5-Star collision is extremely professional and their customer service is amazing. I definitely would recommend if you need some major body work done. If you re not too sure about something, they re willing to give unbiased advice. They carefully reviewed my car, warned me of possible issues, and sent me a quote fast. I requested some adjustments to be made on my quote, and it ended up being super affordable, and low labor. Again, definitely recommend! The people there are great.

The staff at 5-Star were respectful and professional. Bob, the owner, took the time to thoroughly assess the damage to my bumper and provided clear and detailed options of repairs. The transparency and honesty in his communication was evident.The quality of the work performed on my bumper exceeded my expectations. I decided not to completely replace my bumper and use my original one, which was ripped off while someone helped me get unstuck, and it seriously looks as good as new.I highly recommend 5-Star to anyone in need of auto body repairs. They were respectful, upfront, and courteous. Thank you, Bob and staff, for making a potentially stressful situation a seamless and positive experience!

Sharing this for my older brother. He was not happy with his usual choice of body shops as they have become so big they have lost a bit of that personal touch. I very rarely recommend businesses unless I am 100% sure they are going to take care of whatever issue to the best of their abilities. After a recent experience with Bob I was very confident sending my brother over for service. He reported back that he was extremely happy and will be a customer for life. Thanks Bob!

This is my first time using 5-Star Collision, but definitely not my last, if ever needed again. Everything was as promised, service and estimate given professionally, courteously, on time as promised and they kept me informed the whole time period. I was very surprised, happy and satisfied with the end result and choosing to go through 5-Star Collision. Thank you all for your hard work!!

Thank you to the 5 Star Collison team for your excellence in service, communication and customer service in dealing with my repairs. Although I had the misfortune of needing repair x2 within a small window of time you folks made everything as quick and easy as possible. From dealing with the insurance , assisting me to obtain rental service and constant communication in letting me know where we were at throughout the process. My vehicle looked better than it did when I drove it off the car lot! My son, who is a UND student, got into an accident and we had the car towed to 5 Star. My initial call was answered by the nicest persona and she let me know the steps to take to get the car to them for an estimate. I also reached out via their website and the owner Bob responded immediately. I am 2000 miles away in California and explained the situation to Bob and he was friendly and helpful and put me at ease with the distance and the stressful situation. Even though the car was not going to be able to be fixed Bob worked with me to try and get it in a state that it could be driven to my son's apartment and in the end he charged me nothing for the extra service I requested. I would not hesitate to send my son back there if the need were to arise (hopefully it won't :)) or to recommend 5 Star to anyone in the area.

Price, which is always important, was very reasonable. Employees were very nice and the quality of work and installation of windshield was without flaw. Would very much recommend 5-Star to family and friends.

Called to see if they could put my keyhole and clip in as I wasn't able to. The gentlemen was super nice and even though they were booked out a long ways, said I could come in and he would check it out. Went in on my lunch he fixed it within 10 minutes and didn't charge me a thing! Great service and the gal up front is super sweet and friendly! :) Highly recommend!

I ve used 5-star Collision 5 times in the last 4 years. They do amazing work, and are so flexible with your schedule. Each time my vehicle has been returned cleaned and vacuumed on the inside, which is above and beyond. Thank you 5-star!

When we needed an estimate for the repairs on my daughter's vehicle, 5-Star was so flexible with the time to bring it in and gave us the most accurate and detailed estimate. Then they worked directly with my insurance company and were ready for us on the date scheduled to bring the car in. They regularly updated us on their progress. When they found hidden damage, they updated the insurance company and car rental company so we did not have to worry about anything.They were professional and so friendly. The repairs were excellent and to our surprise the car was cleaned both on the exterior and interior!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my company vehicle to Craig, Bob, and the guys after having a mishap with a sprayer. These guys were spot on with repairs! They were extremely quick and did a fantastic job. I also had them repair a couple of rock chips in the windshield while it was there. Price was great and work was even better!Had my personal truck there about a year ago for some pretty extensive body repair after being hit by another driver and they knocked that out of the park too.Several people have asked me who has done my body repairs because they did such a great job. First of all, 5-star was able to get me in faster than other places in town by about 3-4 weeks. I was sold by that fact alone, but then they continued to exceed expectations when work was completed quicker than expected and with excellent quality and attention to detail. Bob was great to work with throughout the entire process too. He made what could have been a stressful situation too easy and stress free. I can't recommend them enough.

I am a college student, and my friend backed into my car. Being a young woman, I have gotten taken advantage of by other shops in town. I will never go anywhere else after going to 5-star. Bob was super helpful and made the process as easy as possible. He explained everything in terms that I understood and took care of everything for me. The car was ready in just three days which was faster than I had expected. I work out of town, and the guys came in after-hours so that I could pick my car up. The entire process was very seamless, and I recommend them to everyone! Bob and the team do fantastic work! When my car was in a hit and run I went online and read reviews for Grand Forks auto repair. I selected Five Star based solely on the reviews from others. Bob and his crew did an excellent job repairing my car.They have sterling customer service and Bob was professional and friendly. Although Bob had to order additional repairs once the back bumper was removed, he still finished repairs quickly and on time. Bob kept me updated via text messages from start to finish regarding all repairs.Their business is super clean, inside and out. When I picked up my car I was impressed thatthey had cleaned and vacuumed the inside and washed the exterior.If you need your car fixed, you absolutely can not go wrong choosing Five Star Collision. Bob was very thorough in his estimate and the customer service has been great. The owner, Craig, treated my dad and I very well over a decade ago when he helped us with multiple vehicles. This good service is why I'm a returning client. Estimates are free, so if you need body work done, what are you waiting for?

Absolutely PHENOMENAL experience! The entire process from start to finish (minus what actually caused me to need 5-Star Collision) was exceptional. The customer service is the best I ve ever received. They took care of everything - literally everything - from dealing with my insurance to assisting with securing a rental. I unfortunately got two of my van windows shot out over the past weekend. This was the first time something like this has ever happened to me and I was completely overwhelmed by the situation. I contacted 5-Star Collision right away for a replacement quote, which was the best one I had received compared to other shops. From the glass, the labor, and clean up, 5-Star Collision remained true to the quote, as well as provided wonderful costumer service. Bob was very informative, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process of getting my windows replaced. Although what happened wasn t a great situation and it was very upsetting to experience, Bob and the employees at 5-Star made it into a positive one. I highly recommend this shop if you need a window replacement!!Services: Window installation, Auto side window replacement, Glass installation

We live in Bismarck ND and our Granddaughter lives in Grand Forks ND.She needed to have her windshield replaced.Not knowing any of these businesses there we took a chance. I spoke with Bob and explained that we needed a windshield but since there was a distance issue would've be willing to replace our Granddaughters windshield and if so could I just pay it over the phone. Bob was very kind about it and was very willing to work with me.The windshield was replaced and my granddaughter was treated with great customer service when she dropped it off and picked it up. The job done was great she was very pleased. I would definitely recommend this business to anybody.Thanks Bob we appreciate how easy you made this

Excellent service from start to finish. When I brought my vehicle to 5-Star for an estimate it was very easy to begin with. I just drove straight up to the drive-in estimator, the staff opened the doors and I was able to bring my vehicle right inside for the estimate. Once the repairs had began, I received daily updates through text and email, showing the progress of my vehicle, which was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. Bob and Craig run a very fine tuned business with knowledgeable and skilled technicians. Hopefully another vehicle collision will not be in my future, but if it does, I will definitely be coming straight back to 5-Star. From this point on, I will only recommend that people get their auto body work done here.
