The week before Sturgis I'm rolling through Grand Forks on my 2000 Road King and my headlight goes out. The tread on my front tire was looking pretty smooth as well. I stopped in on Wednesday, just before closing. Russ had the tire I wanted in stock... Love the wide whitewalls... and said to bring it back the next morning and they would take care of it. They gave me a loaner heritage! They found I also needed brake pads (almost down to metal ) and tightened my drive belt. They had it done in about an hour and the price was very reasonable. They have an extra large... Pardon the pun... selection of t-shirts. Good guys working there. It's an oasis for the traveling rider. Highly recommended.

Russell and his team are great to work with and very talented in what they so. Along with there talented they know what they are talking about when it comes to your Harley-Davidson. There main concerns are the customer and building or repairing your bike the first time.I feel very comfortable with Russell and his team. They are always striving to make their customers to become family and listen to what the customers needs are.They are take my 2022 Harley-Davidson Road Glide down and building me a big bore motor and restyling the body. I can't wait to see the final project.Stop by and meet the team here at Throttle Addiction and see how they are with their customers. A group of young guys who are trying their best to put in the best service out there. They like working on bikes built or modified in their shop (i get why..) and dont like when you bring in another shops build. The work they do seems to be on par or above with other reputable shops. I hope to bring work to them and have close relationship with them.

Serviced my bike in a timely manner, I was as notified when a part got delayed in the mail, they let me take it out of the shop over the weekend so I could get some ride time in. Returned it when the part came in and had it back same day! Very impressed with turn around time and the welcoming friendly service! Answered questions by email also in a timely manner! Highly recommend

Had a rad pair of throttle addiction handlebars installed on my Sportster right before it got stolen. Told these legends about it and they hooked me up with a super generous discount on a replacement set. So thankful for companies like this who treat you like a human not just an ATM machine.

I stopped in with a bike having a sumping issue and the guys help calm me down and helped me make it home 2 states away. Great guys.

Great local business! Have been going to Throttle addiction for all my bike needs and have never been disappointed! Fair price and always is done in a timely matter. They also have heated storage! I always refer friends and family to Throttle Addiction!!!

Had bike in for fluid changes, signal wiring and backfires. Fluid change good. Signal wiring.....they didn't install a flasher. What good are signals if they don't flash. Backfires....they said plugs were fouled. Didn't say how or why. Cleaned cv carb.They didn't read the plugs and determine what type of foul it was. They just replaced the plugs and said it's good to go. 40 miles after picking it up, problem repeats. I pulled the plugs and easily determined that the carb was running rich. The new plugs were completely sooted over. Why they didn't read the plugs I don't know. Now its sitting.I called and was told I can bring it to them to fix. The very things they should have done the first time. They seemed unapologetic about everything. About $800 spent and it still has issues. I will not be talking my bike there again. Grand Forks TA has lost my business.

My boyfriend had his sportster here today for a front tire! Very friendly service, even helped unload the bike. I came from out of town and he took bike right in and got it done very quickly. Highly recommended!

Russ and crew do great work and truly care about their customers. As a woman, they have always treated me as competent and spoke tome when it was my bike when other places speak to my husband instead of me. Russ is great

Very quick turn-around on a set of motorcycle tires I needed on short notice. I don't live in town and it was great getting a quote Monday morning and having my bike ready to go Wednesday afternoon, factoring in time for the tires to come in.Fast and professional service. Will visit again if I'm in town. Thanks TA!

Brought my early 2000s Suzuki here. They worked with me to find a used part and did everything in a timely, professional, and courteous fashion. Ten million times better than the big power sports dealer out on I-29.

Been doing my own maintenance and simple jobs but I don t have the tools necessary to change my tires. A little bit on the pricy side but the results are great and speak for themselves.
