Body work delayed. Not finished properly had to return vehicle to have it fixed with more delays. Does not have loaner vehicles. Left passenger sun visor filthy. When I complained the only compensation I received was 2 car washes . Service, customer care, quality and efficiency have declined.

Someone backed into the side of my car. Took the Z to Rydell Body and barely a week later this thing came out looking better than when I bought it from the dealership. These guys know what they are doing. 10/10 would recommend! I would also recommend getting a Z .

These guys are amazing!! We needed a new side mirror and they were quick to get the part in and got our vehicle taken care of in no time. Everyone was friendly but we worked specifically with Dave who was so helpful, honest and kind. The team went above and beyond washing and detailing the car as well. Very professional business that took care of me when i hit a deer causing 14k in damage west of grand forks. They did a phenomenal job fixing the truck& made it look new again. The best place to get your car repaired. All the staff are amazing to work with and are kind and helpful. I have worked with Anne Ostlund multiple times for body repairs and she is so friendly and always leaves you feeling taken care of; I highly would recommend speaking to her for your needs. Staff and the gentleman helping me were very nice and accommodating, but I brought in my work vehicle to get 3 tires looked at and patched.I had 2 nail holes patched and a valve stem resealed and it took almost 3 hours and once I left I got a call that they forgot to put my wheel lock back in the vehicle.I'm not sure if they had a new guy working or not enough people in the shop, but that is ridiculous. If you have anything that needs to be done other than an oil change I recommend going somewhere that they put their time and effort in to get your vehicle done correctly and in a timely manner.

The employees are friendly and helpful. We were treated with respect, and the process of our car repair was explained clearly. All our questions were answered, we were never felt pressured or rushed. The work was done on time, and under the preliminary estimate. I recommend Rydell for any needed repairs. They did a great job, my car looks like I just drove it off the showroom floor!

Everything was great! Mitch kept me informed of everything. I simply dropped my vehicle off early for its appointment and picked it up after work when it was convenient for me. I have often had Joel or Dave as my service manager, but Mitch was great as well. Advised me that switching tires was not a good idea as the tires I had for them were not very good any longer. They took care of a recall on the car as well. Love my vehicle and only want the best for it and Nissan Techs working on it.

Rydell Honda has been the best service provider to work with. After learning I needed new tires for the first time I submitted their online application asking for quotes for tires. They called me within an hour and helped me understand the difference between my choices and helped me schedule an appointment that worked for me. Mitch Stafford greeted me the day of and helped me through the process. After getting my car back and learning I needed an alignment as well Mitch helped me schedule an appointment via email. Best people to work with!

Outstanding! My truck was scratched from Rydell's car wash, and there camera did not pick it up, but they trusted my word and fixed the scratch--perfectly! In addition to this, they fixed other dents and scratches as well!! I love them! Thank you, Rydell! I pray God sees your good works and prospers your company far more than it has ever been before!! Ann at Rydell Auto Body is absolutely amazing. I walked in 30 minutes before closing on Monday evening. Within minutes, Ann gave me an estimate and had me on the schedule for that Thursday. She called me personally when my car was done, greeted me each time I was I. and even made follow up call on Saturday to make sure I was satisfied with the repair. Great experience but I believe waiting for a month from the accident to get the part and fix the bumper is too much. I really appreciate the courtesy ride.

Horrible work change arm and leg just slap parts dont even match the body lines on , took my truck there my ac was working before I took it there now it dont work great Not . A blind guy could do better work. Never going there again . On top took back they acted like they didn't want to fix it so had call my insurance they called them . They said they would look at it. I said I'm good i will take my truck some where else . Bad service and bad Manager.

David is great. Walked me through the entire experience and was able to anwser any questions I had when my car was rear ended. They got me in for a estimate immediately and orders the parts while I was there. Great people all around and the mechanics did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs body work done

Update: Anne Ostlund followed up with this review and had me come in to fix the problem. I am very happy that she wished to make things right. Assistant Manager John greeted me and quickly took the car to be fixed. Didn't take long and it was looking great again. Anne and John care about customer relations are I am very happy with the outcome.Customer service was okay at the beginning. Car was keyed and came here to get it repainted. Came to pick it up and was just given the keys, no summary of the work or instructions for taking care of the fresh paint. Got a car wash several weeks later and the paint started getting discolored and smudged. Not going to bother bringing it in again because I am doubtful that they will fix the problem. Considering the small fortune that the work had costed, I expected the job to last longer than the first car wash. Quite disappointing.

Twice our vehicle has been recalled and service has been wonderful both times. We also have them change our oil and rotate our tires. Thank you to the staff who is friendly, efficient, very accommodating, and to Braden Fraser for doing a fabulous job as my service adviser. I highly recommend Rydell Body Shop and Auto Glass for your vehicle's needs.

Great service! Dave P. in the service department greeted me by name when I walked in - even though I've only been there once before and it was months ago. I had autostart installed in my vehicle, and brought a friend along who wanted to look at vehicles. Amanda in Sales made it easy and comfortable to try out some different models without any high-pressure sales tactics. Mike also presented some great options for my friend's purchase, and was willing to work with her on the different terms to find the one that worked the best for her circumstances. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure that their customers feel appreciated and welcome - regardless of the issue or purchase amount. They have earned my loyalty!

