Josh & Patrick thank you for your amazing service. Went in person to order the tired I wanted because there was some issue with the website recognizing my car. Josh took care of me without hesitation. I knew what I was looking far, and could easily tell he was very (and likely more) knowledgeable about tires etc. than I was. 100% would come here again. I think they are better than the other (T1) competition in town. Prices are reasonable too, but the service is top notch. I'm writing this review and I haven't even had my tires installed yet, only ordered. I am sure I will write an equally glowing review when they arrive and it comes time to install them. Recommend this place WITHOUT HESITATION. Thank you guys!!!!

We were in from the Twin Cities visiting our daughter and brought her car in to get the TPMS checked after she hit a pothole. The rep, Patrick E., looked things over, pulled a tire off, removed corrosion from the rim, and reseated the tire free of charge. By far the best customer service we ve experienced in a long time! We were so blown away that later that day we went back to get new tires for our truck, even though we weren t planning on it and still had a few months left on the old ones. In a day way customer service seems non-existent in most places we wanted to give our business to a group that still delivers. Can t speak highly enough about this team!!

Joshua deserves a raise, recognition from managers, or both. I called the store at 1:14pm from across town, he gave me the info I needed so I headed over. He got me checked in and taken care of at the front desk, got my tires rotated, and had my car pulled out front by 1:35pm. Incredibly fast and friendly service. Kudos to Josh!

Amazing customer service, great product and awesome work! Thank you to Patrick, Micheal and Sam at the Grand Forks, ND store. Right before the holidays I had a completely flat tire after work. The internet said Discount Tire would be closing in 30 minutes. I called and asked if it was too late to come. They told me on the phone The holiday s are coming. We want you safe on the road. Bring it in tonight and we will take care of you. We got there 10 minutes before closing time. They were very friendly and happy to have us there. Within about 10 minutes they let us know our hole in the tire was too big to patch. They showed it to us and explained everything in great detail and answered all of our questions. We told them we could come back the next day and just leave the car for the night so they could go home, since it was past closing time. All 3 of them were not concerned it was past closing time and said we just want to take care of you tonight and make sure you leave here safe. After visiting, showing prices and showing us different tire options, we decided to get all 4 new tires. The 3 of them went back there in the shop, hammered it all out with team work and took care of us in no time at all. We were SO thankful and they were so kind and great. We have told SO many people about how great they are and have sent many people their way since then. We will DEFINITELY be back!!! Thank you again!!!

I have been all over this town looking for tires and a rim at a decent price without having to wait on ordering. Discount tire had everything in stock and I didn't have to waste half my day off sitting in a tire shop. On top of that the guys were all very friendly and helpful.

Awesome customer service! I took my tires to them after another shop claimed they couldn't balance them... Patrick was very friendly, personable, and balanced my tires no problem. Highly recommend.

Found a nail in my tire and was able to drop in, get a patch, and walk out in less than 45 min. Patrick and his team were very pleasant and professional, I ll definitely keep coming back for all of my tire service needs!

I had a road trip coming up soon, and had low tire pressure in one tire. I tried scheduling/walking into the other auto shops in town, and they were either not taking anybody, or accepted my appointment online but then had me reschedule. I came here after work, they took me in immediately and were super friendly. They fixed my tire in 20 minutes, and didn't even charge me. Would definitely recommend

Michael and his crew did in excellent job getting me in and out of there with the tires that I wanted. They helped my wife and daughter with repairing their tires that had nails in them for free. This store has great customer service and people that actually want to work. Keep up the GREAT WORK! Price for the tires...Definitely will not complain.

Late Thursday I found a nail in my tire. Called Discount Tire before 8am Friday and Michael answered. He told me they could squeeze me in but that I'd need to leave my truck with them until they had time. No problem I found myself a ride to work and headed to the shop. I got there and turned out he could get me in right away. I had my tire patched and keys in hand 30 mins later and I was set to go! They didn't charge me for the patch and made sure my other tires were good too. Michael wasn't pushy about anything. He let me know about their tire certificates and called it good. Thank you Michael and crew for getting me back on the road so fast!

I don't recall the man's name who helped me, but he was fantastic! He truly cared about my safety and got me back on the road. They were kind, quick and knowledgeable. Anybody needing tire service should make this their store.

I have brought our work trailer and work pickup to this location. Michael and his staff are amazing. They knocked out both units very quickly. I was very impressed with the service.

We were on our way back home to Manitoba when we stopped in Grand Forks and could hear that one of our tires had a leak. I called and they told us to come in right away and they would take care of it. Within 15 minutes of us getting there they had the tire removed and found that the rim was cracked. They put the spare on for us so we could make it home, and did it for free! Every employee we dealt with was kind, efficient, knowledgeable & helpful. While I hope we don t have tire issues again while travelling, I wouldn t hesitate to bring our vehicle here again! 10/10 would recommend Discount Tire!

Mike was really helpful, and price matched the tires I was looking at elsewhere. I dropped the car off in the morning, and they had the new tires on in under 20 minutes! I am really pleased with how friendly everyone was and the quick service.

Had a slow leak in my tire and scheduled an appt online. Arrived shortly before my appt, Michael greeted me, pulled my vehicle in and within about 15 minutes their techs had diagnosed the issue (a nail in the tire). Techs repaired it quickly and i was out of there within 30 minutes! Great service. Know where we will be going when we need new rubber! Thanks for the great service!

My coworker recommended Discount Tire because he said the owner is a great guy and they do excellent work, so I scheduled an appointment for a tire rotation and balance. I didn't even have to pay for that. That's how you win customers. The staff was amazing, and the service was professional and fast. 5/5 stars!

Discount Tire has fantastic customer service and an awesome crew. I ordered wheels and snow tires online from Tire Rack and had them shipped to Discount Tire. Without an appointment, the crew at DT helped me out by getting my car in and inatallingthe new wheels/snow tires the night before a snow storm. They had 4 cars that they worked on after their closing time to make sure every customer that was in the store was prepped for the snow and ice the next day. My experience was fantastic and painless, which is rare to find nowadays. I highly recommend Discount Tire and I'll continue doing business with them I'm the future.

This place is legit -- Give them a call & from the moment they pick up, you'll know this place is different. This will be my 1st call for tires for as long as I'm in GF. Do yourself a favor & do the same!

I was very happy with my experience here! They have excellent customer service and everyone was extremely friendly. My tire was leaking air and they found the problem and fixed it for me in 15 minutes for free! I will recommend discount tire to everyone!

Great service. Same day. Got my car in after a flat and they took care of me right away. You get what you pay for and they will try to find any discounts they can for you.

It's a shame to see many great reviews and be given bad service. I went in with a slow leak was tired of putting air in every 3days so was i went in for a patch. after waiting a bit they came out with my tire with a hole drilled in the side wall saying its unrepairable. We agreed on a budget tire. They came back again with the news they don't have it in stock so I got stuck paying for a expensive tire since a Nickel sized hole been drilled in the tire I could have still drove with. A tire should have been bought before any work was done, leaving me with only an option of their service

I called for a flat repair close to closing time. They told to come on in. They helped me out quickly and they were all super helpful. Great customer service and easy to work with!! Those guys are amazing!! Definitely recommend to friends and family.
