Good people, nice and friendly, easy going they order your tires asap and can get them on your car as you need them. The inside of the shop is clean and the bathrooms were super clean especially for an auto shop. The sink was sparkling. I really appreciated that as wasn t expecting it. There is a big lot for you to park your car. The staff listen to your needs and work with you. There are snacks and drinks in the vending machines (chips n cookies and soda and power drinks). I will return! Thank you Big Jim s!

Staff was quick to help me and my kids out when I noticed my tire was getting quickly flat. They got me in immediately and found the problem - a faulty core on one of the air stems. I am so appreciative!

I had a pleasant experience with Big Jim's, although things could be improved. The biggest trouble was getting an appointment for a tire change scheduled as I was immediately put on hold for 15 minutes by one of the office ladies. When I got there the day of my appointment, it took 3 hours to get my car in and serviced, although they did warn me of this beforehand and that mornings were usually very busy.As for the service itself, it was above average. Once they got my car in the shop, it took them ~20min to get everything done. A technician made sure to update me every few minutes on the status of my car once they did get it in. The staff were very nice and the price was reasonable, I would recommend them for any tire services.

I am so sad to give one star. For years we have used Big Jim's for random tire issues. We are not a big customer who spends a lot of money however we used Big Jim's because it is local and has always had wonderful service.Today was terrible. The two office ladies have terrible customer service. They are rude and do not answer questions. They just put you on hold for up to 5 mins. It would have been longer but I kept hanging up and calling back. It took over 1 hour of calling for someone to finally answer my simple question - Is my car done?The gentleman who answered the phone actually listened and answered the simple question I had.I completely understand that every business is strapped for employees. Good help is terribly hard to find. However - I am sad that a local place known for doing the best work in their industry has terrilbe customer service agents. Those ladies should be ashamed of themselves. They are old enough to know better on how to treat their paying customers.

This place is amazing! I called around to 5 other tire places in town. Not only did Big Jim s offer the best price they also had the best customer service. This is the place you want your daughter or son going to. They were honest, helpful, and did not rip me off. Couldn t be more thankful to have a place that I can trust not to way overcharge me.

We hit a pothole on the highway; our tire bubbled. We found Big Jim's by accident. I am so glad we did. Friendly,kind staff and everyone has a smile. Even when we had our little guys. They helped us right away. They had us back on our trip in no time. Thank you so very much!!

Fast service at a convenient location off the highway! Even though they were super busy, I had a great experience here while replacing a blown-out tire on my motorhome. Jeramy's team made sure I was taken care of and on my way quickly while traveling across the country. Highly recommended tire shop!

The price is what brought me to Big Jim's but after the poor customer service and the fact that I had to take my tire someplace else to get fixed afterwards is why I'll have a tough time recommending this place

Went in to get help mounting a lawnmower tire that I had partially put on myself, but couldn t finish. Jeremy hooked me up and completed it himself with quick turn around and amazing service! We ve found our new, and only tire service for life!!! Thank you Big Jim s!

Big Jim s; definitely a well rounded group.If you re tired of the corporate style service, with a fancy spokes man, give Big Jim s a try. They won t tread on you with high prices or mount a bunch of stuff you don t need on your order. They had a bead on what I needed right away and had a very balanced approach.If you have a vulcanized opinion of tire shops, rim ember that Big Jim s can puncture that stereotype get you patched up in no time! Wheel definitely recommend Big Jim s.A ply within!

I have been searching for some reasonably priced USED tires.. George (Manager at the EAST GRAND FORKS O'REILLY') directed me here...I went in and asked the fella how much a couple good used tires would run.."mam, we don't sell used tires"...my heart kinda sank as I didn't have the money for NEW tires..He took the tire sizes and looked them up..$69 plus tax... such great prices..and they do all the extras for you!! Highly recommend them!!

Having moved away from the area about a year and a half ago, we still have yet to find a shop like Big Jim's. The people there really know their customers, and always follow thru on making sure the customer is happy. If they ever decide to open a shop out of state, I know a perfect location in Surprise Arizona!

They didn't bother to balance my tires and I immediately ended up leaving for a road trip straight from there. My tire didn't need to be replaced though and I appreciate them not lying about that.

I used the online scheduling to request an appointment but I never heard back so I called on the phone and the person who answered said they don't have online scheduling. OK. Then she was very abrupt with me and connected me to someone else who never picked up. I hung up and called back, but nobody answered. Why would I become a customer of this terrible place?

Was there for 30 minutes and nobody came out to help. Terrible service. Don't waste your time there. I usually don t leave bad reviews but I also don t like getting my time wasted.

I was there today, my friend had a bolt in her tire. We had to wait a bit but for the wait the fix was comped and we left with a smile. They were busy and we stuck around because they are the best in Grand Forks ND service with a smile helps thanks y'all.
