were on a long road trip and had stayed at another My place hotel and really liked it. Apparently they are not all the same quality. This room was dirty, the recliner looked like something off the trash on the curb. Room smelled. Front desk lady kept hiding out in her little room so I couldn't get any service. The front desk morning guy was very nice though. I wouldn't stay again.

They have a full kitchen in the rooms but you have to buy the utensils, bowls, pans, and anything else you will need to cook with. I bought 3 frozen meals from their store at front desk and to my surprise they didn t even have anything to eat it with in the room. Called the front desk and the receptionist told me I needed to buy the supplies to cook with. They didn t even have a plastic fork for me to use. Management: DO BETTER! Put some money into supplies to cook with in the rooms. Go to the dollar store if finances are tight for your business. How can you call a hotel my place if you have your guests eating with their hands? Also FYI, this hotel does not serve breakfast.

After a long couple of days driving icy winter roads, we were looking forward to a good evening and rest. Reading the reviews would make one believe that this place is 'excellent'. We wanted to make a cocktail to unwind in the room - NO ICE. No ice-maker on premise. We had to drive to a gas station to get ice. We had some soup in our cooler that we wished to heat for dinner. No pans, bowls, silverware - NOTHING. Oh wait, you can BUY a pan in the "store" in the lobby for $18.00. You can buy a glass for $3.00. I forgot the price of a bowl.. We have stayed a budget hotels that are way more equipped than this. Never again. This hotel chain needs to figure it out.

I am writing this review after staying more than a week. Room is spacious but recliner in the room is worst in condition. Room smell is not good. When I approach front desk, the lady gives wage answer like I can't do anything. I asked to give different room, she is telling she don't have option to select different room in system. It was painful to stay at myplace hotel. So overall customer service is not at all good. This is for travelers information: Kitchen is there but there will be no utensils provided by hotel. You need cary or you have buy from hotel market place or nearby Walmart.

We got in super late and the front desk employee was waiting for us and was very friendly. Our dog was welcomed with a smile too, which made our night! The rooms were very clear, and there's basically a full kitchen with a full size fridge and freezer which is a really nice feature if you want to utilize it! The bathrooms are a little tight on space, other than that it was an awesome stay!

Late night check-in on a long trip. Located close to Paradiso and visible from I-90.The night advisor was friendly and understanding and had a room that was not only pet-friendly but accessible. The room was clean and had plenty of space.. full fridge and kitchenette, good water pressure on the showers, and the beds were firm but not painfully so.I wish I'd had more time to explore but we were back on the road in the morning. But if we ever need a room again in Jamestown they'll be the first people we call.

It was my very first time staying at a My Place Hotel. We usually stay at a Holiday Inn but this time the Holiday Inn wasn't pet friendly and we had our sweet Duke with us. David was the gentleman that helped with check in he was so professional and super sweet I mentioned to him that we had never stayed with them before and so he went above and beyond to explain to me everything that the hotel offered. He was extremely knowledgeable about the hotel and the rooms which is nice so you know what your getting. He also asked which floor we preferred which was surprising because usually we dont get to choose. Be got to first floor to make it easier for us since we have kids and of course our sweet fur baby. Our over all experience was amazing quiet and the rooms were very clean. Beds and pillows were so comfy. Thanks David for a great experience.

Refrigerator/freezer was perfect size; good laundry room available, rooms were clean, easy laundry change. Very pleasant staff: housekeepers were excellent: Missy, Patience, and Jenny.Front desk was superb: Heather, Alyssa, Bethany. Alana and David were splendid: i have stayed at the Waldorf in NYC pre-Covid---the last were better than that staff.Maintenance was perfect---J.T. was the man. Finally, I lived there from June 1 2020 until August 28th 2020, working on contract. This was no small stay.

Super clean and very quiet. Jenny had cleaned the room and did a fantastic job. Super awesome that this place is pet friendly and doesn't charge an arm and a leg for pets to stay. The only problem I had, and it wasn't the fault of this hotel at all, was when the night clerk slipped the receipt under the door my dog went nuts thinking someone was breaking in. So if you have a protective dog just be aware they may wake you up at night when the clerk comes with the receipt.

Having done plenty of cross country drives and stayed in more than my fair share of motels - everything from the big chains to privately owned holes in the wall - I can confidently say that My Place is miles better than the next best motel. The price is on par with Motel 6 or Super 8, but the rooms have better amenities (kitchens with full size fridges and small appliances!) and are astonishingly clean. The lobby area has free coffee 24/7 and even a store, where you can purchase necessities, snacks, frozen meals, and even cookware if you prefer to make fresh food in your room. There is a small additional fee for pets, but there are multiple doggy bag stations outside and plenty of well-maintained grass. I was also surprised to find an outdoor patio area with plenty of seating and a grill. My Place feels much more like staying in a hotel than your standard budget motel experience. Big shout-out to the friendly staff too, who went above and beyond to make us and our dog feel welcome!

Checked in and had to move rooms twice. The first room hadn't been cleaned, as there was garbage on the counters used towels on the floor and the bed was not made. The second room had a clogged toilet full of tissue paper. Finally, our third room was in order enough for us to stay the night. To her credit, the front desk girl was friendly and I genuinely felt that she was embarrassed for having to move us to two extra rooms before finding one that was proper.Things happen, but I'll pass on this hotel next time.

My Place is a good, clean hotel with attentive staff. Rooms are set up for extended stay, with kitchenettes and a small dining table. They're a little spartan in design with materials that would seem destined for an office building rather than a hotel. However, the beds are comfortable and it had everything you need in a room.

Quiet, clean but the service was amazing! Our little girl forgot her favorite stuffed bunny and even after we were long gone myplace staff saved her. Frantic as we were surcharging we called. The staff ensured she would get back to us ASAP! They held true. It was long crying nights for our little girl but now she s smiling cheek to cheek. Thank you again for your awesomeness and understanding.

Really really nice. It had a full kitchenette, including sink. The bathroom was huge. Very friendly staff. ( one even took a picture of me because I was dressed so warmly) Highly recommend it if you're ever in Jamestown ND.

Absolutely the best place ever. I've stayed in lots of hotels but I was pleasantly surprised. No clue as to why it's rated a 2-star hotel I say clean, great beds, pleasant staff, cheap laundry, pet friendly recliner flat screen, secure. Great place.

My family and I stayed here for months for business and loved it! The staff are helpful and so sweet. My room was clean, laundry machines in the hotel, and enjoyed s'mores by the fire! If your in the Jamestown area go check in with Ms. Bethany, you won't be sorry!
