Best Volvo Service In The MidWest. I ve never beaten their parts prices anywhere else and the level of service from the service department is absolutely outstanding.Cannot recommend highly enough.

UPDATE: After finding out the truck needed injectors, my husband called RDO and talked to salesman Jake Greenwood who was also in conversation with the owner of RDO at the time. They stepped up and told him to take it to their Davenport dealership and they would take care of it. He took it to Davenport and RDO was true to their word! We greatly appreciate it!!I would give no stars if that was possible. We lost our 2016 Volvo in a tornado and started looking for another one. The last one was a trade in from Foltz Trucking. Foltz usually does great maintenance on their trucks, so you know it should be ready to go without problems. The last time we bought a Foltz Truck they had been purchased by GATR Truck Center. GATR brought the truck to Des Moines for us to look at, if we didn t like it, they knew they could sell it. We had to purchase this truck, 2019 Volvo with less than 400,000 miles, another Foltz truck, before RDO would deliver it to their Davenport Center for a $2,000 fee. Coming home we realized the 4- ways weren t working, but they did a DOT INSPECTION and it passed! That was $200 for a new switch. My husband took it out the first time and the engine boost was poor. He had to come home, after finally getting ahold of Jake Greenwood, the salesman, he said take it to Davenport and they would cover the repair. After calling Davenport to make sure they knew he was coming, he found out they weren t told it was going to be covered by RDO. I called Fargo, asked to speak to the head of SALES and later found out that s not who I spoke to. They transferred me to Jeff, the headOf SERVICE, a bit deceptive. He said he knew a bit about it, but if Jake said they were going to cover it, they would!They took the truck into the shop in Davenport, checked the batteries and they were bad! They thought changing the batteries might solve the problem, but we re waiting for consent from the Warranty Department to put them in. Nearing the end of the day, my husband gave them a credit card so they would install them and he could get out of there. They have now declined paying for them. Jake called and apologized if he said they would cover them. Apologizing now is like closing the barn door after the cows get out!! It s worthless!!!They are not to be trusted, they don t care about the customer, just the money!!! Very disappointing!!!

The service center is the best I have ever dealt with. They pulled my truck in immediately and finished repairs quickly. The drivers lounge area is comfortable and clean, they even have showers. I slept the majority time waiting for my truck repairs to be done, because the recliners are so comfortable! I definitely recommend them and am so grateful I was able to be towed there.

While coming through Fargo I lost my air compressor on a Saturday. Waited until Monday morning and the shop said they were 10 days to 2 weeks out on new work. Regardless they ordered my new part and it took until Friday to arrive and were able to get me in and out by Friday afternoon. With how the shop was I ll consider this dealer for my next purchase.

I just needed a fuse changed and needed a Volvo authorized shop because my truck is leased. It s a max 5 minute job and they said they couldn t get to it until 3 days later! They couldn t be less interested in just helping someone get down the road. I guess they have so much business coming in they can afford to turn away customers without any concern to their reputation?

Talk about a great place willing to help a person out when you need them the most. Usually get my truck in within hours and keep that uptime up.

Very fast work! I broke down in Fargo and they worked me in! I waited 1 day for work to be completed. Pricing was a little high but they got me rolling quick! Thanks for the great service RDO!!

Time and time again this place has let me down. Either out of stock parts or no one available to work on equipment. It s always two or three days to get in. Always some excuse. Especially if you are local it seems. Expensive as hell here too. Been coming here for years and they were prompt and reasonable a long time ago. I ve just given up on them at this point. Waste of time to walk through the door. I m sorry RDO, nothing personal, but you ve lost my business. Hell I even bought my first truck off you.

I had my truck fixed at this place and as a Canadian o/o I was blown away with the level of courtesy and professionalism I have experienced here. They were able to get my truck in right away and within 2hrs I had a diagnostic in my hand. I decided to continue to get the work done here even though I could've "limped" home back to Ontario. The final bill was very close to the estimate which in my experience is a rarity. I was very happy with work done on my truck. All I can say thank you BJorn and Daniel and all the guys behind them that worked on my truck. Great job!Highly recommend this Volvo dealership for any truck work.

