Utterly disgusted with the lack of expertise and customer service. They called after the vehicle had been dropped off and said they couldn t work on the car due to high mileage and a rust spot where it needs to be lifted . Asked the manager to explain and he couldn t. He then proceeded to point at the lug nuts and say they were rusted (which he also could not point out a rust spot because there are none). No mention was ever made of the frame after the initial call. So just because the vehicle has 170K miles on it they refused to put new tires on it. An absolute waste of my day for the worst customer service and the biggest lack of occupational expertise I have ever encountered in the auto industry. I will be going to Costco where they quickly got me in and said there were none of the supposed issues with the vehicle that Sams said there was.

Communication rating only. Google says they close at 7pm. Site says they close at 8pm. When there, Fargo Store says "they closed at 6pm and the site lied". Would be a good idea to decide on times so customers aren't stranded trying to use warranty service for a flat. You may need to call tow truck twice.

Noah fixed my tire and helped me put it on my Toyota Hylander Hybrid. I ran over a small nail somewhere and ended up with a flat tire on my back drivers side. It was a muggy warm day and not the kind you want to be outside doing physical labor, but Noah happily helped me out. I tried to give him some money for helping, but he wouldn t take it. Sams club should recognize good employees like Noah and give them a bonus for the goodwill they bring to their store.

Apparently their tire center is only open until 4:30pm everyday. The website and Google are incorrect. I don t know how people are supposed to get their tires fixed if they have work a normal 9-5. So much for free tire repair being a member perk, you have to take the whole day off and rearrange your schedule. Super convenient! Not.

My wife had purchased tires from sams club in Fargo. Her car started to have issues when driving on the highway. We brought the car to Fargo tire and they told her that that inside belts are separating from the tires(Pirellis).I called to make an appt to have them serviced under warranty. At her appointment the tech from sams walked out took a look at the back of her car and said that she had bad suspension and the voided the tires warranty.I've never heard of anybody diagnosing bad suspension without putting the car up on a hoist. Fargo tire confirmed that it would need to be put on a hoist(they had also checked the suspension at the first appt) and checked it again when she went back.I WOULD NOT TRUST THE SAMS CLUB AUTO AND TIRE CENTER IN FARGO!! basically we are out the money from the tires and would not trust them to go and work on her car again.EDIT: They will not even reply to any attempt to contact them. Ignoring our refund request for remaining tread. There isnt any way to contact a higher management position either. Wish 0 stars was an option

Went to buy 4 tires and they didn't have all 4 (only had 3 in stock). I asked if the other Sam's Club stores in the area had them and was given a printout with the name of the tire I asked about and told me it wasn't his problem to call the other stores. He told me to come find him if I find something else instead, then went into the back room. The other Sam's Club location had that same set of tires, so I went with that location instead. The guy was rude, made zero effort to calling other stores, didn't try to show me anything comparable, and disappeared into the back room.

Called 2 days in a row...let it ring for 20 minutes both times (technically still letting it ring), and I still haven't gotten a hold of anyone! Trying to set up a rotation and balance of tires I bought there and no one answers the phone! Very disappointing and I plan on buying tires from another place next time! Sam's is just too much of a hassle!

They now make appointments for everything, or, so I'm told. I arrived at 840a for my 9a. It took 10 minutes more to check in the gentleman in front of me. When I stepped up and mentioned I had an appt for balance and rotation. The clerk was flabbergasted. I wonder how long I will be waiting?

Not sure the tech knows what he is doing, pretty nervous to take my jeep on highway. Maybe SAMs should check to see if employees are fully trained.I'll pay lots more to have fast quality work next time.

This place offers good price on batteries, but their service is not up to mark. I would suggest to buy from here, but take installation to somewhere else, even if this place is offering free services.
