Excellent, fast and friendly service and has always been my go to auto parts store. Always seem to have what I need and in certain cases will help you with installation, like wiper blades, batteries and will even check for your code should your check engine light be on...... for free. By far above and beyond in my opinion. Great Auto parts store!!

Brought my alternator in to get it checked. It didn't take long to find out it was dead as a hammer. They then had the right part, so I was in and out in a matter of maybe 30-minutes and with good customer service. I'll be coming back to this store should anything else turn up wrong.

Chick in blonde hair was rude and very VERYYY trashy would not recommend going there while she is working. She tried flirting with my husband in front of me. Home wrecker I'd say. SMH

Their employee was very helpful. He went out of his way to provide me the best deal options and presented their flyers prior to my purchase. His sales expertise caused me to make a purchase even when my intent was to just browse. Great customer service, Thanks! 4 stars because the store and all can always get better!

Every time I go in there, Bob is the one that helps me. He is incredible and very very friendly! I've personally ran an oreillys in the cities for over a decade and I'd be honored to have him on my crew! I no longer work for that company, but I still shop there.

Everyone is nice. I'm glad I didn't order a new connector for my front lights. The guy told me that the reason my light flickered on & off was because my connector was out. I went to AutoZone and the guy advised me to buy a new bulb. Fixed it!

Customer service is the name of the game and these guys have it. Gentlemen icing the walk jumped to find me what I needed, even told me a less expensive product was better for what I needed. The honesty and know how are impeccable. Anything I need for automotive will be done with these guys.

If I'm at O'Reilly's it's because I'm looking for (cheap) car parts. Never had to wait very long to be served, staff are very knowledgeable, even with foreign brands. Had to exchange an item or two under warranty and it's always been hassle free.

The team always seems to find what I need at a reasonable price. This last trip was a new car battery. In and out in under 4 mins. Fit perfect and I'm back up n runnin!

I've shopped here for at least a couple of years and have always liked the service and the parts selection. They always seem to have what I need from fuses to batteries when other stores don't. Definitely plan on keeping them my go to parts store.

Every time I go here after I've gone to two or three other auto parts stores in Grand Forks this is my one go to there's a guy that works in here that will go the extra mile to help you find out if he has the part if you can fix it yourself or what you should do

Horrible customer service! Stopped in to get an engine code read and the guy handed me the code reader because he didn't want to go outside. He also had some snarky comments when he finally did grab his jacket to go outside. POOR, POOR, POOR service. Hopefully the Manager is aware of the tasteless employees they have hired.

Whenever I call Seth he always knows the parts I need, even if I don't know exactly what it is myself! Excellent staff, fantastic customer service, and their commercial delivery is very timely.... wish I could give TEN stars!

Went in and was greeted with a hello and assistance within seconds. Got a code check and the necessary part to fix it without any issues. This is definitely my go-to parts store
