Love this place,, I have to give it a five star rating,, Tim helped me out with my questions and also showed me how to like them on Facebook and get a coupon to get money off on an oil change,,, because every dollar counts,,, thank you to them and I will be back many times again

This is my 2nd visit. 1st visit was awesome. That's why I drove an hour to get my oil changed today. I called first to check the hours it was open, because it was Saturday. I was told the last car would be taken at 11:40. I arrived at 11:00. The shop is locked. To say the very least I am extremely disappointed. Wasted my gas and my time.

I continue to be impressed with the hard work and quick service this location provides to its customers. I have been to this location many times and have always found the service to be speedy, professional, and generous. They spilled oil on my serpentine belt after my oil change and make a squealing sound. The mechanic said go ahead it'll be okay, now I worry about my belt slipping.. I wish he could have addressed it there..

Great on price saved me about 80.00 bucks. Glad this place of business doesn't make their Great employees wear a mouth muzzle. If u want to feel safe wear a mask when u come in. Great to see a company give freedom to employees. Great job.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was thinking if I will do this review because maybe I am singular case but after reading new reviews, I changed my mind.After the oil changed, the engine was loud and vibrating harder than ever. A couple of days later I had leaking oil under my car. I checked the oil level and it was over filled by half an inch over max level. I went to a repair shop in town and they charged me $300 for changing a part of the oil system and for another oil change. They told me it could be a problem from the oil change since the car was running normal after repairs.Service: Oil change

Went in for a Tire Rotation, Oil Change and a Flush. They didn't have to do a tire rotation but a flush and oil change was needed. I was told when a truck was done with his flush they were gonna move it out and move mine in. They didn't finish the truck but moved mine out. I watched cars come in and get fixed and checked and mine was still outside waiting. I left with just an oil change. Last time I'm ever coming here.

Great service at a reasonable price. Full synthetic oil change on my Ford F150. Out the door for just under $85. Also checked tire pressure, fluid levels, air filter & wiper blades.

I use Valvoline for all of my vehicle needs. Living in North Dakota and having extreme temperature changes can do a lot to the computer components appearing on the dashboard. They know the answers and address each one as well as giving an explanation. Oil changes are reasonably priced. They track the dates and miles I have on my vehicle so all records are kept in one place. When selling a vehicle it is comforting for the buyer to know you maintain your vehicle on a regular basis.Having Tire One attached makes it a one stop shop. Whether you ha e driven over a nail and gotten a small leak needing to be patched, bald tires, or a complete blowout.When needing new tires they explain the benefits to each as well as the drawbacks so you can find the right choice. There is always lower level, medium, and upper level....just like purchasing a cell phone in this generation!There is no pressure. You decide your price range and what works best for you. All of this is done with the friendliest staff. No question is a dumb question, how many of us do tire research? No need here, they know and are transparent with all of it.

The oil change and wiper replacement came to $75 ($70 with military discount) and he checked to see if our tires needed rotated, and was honest that they didn't need it. They were very polite and friendly and quick. We will definitely be using these guys in the future!

Recently I took my vehicle into a service shop while I was home because my check engine light came on and some funky stuff was going on with my temperature gage.. They told me that the problem was due to the radiator cap being loose and coolant leaking. They fixed the problem and mentioned that it most likely was caused whenever the last time I had someone look under my hood... The last time was when I had an oil change less than a month ago at this location. I brought the issue up with management and as I expected he brushed it off claiming that they don t even touch that stuff. He said that there wasn t anything they could do being that it had already been 2000 miles since the service. I told him I was not happy because I didn t find it a coincidence that this was now the second time I ve had a problem arise not long after having my car serviced here. I won t go into any more detail but he brushed off my claim like it had nothing to do with them. I can t say I am surprised but I don t appreciate the lack of service and disrespect. Needless to say I won t be going back there any time soon.

A fast efficient place to get your oil changed and have your car or truck inspected before embarking on your summer plans. They carry a good selection of different oils from regular to synthetic for the newer cars and trucks and oils for higher milage vehicles. From the time I pulled up to the door I was on the road in fifteen minutes. They check all fluids, tire pressure and under the hood and anything wrong on the underbelly of the car. The employees were friendly and efficient.

Had oil changed at another facility that forgot to put the oring on the oil filter. Check engine light came on, had already been to rydell's service and they weren't even able to run a diagnostic test for the code until Tuesday (this is Friday). Put in 3 quarts of oil to get from Rydell to son's apartment to bring us to airport to rent a car and past by Valvoline, decided to stop in. Greeted as we pulled in and guy guessed what it was within 10 seconds of me explaining what was wrong. Took him 2 more minutes to confirm and 4 minutes to fix to the tune of $8.47 versus the several hundred it would've cost at Rydell and then the rental car on top of that!!! If I could give them a 10 star, I would!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you for all your help!

This used to be the only place I would go for an oil change. They are always fast, and never rude. However, when I went today, only 1 employee out of 5 was wearing a mask. May have to look elsewhere. Used to be 5 stars, now only 3.

I've never been there longer than 20 minutes for an oil change. Employees are super knowledgeable with upfront pricing and they won't try to sell you seven air filters.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to help go over an issue I was having with my vehicle. They didn't try to upsell me on things I didn't need. Very nice!

Went for a transmission flush/filter change. Paid just under $400.00, and the next day after driving the car around for a bit the check engine light came on. Te transmission felt as though is was having trouble shifting as well. Pulled over and checked the transmission fluid and it wasn't even registering on the dip stick. I took it back to the shop and they put 4 more quarts in. They didn't wait until the transmission was warmed up to check the fluids, which resulted in me driving the vehicle with only half the fluids. Who knows what permanent damage could have been done. The manager refused to give any type of compensation back. Will never return to this store!

They didn't close my hood fully and didn't even bother to check if it was secure. I had my hood pop open while doing 75, thankfully there's apparently a safety catch which prevented it from messing up my year old car that I'm still paying for.
