Had car towed to S.T.H.Scott spent 10 - 15 minutes with it in the frozen lot.Returned asking what I value the car at.After discussing this, we decided that it was not advisable to repair it in today's market.After a week I returned to take the car home with with having to pay Scott nothing.May have to buy Scott a beer or 2

These guys are miracle workers! Very very fair prices and excellent customer service. Our 4Runner is our home till we get back to Washington and they truly saved us. When I went to another mechanic they were wrong about the issue and I wasted my money and the engine light still came on and then another machanic said I had to replace my whole transfer case for $2000. Went to STH and he said the issue was a vacuum hose and a transfer case seal and ge fixed it for only $300 and my car has had no other issues and it has been a year. I will only go to STH for now on. He is trustworthy and he doesn't try to charge you a fortune. He tries his best to make it cheaper. Will recommend to alot of people.

I needed brakes changed after 16 hrs on the road. They wete able to get me in right away with a ride to my hotel and picked up when finished. Price's were good and customer service was personal, making you feel like your with friends. Better then any corporate garage.

Back in December 2020 I had a 2003 Ford Ranger that needed a fair amount of work before driving it from North Dakota to Arizona. STH Auto gave me a reasonable estimate and their final bill came in just under that number. They got me in and the work done ahead of schedule. Great customer service; Kathy explained each component of the job and the receipt had detailed explanations as well.I made the drive from ND to AZ in the Ranger with no issues whatsoever. Not bad for an old truck with 215,000 miles. Thanks to STH I could make the trip with confidence. I couldn't be more pleased with the level or service and would recommend this place to anyone looking for auto work.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine tuning, Battery, Oil change

I had an amazing experience. My car broke down on the highway, and the insurance company said this was the closest place it could be towed. After multiple calls, I felt confident the car was worth getting fixed and I moved forward with the repair. Scott quoted the price as higher then it ended up being. The morning I went to pick up my car was minus 18, so they stayed the vehicle up prior to my arrival.Overall, I'd recommend this repair shop!

Thank you so very much for discovering the problem with my engine light & fixing it! I appreciate so much that I was able to get in when I called about the problem - only waited for one other person. The customer service is fantastic as is the work that is done on my car. Scott gives good advice & tips. He also never talks you into something that does not need to be done. When the work is done, you are charged a reasonable price. Thanks for taking such good care of my car & the peace of mind that goes with that!

Kathy & Scott are grade A to work with: fair, honest & reliable. Just like a small town mom & pop repair shop my dad ran when he was alive. This is a very professional automotive center to have your vehicle serviced. Took my 03 Buick rendezvous there in January after it broke down. In no time, it was fixed and ready to move again. The cost of repair was also very reasonable as compared to other shops. These are very friendly people. And do you know the most amazing part? They called after later to find out if the vehicle was still great and running well. This is my new reapair shop and would recommend it to anybody.

I would highly recommend. They can always get my car in right away and fixed in a timely manner. Very trustworthy and affordable source. Scott and Kathy are so friendly and provide wonderful customer service!

The customer service is good and the work is thorough. Would be nice to have an option for in-and-out, no-appointment oil changes.Subsequent visit: A valiant effort was made to get my car in for an oil change and tire rotation before a long trip, and I appreciated that very much. The oil drain plug was rounded off, so they replaced it at cost. My only issue with this service was that my tires were significantly over-inflated. I believe that they just forgot to deflate them after re-calibrating the TPM sensors.

Edit: Scott was able to get in contact with me and apologized and explained more about the situation. I very much appreciate the fact that STH took the time to do this. Still wish things could have turned out differently.Fuel pump went bad in my pos. STH was the closest repair shop. I thought it would be great and that they would be understanding since I had few options with a car that won't start that's seventy five miles away from my home, and they had such great reviews on google.They wanted more than $1,000 to fix it, plus an $80 diagnostic fee.I'm not sure, is that what car repair service goes for in Fargo? I called the shop in my hometown, their estimate was between $300 and $400. I could literally get it towed home for $250 and get it repaired here for half the cost.All of this wouldn't give them a bad review, nah, it was the fact that they were actually UPSET that I didn't want to repair it with them? Are you kidding me? I honestly thought they didn't want to do it, that's why they quoted it so high. They were rude, laughed at me when I expressed more than a little despair. They were short with the towing guys too and told them my car was junk and I needed a complete overhaul (we can all dream, right?) and probably more nasty things, but that's just what I heard. Sorry my car is paid for! Disappointed in the customer service.

A family run small business. They have customer service as a #1 priority. I went in for an oil change and for abnormal sounds under my hood. They found the cause, changed my oil, asked me on what I would like to fix, told me what my priorities are, and even picked me up after work and gave me a ride back to the shop the next day. Would recommend to anyone who s looking for supporting small business and who s looking for quality service. 5th oil change is also free!

Scott and the gang just recently rebuilt the Transmission on my '85 Chevy Scottsdale with 4" lift and 33" tires. They were able to do some major upgrades to my old transmission and it is VERY impressive! Thanks AGAIN for all the great work! I'll be back with whatever future issues I have with any of my vehicles. Thanks STH Auto!!

I actually decided to go to S.T.H. Auto because of the excellent customer service I received on the phone when I was making cold calls for work. On that same phone call, I asked him about some problems my vehicle had been giving me and he had me bring it out. From start to finish, Scott was transparent about all the work they were doing. He gave me different cost options on the parts he was going to replace, gave me the pros/cons of each, and let me choose which route I wanted to take.I will definitely be going back next time I need any work done on my vehicle, and I recommend S.T.H. to anyone I hear talking about having car trouble.

Alternator and transmission went bad on my way home to Pennsylvania. Not only did they fix my truck giving me options and estimates ahead of time; I do not think they could have treated me better personally. Found me a hotel close to malls, gave me rides,etc., also, made themselves available to help me in any way needed.

These guys stayed open late to finish my vehicle because I was in a time crunch and the work they did was excellent. A friend of mine worked there a couple years ago and said they're honest and do things the right way. Great experience.

I have used STH for.all my automotive problems. Scotty (owner) has worked on cars for over 25 years. His problem solving is out standing. Give STH a try, for his work and price, you won't be sorry.

Yes, they asked questions about my car. And they let me answer. I was waiting for getting cut off. Why do they do that? I understood better when the let me say what I wanted to. Great listener, Less stressful
