Took my Jeep Patriot here to get two new tires to help me get through the snow. I had my toddler with me and everyone here made sure we were welcome and well taken care of! They even had a box of toys in the waiting room to keep my child busy while they worked on our vehicle. It s affordable and the wait time wasn t as long as some other places, especially since I just walked in without an appointment! I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and be taking all my vehicles here from now on.

Excellent customer service. Took my car to get 4 new tires. They had my car done so quickly- before the estimated time. They were willing to deliver me or my car anywhere I wanted- even though I didn t need a ride. Super helpful in recommending the best tires for my car and the conditions I drive in. I wouldn t go anywhere else for tires!

Best customer service we ve ever experienced! We drove down from Canada and hit an email-the-ministry-of-highway-infrastructure worthy pothole, denting our rim and greatly lowering the air pressure in our tire. The last thing we wanted this weekend was to come out of our hotel with a total flat. They took it in last minute, straightened out the rim, ensured there was no leak in the tire, and then didn t even charge us for it! We were in and out in 15 minutes, and the whole time he kept us updated - any more and he would have invited us into the shop to watch. Cannot recommend more for convenience and customer service. Thank you gentlemen!!

Their customer service skills are outstanding. Their level of professionalism is beyond words. Yesterday I went in to change my car back break light. The manager went into detail about the service that was being done on my vehicle. Their teamwork is phenomenal. I'll recommend them to anyone. They best in GrandFork area .

Tire One Auto Center is the type of place you want to do business. It's a locally and family owned business so you're supporting your neighbors. The personal service from the owners is amazing - I've gotten rides twice while they worked on my vehicle, and both times it was with the owner or a family member. When I had questions, the owner was responding to my texts. Their expertise, friendly approach, and commitment to quality make them a great choice. Highly recommended!

Had a slow leak in my tire. They picked up my car, fixed the issue, and brought my car back sooner than I expected. Super fast service and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Will use Tire One for all my Tire issues

I stopped in to see if they would have time to look at a leaking tire for me. The young man at the counter was very friendly and informed me that they would have time in 45 mins. I came back at that time. They pulled my vehicle in immediately. The pulled a screw out of my tire and had me back on the road in about 30 mins. They kept me informed the entire time of where they were at in the process. There was no attempt to sell me anything extra. They simply took care of what I needed with excellent service and a fair price.

The service is fantastic!! As a widowed senior citizen I was treated with the utmost respect. They do not push anything to be done with your vehicle. I recommend Tires One to all, you will not be disappointed in the service you receive.

TOP NOTCH SERVICEEveryone was so great to work with! They got me in and out very quickly for tires. Every associate I encountered was genuinely helpful and please to do so. Hands down - this place took care of me! They gave me options, were very helpful, and showed me the most reasonable tires that were within my budget. They came to my work, picked up my car and brought it back when they were finished.. they know how to do customer service and I will definitely recommend this place to people!! They re my new go to for anything vehicle related

I had a four hour roadtrip ahead of me and saw a bubble on the sidewall of my RF tire. I contacted Tire One and they were so quick to respond to me! I got an appointment the morning of my roadtrip and they finished in 10 minutes, super fast. I was nervous as I don t know anything about cars, but everything went so smoothly and pricing was great. The owner is so kind and helpful, he seems to really care about his customers. So grateful I chose to get work done here. Don t hesitate to support this business!

They got me in quickly on a Saturday morning to fix a tire with a hole it. In and out in 40 minutes, friendly staff, cool ice and water dispenser. Thankful because we were from out of town.

I m very happy with the service I received here! After doing work to the front end of my 2001 F-150 I had an alignment done and once I got my pickup back noticed an issue with the ride height and without hesitation they made it right!

We were travelling from Winnipeg to Minneapolis and experienced severe vibration while driving at higher speed(s). We were running on a very time sensitive schedule and pulled in without an appointment. Jameson (appointment service rep) got us on a hoist within a minute or two and a technician had diagnosed our problem within minutes. In all; we were on the road in 45 minutes and all was perfect! The staff was welcoming, courteous and professional!! I cannot stress how they did their very best to insure.that our journey would be enjoyable. And; for a very pleasant surprise; their fee for service was EXTREMELY fair!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!!!!

My husband and I have been going to Tire One for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff has always been professional and courteous. Tire One has always either offered me a loaner vehicle or someone to pick me up while my vehicle is being worked on. As always A+ service from TireOne.

I waited too long, got a flat, was driving on my spare...my brother highly recommended Tire One in GF. Apparently, my brother was right for once! ;) they were friendly, they HAD the tires I wanted/needed and I was in and out fast as lightening! Thanks to you all! You made a hateful situation as pleasant as it could be!

They guys were great. I had originally planned to have them pick it up at my work, and ended up being sick and had them pick it up from my house instead with no issue s and they dropped it off when it was done! Quick and super friendly! Definitely recommend!

People are here so kind and knowledgeable, however, services are so slow and the tires that they provide for customers are not this year's production, so if you want to change your car tires make sure you get a new one. In other words, tires product for this year not for the past year. For me, I asked them to replace my tire car ( 4 tires)with a new one, and they installed tires produced last year.07/22

Came to them with a flat tire, came in on a Sunday, they gave me a ton of time and went above and beyond to find a new tire for me. Other stores were unable to find me a new tire, but they contacted many distributors and were able to find me one. They managed to replace my tire within a couple days and have not had any issues since. I would highly recommend their services!

I would like to thank the guys at Tire One as they have gone the Xtra mile for me season to season. They come each year, load and unload my tires into their vehicle so when I get to there place they are ready to put my tires on. It's customer appreciation which you don't get very often. Not only Great oil changes but needed tires, Great deal! Need power steering fixed, dropped my car off was driven both home and back to Reynolds when car was finished. Like Tim says..I Will Always Trust the team at Tire One.Thanks Guys!

I called Tires One to get an estimate for Tires for my car. Within 15 minutes I got a call back from Jameson with the quote. He did mention he could not get the Tires for 4 days.The quote I received was $230 cheaper and not 40000 mile but 79000 mile tread life tiresA couple of hours later the Owner, Jerome, called to tell me that Tires would be in on Friday. I asked if we could move the installation to Saturday and they got me in today at 900 AM.When I arrived at TiresOne I was met by Jerome the owner as I came to drop off my car. I don't know about any other shop where the owner is there working, much less greeting customers.I was very impressed with the customer service and it took them 40 minutes to replace my beaten down Tires.If you need Tires this is the place to go!!

Wow, no one has checked on whether or not I was pleased with the service provided by their business in years! Your inquiry, regarding service satisfaction, was a flashback to a time that has unfortunately, passed - Until now! I could not have been more pleased with the service Tire One provided!!!