I will only trust my vehicles to the Rydell Body Shop!!! They are always friendly and efficient!! They do A+quality work that I have been happy with every time I have had repairs!!!! They are always willing to go the extra mile and make sure I am happy with everything!! I want to say thank you to to the team that took care of me I couldn t be happier!!!!

Had a semi on I-29 kick a rock out from its wheels and chip my windshield one day! I called up the body shop and set up a time to bring my truck to them for a chip repair no problem. When I arrived, one of the writers walked out to take a look at what I had going on and with the depth and appearance of the chip, informed me which glass tech she would have do the repair as he was really good with these types of things and she was right! I went back to get my truck a couple hours later (although it was ready long before that) and the chip was gone with barely a trace! It was a fast fix and honestly a lot more affordable than I expected.Service: Auto windshield repair

Dan is the lead in the body shop and he is great. Very informative, keeps you updated when he says he will. Overall timeliness of work done in the shop is pretty good, and they work directly with a handful of big auto insurance companies to streamline the process for your car repair. I'm pretty happy with it.

Rydell is obviously well known here in Grand Forks so I trust them for everything car related, but I had an exceptional experience at the Body and Glass shop with Tara M. and Dan E. The two of them offered some of the best customer service I have seen within the auto industry, and I am already getting ready to have them do more work. Coming from a big metro area I can honestly say these guys offer better service than most of the major players in a big city. Don't take you car anywhere else as these guys are second to none. Thank you Dan and Tara!

I am so disappointed in Rydell. I got rear ended in May and finally got to bring it in for estimates beginning of July and was told that it would take a week. I finally got it over 7 weeks later. They never communicated to me that parts were delayed or that it wouldn't be done in time. I ended up having to call in daily to see what the status was due to them not following up. David told me that "yeah its a bummer that we haven't gotten the part, my guy wants to get paid and doesn't until the jobs done" completely disregard the fact that it's been soo long.They finally said they got the part and it should be done by the weekend. I then drove the 5 hours to go get it as I moved out of state. And then was told Friday afternoon that it won't be done due to it not passing inspection for paint and needed to get repainted. I called again on Monday and they said maybe Tuesday. I called Tuesday and was told they forgot about some parts that were ordered.. I finally got it Wednesday. The back windshield has a scrape on it.And was told that they never know when they will get the parts until they come through the back door.Today I'm driving in the downpouring rain and tried to use my back windshield wiper and they put it upside-down and it began scraping the trunk door and not even touching the window... brand new paint scraped all because of it upside down. I've waited this long for it still not to be fixed properly? So very upset... I travel more than 2 hours to get service and repair work done at Rydell s Auto Body because they truly are the best around. Their knowledgable about the vehicle, do extensive inspections to assure they find all damage and the repair work is impeccable. But they don t stop there! They will re-evaluate and inspect any issues that arise after you have work done there to be sure nothing was missed and see if it happens to fall into the prior claim, they do well to inform you of what they are doing along the way, share their knowledge of how systems are functioning and what they will affect if they do indeed malfunction so you know what to expect and watch out for. And their customer service...I cannot say enough about the perfection of their customer service skills!!! By informing you each step of the way, fighting for you with insurance companies so you walk away with the best and making sure all your needs are met, from rental car, courtesy rides, to simply meeting your needs and making your wait as pleasant and worry free as possible. Thank you to the professionals from from customer service to technicians and Anne Ostlund, I couldn t ask for anyone better to work out all the details, large and small to ensure my vehicle is back up and running and safe on the roads!

Yesterday I picked my car up from the body shop for hail damage repair. The guys did a great job with my car. It was done two days earlier than expected. However, I was treated very negatively by the person who I was working with - Anne O. I was talked down to during a few conversations as though I knew nothing. I witnessed her talking very respectfully to an older gentleman after speaking to me. Upon picking up my car, I noticed scratches that weren t made by me so I made a request to have them looked at. I had to push for that request as she insisted that it was there before and I just never noticed it. The car was also dusty but was told it was hand washed by the crew. The guys took the car back, polished it, and the problem areas went away but I was reminded by Anne that it was originally done by me. I regularly go to Rydell for my car needs but I will make sure to give someone else my business next time. I don t deserve to be talked to like I m a teenager instead of an adult.

Tracy, the service receptionist, got our service scheduled promptly. Mitch Stafford, our service adviser, kept us informed about the service to be done and what was required. Service department quickly addressed the problem with our vehicle, and they had our vehicle ready before the end of the day. We always receive excellent service on our vehicles, which is why we have been purchasing or leasing vehicles from Rydell's for decades.

Rydell did a great job fixing our truck!!! Service advisor - Nick - was a pleasure to work with and kept us well informed as to the status of repairs. They were quick and very reasonable priced!!!

Great customer service. Prompt. I had a service rendered, the next day my car did not start. Dave had my vehicle towed and brought me a loaner vehicle to my place of employment while they had mine in shop. I was very satisfied with their services and follow ups.
