Bought a 2014 f150 and it ran great when I got it but 2 days after owning it the truck got a check engine light and it needed a part that costed $4,000 to replace and the dealership wouldn't make it right or negotiate a solution I would never buy a vehicle from here they sell lemons

I took a vehicle for a test drive and almost had a car accident because the vehicles brake pedal would go almost all the way to the floor on ocation which could be a issue somewhere in the brake system which could get expensive to repair

One star... only because the salesman was a good/kind guy. However, I would highly suggest going elsewhere. Anywhere else. My partner purchased a truck through Twin City Motors and, unfortunately, it was a lemon. No warranty included. Save yourself the time, money and headache and go to a real dealer where you re guaranteed a good buy.Updated: Mistakenly thought the car dealer was a good, kind guy. Good, kind people don t sell bad trucks to others. Especially military members. This place can kick rocks.

Purchased my vehicle from Cliff in 2017. I have yet to have any major issues. My Starter went out and they were able to help me get the part cheaper then I would walking into the part store and they even had it installed at a WAYYY Cheaper cost! I would recommend Twin City to anyone. Hey if you treat people how you want to be treated you'll be surprised how nice people are.

I have purchased every vehicle (4) over the years from Cliff. He looked into and got best loan rates, worked with me and gave me great cars. It's the only place I would go to or recommend to anyone. When I hit a deer he got headlight for me at his price. When I lost my keys he made me a new one no cost.

I was looking at a truck and I asked Cliff do you think that truck well last and he said "Yeah it's a good truck, we wouldn't still be in business if we sold bad vehicles." So I bought it and took it home it broke down literally the next day. I had to get it fixed, it was a $2,500 fix. So I called Cliff, he said talk to Jeff, the salesman, and Jeff said "Ah jees, that sucks, I wish there was something I can do but that's the risk you took when you buy a vehicle" I wanted a discount, something, anything but they didn't drop a single dime or penny. So I walked outside and showed some dude and his wife about to buy a vehicle the receipt for my repair. They rannnn.Buyer BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE. These guys do NOT stand behind their product or keep promises or tell the truth on the condition of the vehicle. If you see Jeff or Cliff hide your wallet, DON'T sign anything! And run!

Filled out a credit app on a truck. I could have put half down if they would have asked. I could have paid cash but I didn't want to drain my reserves because we just bought a house and might need it for repairs.Long story short. Yes we have bad credit from getting divorced, and I became disabled and put on SSDI disability. I know this and asked before the application process and was told when there is a will there's a way. Well ok I filled out the application. Never heard another word back. Not an email text or phone call. So I text the salesman back. Carguy is his email I think, can't remember his name. I text him and ask. Is no news good news or no news means our credit really sucks.Nothing. I still a month later have not heard a single word from anybody.So of course I went and bought a truck somewhere else, so they lost that sale.But see, one sale, big deal right, who cares, but you didn't just lose one sale.My credit will be back to 700+ soon, so will my fiance. Two people, multiple sales over the next 20 or so years gone. We don't forget...Wait there's more. My kids. They all drive, and so do their spouses.How many cars could you have sold them over the next 40 years, as they are younger and have more time before they retire. That's a couple dozen right there.Wait there's more. The inlaws.. Yeah a bad reputation travels fast in a small town. There is maybe a dozen between them combined.Oh no I almost forgot the grandkids. Yeah none of them will get their first car from you or any car while I'm alive. See I hold a grudge like you wouldn't believe. I will hold that grudge and take it to my death bed.The last words from my mouth before I pass away will be, don't ever let anyone we know buy from Twin City motors.Don't forget friends and aquaintences. All of these people will tell their friends family and aquaintences. And it just grows like a hemmeroid.Did it cost you one sale? Yes. And another and another and another.See. People don't forget. So it's in your best interest not to forget them.Edit: A couple hours after posting this review, guess who calls? Guess who let it go to voice mail? Too late. Already got a truck. Got nothing to say I didn't say here. But proof they do watch these reviews. It's no coincidence a few hours later they called. So make sure you rate and review good or bad. It does make a difference.

Do NOT do business with these people they will sell you a lemon they do not fix or do a complete look over of their vehicles your vehicle will not last coming from them

I bought a vehicle from this place and lo and behold the next day the check engine light came on no I have to spend a couple thousand dollars to fix it so be careful they clear the check engine light then turn around and sell it saying oh it's in great shape I would not recommend this place to anybody

I will not be doing any business with this company. They will say what ever they think u want to hear to get what they want. People please do your homework or be careful if you have to deal with Twin City motors.
