Bob is an awesome mechanic! He & his team can fix anything at an excellent price and in a reasonable time frame. He has kept my old Ford Ranger running great for years. Easily the best mechanic I've ever been to. The gas station is also nice, and the staff are always friendly.

I had car trouble while traveling through Grand Forks and found myself needing some quick car repairs. Of course I didn't know where to start but found Gateway Cenex after searching on Google. Bobby and his team were exceptional and fit me into their busy schedule to get me back on the road in a timely manner. Choose Gateway and you will be pleased!!

My dad has been bringing vehicles to Bobby for years and now as an adult I have been too. They are timely, professional, and honest. Bobby even sent me to another shop in town because he said they could do the specialty work on my vehicle much cheaper than what he could, and didn't charge me for the consultation! As a female that knows nothing about cars I feel like they are honest and do good work. Completely recommend them!

Wife and I brought our van here to get one tire replaced. Six hundred dollars and almost 2 weeks later, we got our van back.Less than 2 weeks after that, we had to bring it in (to a different shop) and had to pay to have our alignment redone (Bob and the crew at Cenex "did" an alignment with loose tie rods) as well as other front end work that Cenex had "performed".Have used this Cenex on and off since the 1990s, same ownership and management and have yet to have a good experience, or a prompt fix to a problem. Will not use again.One pro, and the the one star they do get, they do accept payments.

A nice little gas station and auto repair station. Local owner. Bob and his staff are great mechanics and provide wonderful service. They believe in the Golden Rule. They believe in a handshake and a smile. To me, they remind me of Mayberry. Just a nice hometown place that everyone knows.

My roommate had his car brought in for a battery or starter change over 2 weeks ago. 2 days ago he gets a call saying one of his wheels or tires was stolen from there lot. Cenex said they would replace whatever was stolen, but after 2 weeks of not getting a simple fix like a battery or starter looked at I don't trust this shop.

We were on route to Arizona when our truck broke down. The owner Bob at this location was able to fit us in early to do the repair. Great service and friendly staff. Thanks again Bob.

Honest and fair. Took my vehicle here, but they could not recreate the problem to troubleshoot/diagnose. There were no mechanic games or pressure to replace anything. Would recommend based on this integrity.
