Customer service here is fantastic, on a trip from Minneapolis to Winnipeg and got a flat on the side of the road. Was able to call and get it repaired and back on the road in less than an hour. Tom and the team here made an unpleasant experience considerably better. Good attitudes and service all around. I highly recommend this store and as a Canadian who hopefully never has to use this service again, they deserve all your business!!

Schumacher a saved the day. We were in Fargo for a Dr soot, which was already a stressful situation. On our way to Fargo, our windshield wipers quit working. It was cold and rainy with a forecast for snow the next day. I called Schumacher s and they were able to take a look at it right away. They gave me an estimate and the option to fix it by the end of the day. It was fixed as promised and the cost easily lower than the estimate. That usually doesn t happen. They also brought me back to the hospital and picked me up again when it was finished. I couldn t have asked for a better outcome for a very stressful situation. I highly recommend Schumacher Goodyear.

These are great people. They've done plenty of work on our work vehicles and my personal truck and always do a great job. They even recognize my face by now, haha.Among other work, I had them patch a tire on my truck. While the patch didn't work the first time, they were happy to successfully give it a second shot the next day and didn't even charge me anything.Highly recommend these guys!

Love Schumacher/Goodyear, made a call for a drop off/appointment and they were prompt, friendly, warm, and helpful. I had to reschedule and they were very considerate. Upon arrival instantly greeted and was able to replace my worn and torn tires with new ones within about an hour despite being decently busy. I highly recommend going here for you auto-related needs. I ve been going here with my parents for atleast 10yrs and now that I finally go myself I can see why. Don t go anywhere else without checking them first.

Found this place after finding a nail in my tire and needing a replacement. As a college student not from the area they exceeded my expectations. They were willing to work with my class schedule and got me in as soon as I dropped my car off. They also explained things in a way I d understand and were truly my heaven in a Monday from hell.Service: Tires

I went to Schumacher on a recommendation of several friends and they did a amazing job of keeping me informed of parts needed. They got my car repaired quickly and the same day as my appointment and they definitely didn't overcharge. They even offered to give me a ride home and pick me up if needed!I grew up in the industry and use to be a diesel tech myself and not having the specialty equipment I went here and their quality work and professionalism is top notch.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Wheel alignment

My husband and I go here all the time. They're reasonable and don't cheat you out with service or price. We we're recommended to come here by a fellow local and we don't regret taking their advice. Schumacher employees definitely know what they're doing and are flexible with what you need. They don't pressure you to make decisions you're not comfortable with and are fairly relaxed. Really appreciate the mechanics and will go here as a regular customer!

After sitting there for two hours and a half while you guys get to go take a lunch break with no communication. Can you guys can figure out for a month that I had a bad tire. Don t bother wasting your time and money here.

I brought my vehicle to Walmart, down the road, and they stripped the plug to my oil pan. They blamed it on someone else but it was obviously them. I took my vehicle to Schumacher Goodyear and they took care of me. They were quick, professional, and fixed my vehicle and gave me a discount on the oil change. I highly recommend this place. They are good people with good ethics. Start here and you'll never have to go through the struggles Walmart made me go through.

I highly recommend this place for friendly, knowledgeable and reliable service. Jason and his team went well above and beyond the usual service parameters, and far exceeded our expectations when our vehicle broke down on the side of the highway on a cold Friday night. If I lived in or near Fargo, be I would be a customer for life. Thanks Jason!

I did buisness here for almost 10 years. These guys where amazing. Shortly before leaving Fargo I had a small problem with a tire warranty that we got resolved pretty quick but that is the only issue I can think of in all those years going there. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Was working with Todd to fix some issues that arose from another driver hitting a curb in my car hard enough to bend the steel wheel. They fixed the problem over the course of two days. First had to replace the wheel because it was no longer round, and after that there was a noise which they thought was a bearing needing replaced. They quoted me at $350+ for the problem, and I called several other shops to get a quote... Most of which told me they don't do quotes over the phone, which is BS! That is total BS! I have really been disappointed in most of the auto repair shops here, back in KS where I am from you would always get quotes no problem. And I wasn't asking something vague like 'how much to fix a noise' i said specifically how much to fix a blah blah on the blah blah blah of a 2007 make/model. This lack of transparency is disgusting... anyways, Shcumacher was up front about their costs, and they ended up repairing it quickly and for only $325, so below what they quoted me at.Some of the guys who answer the phone aren't so great at customer service but at the end of the day they do a good job and get your car back to you, at what has seemed like fair prices so far. I will most likely bring things back to them in the future.

The service and staff are amazing! I was driving all around Fargo trying to fill up a low tire in nearly -40 degrees, but the air at gas stations weren t working. Thus, my tire was getting lower and lower. I swung in to Goodyear to see if they had any recommendations on what could be going on. They let me pull in my vehicle right away and topped off all of my tires. I cannot thank them enough!

They were courteous and professional and installed 4 new tires in a timely fashion. However, on the drive home, my low-pressure-tire warning system indicated that one of the tires was significantly underinflated. (It was 21 psi with 36 psi recommended.) I stopped at my local service station and inflated it to 36. There were no additional problems.

I went in with a slow leak in one of my tires. The leak was found, but I was told that I needed a new tire and they couldn't fix the current one because of where it was. They also told me another tire had worn thread, in spite of the fact that all my tires were under 3months old. When I went in I had 4 caps on my tires, I only had 2 when I left. I took the "worn" tire to MY local shop and they said it was fine. I can promise you I won't go to Schumacher again, nor will I let anyone go there!Service: Tires

Super quick service. Honest and friendly staff. I prefer to do all of my own repairs. But some things (like alignments or tire work) you just have to bring to a shop. It's nice to have a shop you can trust.

I've always received good service from Schumachers, regularly go there for oil changes. They finish fast and I feel charge less than many others in town.

They were able to get me in for my tire emergency on an extremely busy weekend day. Very curious and helpful. Provided detail information and options. Clean and neat.
