Great person at the front desk. Ty and Gabriel explained to me transmission flush vs exchange. Got quotes strut replacements, brake bleed, radiator flush, power steering fluid hose replacement.Update 4/27/22:I've had consistent great service from NW tires. This time with Tim and Isaac. There was a rear clunking noise on low speeds 25-30mph. I thought it was a bad sway bar link, bushing or struts. Apparently, it was a muffler shield below by gas tank that broke. They fixed it for free.I've been to 5 different shops to try out different services and I'm thinking of sticking with NW tires.

Highly recommend! We blew out a tire on the interstate and they were willing to come out to help replace it. They were wicked fast and professional. Beyond happy with the experience.

Nice group of people. Stopped in today, to get two new tires on my Peterbilt, and a 3 axle alignment. Only took about 3 hours. Truck rides, and drivers a lot smoother. Thanks NW tire!

I had a flat tire, called ahead for the repair, arrived 20 minutes before it s closed. Guys did their job quickly and professionally. Got back on the road within 30 minutes.

Had a tire blow out at 10 pm north of Grand Forks, ND on I 29 . 9/27/23 . Called their 24 hour road side service and a recorded message came on saying they only do emergency call out . That to call back during day time hours. I left a message to call me back for tire service and did not receive call back . I ended up driving to Grand Forks and having to wait till morning for repair . When I asked about their 24 hour road side service the counter person could not give me an answer as to why no 24 hour service. NW tire needs to remove that service from their ad if they don't provide that anymore .

I called around Grand Forks to get my tire patched as it had a screw in it. NW tire was the most expensive place around by about $12 but they were also the only ones able to do it the same day. When getting my car back, there were greasy stain prints on interior, they clearly did not wear gloves. Wont be going back to NW tire.

These guys are awesome. I drive a tractor trailer and showed up at 330 on a Friday with a trailer tire that needed to be changed. They got me right in and got me back on the road when no one else in town would. Without them it would have cost me a day and I would have been late to my delivery in PA. If I lived in GF I would go to them for all of my tire needs. Thank you again for your help and the great friendly service.

Jeff got me in today without an appointment for some tire work. On a Saturday that's almost unheard of now for anything auto repair related. Thanks again to him and the shop for the help. Great service!

Paid to have them fix my brakes. They over tightened the bolts and my brakes literally fell apart while driving down the interstate. I had to get towed to a different shop to have them repaired. Went back to NW tire to get a refund and I had to call repeatedly for two weeks before I was refunded. Also the manager was flippant and not even slightly apologetic. I will not be going back and I would NOT recommend going there, particularly for females.

We bought 4 tires here in 2018. Only problem was a slow leak. Brought it in , told them about the slow leak and they asked for the keys. Fifteen minutes later they said it was ready, they had removed a nail we had picked up somewhere, balanced it and away we go. No bill. Very courteous, professional. A quality experience. Thanks

Traveling from Brainerd MN to Bottineau. Ended up having issues and broke down just down the road from these guys. They were so professional and polite. They were able to get us in right away. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Went in to get a flat tire patched. After waiting half an hour my vehicle hadn t even made it into the shop, which I sort of expected on a Monday morning. I asked how long the wait would be and they immediately pulled someone off another job to get it in. When the repair was done which only took 15 minutes they told me that I shouldn t have had to wait that long and they would cover the cost of the repair. As a business owner myself I think the way the situation was handled and the customer service was top notch. Thank you for getting me back on the road and back to helping customers of my own!

I went here to get my new rims put on and there was a bad storm coming. I asked them if they were done if they could just leave it in the garage untill I arrived. They didn't hesitate or anything and did it. Good customer service.

Had a flat tire on a Thursday morning, and called around Grand Forks to see if I could possibly have a tire repaired. I tried 2-3 places and was told, "we can try get you in next Tuesday or Wednesday.I then proceed to call NW Tire and the response was, "bring it right over and we'll take care of it". I got there and they were so friendly and took my car right in and I was done back at work within an hour, including 1/2 hour drive time. Even the technician that repaired my tire had time to come out and let me know what he found.They even had a waiting area with a TV and coffee. Excellent service and would highly recommend them for all your tire needs. They also do more than just tires, they do oil changes at a very competitive price.Thank you for the great service!!!

I live more than 60 miles from this place but have done all my service work here for years. Now my girls have vehicles and we take theirs here as well. These folks are great - honest, trustworthy, accommodating, and just good people. I couldn t ask for better! A+++

We moved to from Grand Forks to Albuquerque recently and I can't express how much we miss northwest. They had great service, amazing rates, a clean and comfortable waiting room and honest mechanics. We were so loyal to them that after 3 years, when we left, they gave us hats and cups and gloves and comped our last visit. I never dreaded going there as I knew they would take care of my car is a fast and fair manner.

We pulled off the highway with a shredded travel-trailer tire and happened to be close to NW Tire. What great service! They had our tire changed and out the door in 25 minutes. Very happy.

I actually have a friend who referred me to NWtire. They were completely up professional work was perfect did everything i asked for and much more. All of requests they did them without charging or upselling things i didn't need. Good work team especially James, Chad and Michael, everybody was very nice and welcoming...

Flat tire on drives just needs a patch or plug,,,service says can't do to busy,,,don't waste your time stopping here call pomps tire, always reliable

Had my car taken in for an alignment and they told me it couldn t be done because the control arms needed to be replaced. They quoted me $600 for the job! For 1. a control replacement would be 3 hours max. That s $200 an hour which is insane. 2. I took a look at it and couldn t find anything wrong. I then took it to a different mechanic who told me nothing was wrong with the control arms and did the alignment.This place has predatory business practices. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Purchased one set of fantastic Toyo tires for my car, and had a set of Yokohama tires installed on my wife's SUV. Very easy to work with. Good appointment availability. Quality work. Excellent job all around! Talk to Jake, the only tire guy I use.

A couple months ago I brought me SUV in to have the tires road forced balance so there wasn't so much vibration in the truck, New West tire didn't charge me for it because it wasn't going to take care of the problem (but it did help) since then I sold that SUV and now my van apparently needed $1200 of work according to a dealership in town. Of course I took it to Northwest tire and found a much simpler fix! Northwest tire is awesome I will not go anywhere eles! Thank you for being so honest! They actually inform you and physically show you what is going on with the car!

These guys were great. Blew a trailer tire on the interstate past Fargo. Called ahead & told Northwest Tire what I needed. Not only was the guy waiting for me pull in with the shop door open but they replaced both tires in under 30 minutes.

We were stuck with a flat tire half an hour before open and they kindly let us in and got us a new tire so we could get back on the road for my son's driver's license test. Absolutely amazing service and staff.

My family and I were in grand forks when the tire pressure on our trailer went low. due to the cold temps no where in town had working air lines. Pulled into NW tires 5 mins after closing and Ethan was willing to let me pull into the stop and air up my tires.
