I wanted to share with you the wonderful job that our dealership did with our electronics installation. I cannot say enough good things about Tracker Boating Center Fargo. We are looking forward to the beginning of a great relationship and my SCUBA diving and fishing adventures. We were not in a hurry, but there were some incentives to purchase electronics in February and to have the job completed by the end of March. They delivered ahead of time, within budget, and they responded to all my emails and telephone calls in a timely manner. They worked with us on cashflow and payments so that everything remained within our comfort zone.

I shopped multiple dealers looking for a new fishing boat and this placed topped them all off. Best experience ever and NO pressure. I bought my new boat from Eric Nelson and received the best customer care ever. he responded to me via email several times and received responses from him within 15-30 minutes. Thanks for everything!

So far so good.I brought my brand new ranger Fs 621 there for warranty work an they have treated me well... I bought my new boat in Moorhead, Minnesota At a Ranger dealer And I wouldn't go back there if they paid me a million bucks... im happy with Tracker .. An now they own Ranger boats..

My experience with this business in not good. Over the course of a week, I sent 4 emails, 2 through the request for information form on the site, and 2 directly to Eric Nelson. I simply had a couple of questions before I came in to look at a Tahoe boat. I did not receive a single reply to any of them. By comparison, I sent one email to McLaughlin's Marine and received a reply in a little more than an hour. I think how a company responds to customers says a lot about the quality of their business. In this case, Tracker receives an F. My business is now going to their competitor.

I had a new sonar unit installed and an old unit moved to the bow. They did well communicating when they were unsure exactly how I wanted this and when the boat was done. The price was within their quoted range(albeit was at the top end). Overall everything looks good and turns on. The last test will be on the water. I will update if things change.

Didn't really need a UTV, but wanted one. There was no pressure by sales as they aren't commission based and they actually talked me into buying model that was about 6,000 less than what I went in wanting to buy. They have my business for life

Friendly salespeople, great prices, amazing boats, pontoons and some accessories. They have off-road vehicles now.We purchased the latest ProV boat. They were very attentive to detail and delivered exceptional service.

Matt in the parts department has to be one of the most helpful people I have ever met. Every time I call he is interested in helping me no matter what. The customer service I get from Tracker boating center goes above and beyond what I have received from other marine vendors in the area.

It was my first experience working with these guys and to a person they were fantastic. Willing to answer questions and help with my boat (that isn't a tracker) This will be the only place I go to have my boat stored or serviced. And when I'm ready for a new boat they will have my business as well.

All places can sell you a boat! I just had my first few issues with the boat and to my amazement they overperformed tenfold. They truly went above and beyond to suit my needs, even stuff like giving me extra spare prop for the weekend incase I need one. Amazing service.Roland from Fargo
