24 hr shop. Good people and if you're wandering about your truck just look out the window. Great drivers lounge 2 beds shower laundry. You can't expect more from a repair shop.

Todd Steenerson and Casey Lindgren up at Wallwork truck center in Fargo are great to work with. We take our trucks and semis into them for maintenance work and body work if needed and they do a great job in a timely manner for a reasonable price. Thanks to the crew at Wallwork Truck Center Fargo. We appreciate it.

Their driver likes to cut people off going 80mph in a 55mph speed limit then proceeded to slam on their break in front me. Not sure if they don't know how to drive or just bad time management. Also got it recorded on my dash cam and will be going on the Fargo can't drive Facebook page.

BEWARE! I came here with my cargo van looking to get a simple oil change. I waited 3 hours for it to be completed. They have you wait upstairs while your vehicle is being worked on and no one gives you an update or anything. When I go downstairs to check if the work is completed I m ignored for and then I m told the cost of my oil change is $133! $80.00 was for labor this place has bad customer service and they scam you!

Great guys, bc of the truck shortage waited a lot but Nick always encouraged me and Sam explained financial details clearly. It was very smooth hand over and Noah, he is a great person, clarified some engine and electronics issues very well. Great Company, will advice to everyone, guys don t fight with Illinois dealers go to wallwork and save your psychological condition safe

Of course, truck broke down and had to get towed in. Greeted by Randy, he gave clear, concised information and told me don t worry about. They worked on truck expediently and now I m headed home for military duty. Thank you all for great service!

These guys at wallwork truck center are amazing to work with. Once they told you what time your truck will be ready that is it. They are reliable and trust worthy when dealing with them. I will definitely recommend their services to friends any day, any time. Keep the good work guys as I am proud of you guys!

I really appreciate everyone in the service and parts department! They always take good care of my truck and get me back on the road in a timely fashion. Shane in sales is excellent at his job! He kept me up to date with my new truck progress that was ordered in a tough time due to shortages from COVID. And don t forget the body shop. The guys in there have always done great work repairing my truck when needed.

Edit on 7/22/22 (From my last visit over 3 months ago I was told I'd be getting my $2,000 bill covered by warranty and getting my credit card reimbursed. I was told that over the phone by the service writer. I finally got my money after 2 months of waiting and it was only $960. They only covered half the bill but I was told I'd get my full amount back. They lied to me yet again!! I am beyond disappointed with this dealership.)I bought a brand new truck from wallwork truck center about 2 years ago and getting repairs done there is an absolute nightmare. I've been lied to multiple times and have lost days of work because they lied to me about warranty covering my issues and ended up getting stuck with a big bill that was unnecessary. They've cost me too much time, money and absolute headache at this point so I will not buy another truck from them or get mine repaired there anymore. I am very disappointed and frustrated.

I am rating u guys a 10 because of how quick and careful u where with my truck. I had multiple things to fix and i know it wasn't an easy thing to accomplish in just a short time. The young mechanic that did all my front-end work got some grreat compliments over at the tire shop this morning. Thank u so very much for the fine job.

Absolute top-notch service from this facility. Garrett Evans in service got us right in and out when we were stuck out of town and needed prompt service to get back on the road. No one else in 100mi radius was able to get us in, and the Wallwork team took us right in, and got us taken care of. Could not be more thankful to this awesome team of mechanics, and the entire service team!

Wallworks keeps me running. I call ahead a day or two, to get on their busy schedule. They get my truck in and out in a timely manner. The service department keeps informed of necessary repairs, and if I m on the road and have questions, they re always willing to help. I definitely recommend them.

I had an issue with my driveline and I just called Wallwork 2.5hrs in advance from when I'd be there and asked if they could possibly help me. They were extremely busy but they fit me in and got me rolling in a timely fashion.

I gave three stars on this not because of workmanship or customer service. When I take my truck to a shop, I want it fixed. Not just the problem it came in for. If you are working on my truck for one problem and you see another issue, FIX IT. I don't want to reschedule another appointment for later for them to fix it. That is a big waste of my time. My truck was already in the bay. Should have fixed it all.

Cost twice as much as should have. Went in for transmission bill was nearly 11,000 dollars. Took 18 days to get it back and when I went to pick it up it was missing parts. Missed many days of harvest thought they would be the fastest and best boy I was wrong. Now I have to drive 300 miles and spend 600 dollars to replace the parts they stole from my truck

Fantastic service. Parts people are exceptional. Had a difficult to find part for an old RV and they spent the extra time to track it down. I had been to 2 other places before them, and sent away. Wallworks will be my first call from now on. Thank you guys!

Nice truck center. I delivered a small ford built by Supreme box truck. They greeted me friendly and introduced me to the salesman who ordered it. He looked it over and signed off quickly, he drove me to the travel center so I could get a ride to Amtrak. Clean modern building with plenty of patking

Regular customer and have been for many years. Place is really going downhill. One tech on the nightshift that ends at midnight. And over 30 bays. Had a write up done on the night shift but the message wasn't given to the day shift. Treated me I'm not even scheduled. Something simple has become an all day if not couple day tie up here.

Stopped to pick up a truck that had been dropped off earlier in the week. Weekend staff and weekday staff are separate w not much communication. Staff was friendly and helpful, but didn't really know what was going on and couldn't tell me about the truck. I had to return weekdays to get the needed info to pick up the truck.
