We never actually used any services from this shop because of how unwilling they are to help. Me and my husband came here from Lakenheath, I worked for 2+ years at the auto hobby on that base, and let me tell you the incompetence and lack of service this shop here has is sad. This shop should be here to service it s community. With base being so far out of town and literally freezing weather this shop is the first option if there is autotmotive need but they refused to even help get the car to a warm building, ask any questions, offer any diagnosis or tool to help, or even anyone else who could try to help. Being from FSS you should be SUPPORT. That s literally what FSS is!!! But sadly this shop is not that. Wish they could and would do better.

I love this place. They are almost on every Air Force base and there truly isn't a civilian counterpart. They offer low prices to use their vehicle lifts and use their tools which is wonderful for a DIY mechanic like myself to save thousands on costly car repair services.Their organization and upkeep of tools could be a bit better as some tools that get damaged are left in the toolboxes and some of the areas are dirtier than they should be, but it's a mechanic's shop so its no big deal. Great helpful staff as well!

This is a nice little place to work on your own car or have a mechanic work on it. It is open on Saturdays for working on your own car only. There is a very knowledgeable long haired man who can give you helpful advice on Saturdays. I have even seen him help out with car repairs when needed.

Very helpful staff. Steve and the " Silver haired fella" ( can't recall his name) were a big help. Great to have a warm, loaded space to work in winter. Everything you need in one place.

Wad charged $140 for them to not fix the problem and when I called to tell them they acted as if they couldn't be bothered by it.
