Unique is the best in town. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and take the time to educate their customer. We recently had my wife's vehicle in the shop and one of the staff worked extended hours and got the job done extremely timely. Highy recommend!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Great business, Jordon was very helpful at the front. The first day I took it in he took pictures and dealt with the insurance company. Very busy shop, may take some time getting in, but they do a great job.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Absolutely wonderful people! Great service! Best place in town hands down! I will ALWAYS be taking my car here! They have worked on my car twice and even given me rides to my rental car and to class! They also do an amazing job! Very trustworthy :)

They did excellent body work after hitting a deer at 70mph, but I'm taking a couple of stars off because when they replaced the one tire that had gone flat after the bumper punctured it, they must have over-torqued the lug nuts on it because 6 of the 8 have broken. Fortunately, I was able to catch it in time that my wheel hadn't fallen completely off. Only 2 lugs left. Other than that though, very happy with how it turned out.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I first connected with them to get one car repaired due to winter ice damage. I had called another shop to get an estimate and was told that to even be seen was going to be a week out. When I called Unique they said they could see me that day. I drove in and the entire process took about 10 minutes. They surveyed the damage, wrote me up a quote and set my future appointment time that day - AMAZING!With this good experience I asked them to look at one of my other vehicles that had the plastic bumper dislocated by both front fenders. Again, they looked at the SUV the same day I drove by and quoted me a minor fee to reconnect the bumper. I made an appointment, dropped it off, it was fixed quickly and the quoted fee was all I paid - PHENOMENAL service! Another company in town had quoted me $400 to repair the same damage.After these good experiences, a wind storm ripped the driver side car door out of my wife's hands and bent the fender so that the door would not operate properly. My wife, knowing the good service we have received, went in without an appointment or phone call. Once there she explained what had happened but did not mention that we had used them before. Unique pulled the truck in, pried the door and fender free (no longer pretty but functional) within 10 minutes of her arrival and sent her on her way with a smile - free of charge! You can't ask for better customer service than these guys.Three cars, three great experiences drop the mic.

Unique Autobody did a great job with my truck. From the moment I dropped the truck off to when I picked it up, the Unique Autobody team kept me informed of any updates or changes to the repair. I was very satisfied with how the repairs turned out! Through their workmanship and customer service, it is clear they care about their customers. I will recommend Unique to anybody I know that needs body work done on their vehicle!

Was able to be squeezed in to get my car fixed, in very little time. I wrecked my front bumper and they were able to fix it all In a day. Plus they gave her a good wash too! Great service and friendly employees!

Great customer service and amazing work. Had the entire front end of my truck smashed in and i thought it was totaled but it wasnt, had it towed to Unique and a few weeks later it was done and i honestly didnt believe it was my truck. Everything looked brand new and the job was precise. Amazing work and highly recommended

Love these guys. They have fixed vehicles for me before as well,and it's always been a great experience. In Grand Forks,they're the only place I'll go!
