My daughter is attending college in the area and received excellent care. They were clear in what needed to be fixed. The work was done quickly and correctly. The price was fair and she felt safe and comfortable with the whole process. Highly recommend this business.

I trust my two cars are receiving the best of care at the Grand Forks Firestone location. They keep on schedule, provide excellent service and go over my options in detail in terms that I as a non-mechanic can understand. I enjoy working with all the staff. I give outstanding marks to the mechanics who service my vehicle there!

Been going here 13 years. Great costumer service. Never been up sold one. They on different occasions swapped my tires, fixed my alignment and filling my tire pressure all as a courtesy. Couldn t recommend them more.

Had a leak in my tire and they fixed it, after that the next day it was leaking again a DIFFERENT hole but they fixed it but it was a cut and weren t supposed to do it but did it for my convenience and did it free of charge bec I was in the day before. Thank you

I ve only been to this location 2 times. I got an oil change and my headlight was out. The guy at the front is so nice. I got tires 2 days ago and I came in at 3, they close at 5. I was expecting an appointment to put the tires on but they did it the same day on a Saturday. They re so great there and he gave me $160 off a full set of tires. I won t go anywhere else for my car from now on.Service: Tires

Was visiting from out of town when we experienced unexpected car troubles late one Friday night. Based on locals recommendation showed up 8am Saturday morning with no appt. Ian was great, was able to get my car in ASAP, diagnose the problem, order necessary parts and have it ready within a few hours all for much less than I was expecting. What could have ruined our visit was resolved quickly and gave me peace of mind we could get back on the hwy safely. Simply amazing and would highly recommend!Service: Brakes

Inexperienced "mechanics" told me they couldn't work on my car cause it's foreign. If your service guys don't have the capabilities to work on foreign cars, GET NEW SERVICE MECHANICS!

Tried to get my SUV in but only spot was about a month out, not soon enough unfortunately. But the desk worker was very nice informing me of other places to go.

Fast and friendly service. I have my oil changed there and always get my tires there. I had an issue with my car one time and instead of working on the problem that was happening, they suggested I take my car to the dealership as they were not fully confident it could be done correctly. They chose to lose money on my repair because they wanted me to have it done right. (It is a Subaru, and they can be a bi*** to fix sometimes.) You do not see that happen many times with auto repair shops.

I had a flat on my rental vehicle. Ian was able to get it fixed quickly, without having the hassle of going through the rental car company. Ian and the technicians are superb. Very professional crew. I've never had a problem scheduling an appointment, even though they also seem very busy. I never felt like they were trying to gouge me on services or upsell me more than is understandable, and I feel confident in the work they do.The only reason I give 4 stars is because of how expensive everything is, which I get is probably the same everywhere else in town but I think that $520 for a change of brake pads and an oil change is a bit overpriced.Still, the job was done in a timely manner and the staff were all very respectful and pleasant so I would recommend this place for most vehicle needs.

Talk to Tim over the phone explained my situation with my car. I explained I had a lifetime alignment what Firestone that I usually go and get my car aligned in Washington State. I stayed to Tim that one of the Firestone that was in Washington State didn't take care of me on my alignment very good, all I had to do explain to him what the situation was and he end up scheduling me an appointment on my schedule and work with me to get my car in as soon as possible to get my alignment done. I'm very happy with the service that this Firestone gave me. I was able to get my alignment done within about 45 minutes got in and out within an hour. Very fast service. Also showed me print out of the alignment what was out and they put my car back into alignment and explained what was out and why I was getting the tire wear that I was getting. I recommend going to the Firestone and talking to Tim he's very professional and I was very happy with the work that the shop did very happy with the service by the other employees as well very nice and polite. I would definitely come back I actually live in Williston North Dakota and I live five and a half hours away and I will be coming to this Firestone a lot more. I do recommend does Firestone. I give it a five-star across the board.

Dropped my Edge off Saturday for a last minute oil change and a tire rotation before going on vacation. I would normally do it myself but I was too busy. Greyson and Tim were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. They had my vehicle back to me within a couple of hours which was much faster than I had anticipated seeing as I did not have an appointment. I will definitely be returning.

I made an appointment for a tire rotation (free when you buy tires from them) and I dropped off my car at 8:30 in the morning like I was asked. They did not finish until almost 5pm. I understand that they are very busy, but the purpose of an appointment is to avoid things like this from happening. While they do have good sales on tires and offer military discount, I think I would rather invest in the tools to do my own tire rotation.

Set up an appointment for an older vehicle - '78. Oil change and tires as well. Was not told over the phone that this business will not work on vehicles OLDER THAN 30 YEARS OLD. Unreliable on the phone.

Went in for a flat tire. I knew it was probably going to take a while and it did (they were busy) but the wait was okay because the vibes were impeccable. There are some giant windows in their waiting area so I got to sit in the sunshine and read and do a crossword puzzle while I waited. Some keys for another customer got misplaced and everyone was scrambling around looking for them and nobody was mad it was just this wild thing that happened and everyone was cool and good natured about it. They found the keys. My tire was fixed. 10/10 bring a book

Made an appointment for an oil change because I was informed of a special price promotion. After making the reservation and providing my car information, I wasnt informed until drop off that my car did not qualify for the promotional price they discussed over the phone. The new price was about 5 bucks more than the NW Tire just down the block. That sucked but I already had the appointment and it wasn't worth canceling over 5 dollars.1 hour later and my car was still up on their lift. Who the heck wants to wait over an hour for an oil change AFTER making an appointment.Never again. Dude didn't even seem to notice how inconvenient their service is.

They are very friendly there. I've never had a problem, except for the time I went just to ask if they could make sure I installed my turn signal bulb correctly. Whoever was there told me that it would cost like $30-something to diagnose it. I told him I'm not paying for that. I just needed to know that I installed it correctly bc it wasn't coming on. He came out and looked, then said it isn't coming on because I needed a new connector (just like at O'Reilly's). Then I left.
