Not overly impressed with customer service. Seemed unwilling to even look into a problem that only occurred after auto-start was installed. Cost was covered by a gift card I received so it was free to me I guess but I probably won t be back for another service.

I knew nothing about tires or wheels and they helped me pick out exactly what I had in mind. They had an estimate to me the same day as I inquired and got the work done in half the time as they thought at less than the estimate, I couldn t be happier with how it all turned out; tint, lift kit, new wheels and tires!

My dad and I decided to stop in and check out the new Traxxas stuff while we were in Fargo earlier this week. Bryan was the guy who answered all of our questions about anything RC related. Bryan helped me pick out a new mini E revo! He also helped my dad find the parts he needed to get his 12 year old RedCat nitro buggy functioning. We will be stopping in for more products in the future. Bryan is the guy to talk to for everything RC! Can't wait for spring to run these cars! (RedCat looks pretty sad in the pics, but we cleaned it up.)

Don't know much about tires but knew I needed some new ones. Bryan was super awesome to work with and helped me pick out a good set of tires for my car 10/10 super fast, super knowledgeable, and super friendly

Had a great experience with the folks at TM. Bryan Burrows was able to help me with several questions in regards to a RC build I was putting together. I am pleased that we have a place in town for our RC needs. I will make sure to source my parts from TM before ordering online!!!

Had great service to ensure the product I receive matched what I was looking for and fit my budget. Pat was awesome to work with in getting the autostart installed and ready quickly for a surprise gift. The team is knowledgeable and professional with great products. There's no pressure to buy, they look to educate around their products and ensure customers are happy.

Never have had a bad experience. I've had multiple vehicles here for window tint and have yet to see any issues. I also have purchased several quality car audio components as well. They also support multiple motorsport events locally.Excellent prices and service for the Fargo area. Recommend to anybody.

I wanted to beef up the suspension on my Jeep for towing and hauling cargo. When I went to the guys at Tintmasters they came up with several options for me. I had them install a pneumatic "helper bag" system. As will sometimes happen, there was a small leak. They got me right back in and took care of it no problem. I also had the tint and remote start installed there and am very happy with the results. These guys are simply car guys doing what they love, and doing it well.

First off, let me say damn.The guys over at Tintmasters Fargo know what they're doing.I have just climbed into the cab of my '07 f150, and aside from the new head unit, you cant even tell that they were in here.The install was conducted with absolute professionalism and precision. I couldn't have been happier.That's good and all, but the icing on the cake was the customer service given by Patrick Lee.I am a natural born skeptic, that never haphazardly makes decisions.I went to to several shops in the FM area over th4 last few weeks, and I had visited Tintmasters at least 3 times.I spent approximately 3 to 4 hours asking Patrick the ins and outs and the specs to every piece of equipment that would go into my future install.Patrick Lee graciously and patiently answered every question with enthusiasm and compassion, all the while selling me nothing. In the end, Patrick was the deciding factor.I couldn't be happier with my decision to work with Tintmasters, and they will be my source of future endeavors.

Great experience. I was looking for new all-terrain tires a bit larger than stock for my Ram 1500. Tintmasters gave me several options, walked me through what would and would not fit without suspension modifications, and answered all my questions along the way.

I was out of town and stopped in just to kill some time and all I can say is wow!!! Curtis was super helpful and gave me some ideas on my next truck project. All I thought they did was tint but boy was I wrong!!! I thought pricing was high but after seeing all that would go into my project, it makes more sense now. I would definitely recommend these guys!!! they're the "A-1" of aftermarket shops!!

Pat, Ethan, and Scott at the Fargo Store are great guys to work with and are all very knowledgable. They have all helped me with getting great products(like Ram Mounts for my cell phone and GPS) for my car and also have sold me a great autostart that i am very happy with! I will continue to do my business with the boys at TM and will recommend others to go and talk to them for any of their needs.

These guys know their tint! They use very high quality tint. Witnessing the process they take to tint and how comfortable they are with it makes the decision a no brainer. They have it down to an art. The installers are great as well with everything from autostarts to lift kits and rims and tires. A true one stop shop you can really trust.

I had some windows at my house tinted, and the installation was top notch. The installer was professional and respectful of being in a customer's home. I'm very happy with the results.

My husband and I are quite new to this town and after asking for suggestions for a place to go for a Remote starter on Facebook, this place was listed as one of the suggestion. I called all the places that people had recommended on Facebook. This was the ONLY place that was actually FRIENDLY and seemed like they genuinely wanted to help me. Payton helped me through the entire thing from start to finish. He did not hesitate to send me an email of their products and prices which I found really helpful. I wanted a Remote car starter installed for my birthday and Payton made it happen worry free. They were also nice to give me and my husband a ride back home after dropping our car off to them! We WILL be returning and they will have our business for as long as we live here. Thanks again Payton and staff!

Got a coupon for a autostart from my family for Christmas. They told me to find the one I wanted. I called 5 different shops in FM location and TM Autosport had the be$t price. Also, Matt and Payton were both extremely friendly and helpful. Taking time to answer all of my questions so I felt comfortable with my choice.

Brought my truck in to get new rims but on only to find out once I got home ( went from there to home ) there was couple deep gashes around the lug nut area, went back next day when they open back up only for him to pretty much say your out of luck too bad. I'll go else to get wheels put on.
