Driving back to Canada my water pump belt snapped and the pulleys seized on the I29 about 10 minutes out of Grand Forks on a Sunday. Had to get my car back to Grand Forks, stay the night, and wait until morning. Made a bunch of calls.I called "Bob" at a Cenex and he couldn't take me but he referenced John at this Cenex. SO GLAD HE DID! I called at 8am and explained I'm from out of town and broke down on the highway and needed to get home ASAP. John was fantastic! Very friendly on the phone and said bring it in right away. Got the car there by 830am and before I Uber'd back to the Ramada the car was already in the bay. By noon John calls and says the car is done. I arrive, pick it up, pay a very fair price, and everything works fine. I get to go home!This was top notch service for someone who really needed it.Thanks John for being so accommodating and you really put some light at the end of a dark tunnel that day!Recommended 100%!!!!!

This is hands down one of the most honest businesses I've ever worked with. My daughter brought her aging car in for what we thought would be an expensive repair. The mechanics understood the challenges of this old car. Rather than proposing expensive solutions, they implemented workable, practical and affordable ones. We are very happy with the quality of their work.

They originally stated that it would take 4 hours for me just to get a jump for my car. When I called them after 4 hours when they didn't show up they kept on saying they where on there way. One time they put me on hold and then hanged up on me. I kept going outside and waiting in my car when they said they where heading over right away. This was unpleasant due to the fact that it was -12 degree's outside. When I called them back the last time they told me that it would be at least another 30 hour before they showed up. Having heard this before and having waited about 6 hours already I decided enough was enough and cancelled and had to call a cab to take me home.

During a blizzard, short staffed because they had several mechanics who were not able to get to work, the agreed to help me by working on my company vehicle on short notice (dealership said they couldn't do anything for me until 5 days later - next week!) price was fair and their help on short notice was greatly appreciated!

This place is a hidden treasure. I think they could work on just about any vehicle that someone could bring to them. They know what they are doing! This is going to be my choice to get my car repaired from now on!