Came in and asked them to retorque the U-bolts for my steer axle. The reply was "That's not happening today". Whatever happened to customer service? First time I stopped in, and definitely the last!

The shop was very nice. The service writer was very pleasant to deal with. They fixed the issue. When we asked if a part needed to be cleaned, they took a look and advised it didn't because it looked great. Very nice to have honest mechanics! Great work and thank you! Razz Trucking

I had 11K worth of work done to my truck, I had to have my dpf filters replaced and a few other things... this is my complaint, my truck was NOT governed when I brought it in for the work, but I'm now governed at 65mph, I opted out of having the computer recall fix after talking to the mechanic, they must've cracked a coolant line going into the dpf because 2 days later I was on the side of the road leaking all my coolant out waiting for road service, whoever put it together must have damaged it, they also replaced the bug screen with the wrong one and used over sized washers through the screen and then put the front grill back on upside-down, this shows a lack of due diligence and care.... who knows what other problems I may have down the road, I appreciate the work done, but dealing with problems I didn't have before I got work done there doesn't impress me at all...

Amazing customer service; the best Volvo dealer experience!!Been able to get there in the morning and get my truck fix the same day ; it is a rare commodity on this days !!I'll be back to RDO ; I will look forward to stop at any of their locations; because they got the CUSTOMER SERVICE CREED RIGHT ON !!!THANK YOU GUYS SPECIALY MR DICK;Mr BJORN

Where should I start, I blow a break canister and so I call my normal service center that I use on a regular basis. They can't fit it in with the work load they have tonight.... so I call around to different shops, most of them say we cannot handle that tonight. I'm sorry try so and so. Finally get to RDO truck center. I call them and ask them, can they swap out a brake canister real quick. They said they should be able to if I can get there by 11.... I get there at 1050, wait in the service desk area with no one around for over 10 minutes. I even went out to the truck, grabbed my cell phone walked back inside and called them to see if they would come up front to answer the phone. Nothing. Wait around some more and finally at 1105 someone finally walks into the service desk area.. I told them i had been waiting here and that I'm the one that called in earlier about the brake chamber that needs to be swapped.... the guy said well if everything goes perfectly we could get it done but I don't know if I want to tear into it tonight, I think I'm going to have to turn you away.... really... ok, I walk out and will NEVER return there again, if this is how they treat their customers I'll take my fleet somewhere else for normal maintenance issues, and emergency calls.. I guess a simple brake chamber job that took me 25 minutes to swap out wasn't worth their time.Like I said before, it's their loss not mine. I'll take my fleet of trucks and trailers elsewhere. No skin off my back, I won't even go to the sales team as I am afraid of how ill be treated there as well.

What a true pleasure it was to spend time here. The staff treated me with exceptional service. From diagnostic to repair. For drivers the lounge is very comfortable with showers.I am highly recommending RDO for your truck repairs.

Very unhappy! Brought the truck in yesterday for an oil change & all they did was add oil to the old oil! The oil is jet black & over filled! When I came back today they said the oil color is normal. He also said it wasn t over filled but then took it in back & drained 1 quart because it was too full... The work was NOT done & was not fixed, the guy I talked to was very rude & they still charged for the work they say they did. Will not be doing business with them again! MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE WORK THEY SAY THEY DID!!!

Very professional and quick service. Yes mine was an easy repair but quick. Service writers were a blast to deal with. If i need repairs done to my truck and in the area will be back. Thanks RDO.

Drivers since I have been here my check engine light has come on!Seem nice not too quick-I don't like to rush anyone fixing my Rig! But now I need to find a better place for truck issues!!

This is another one of the best Volvo shops. Great service and very professional people. They do everything with big attention. Very clean place ,good parking and the restroom is very clean too. Thank you guys.

I would give them 10 stars if possible, My Truck broke down last week , they fixed everything over night, all covered under warranty, very nice people, Dane is a True Gentleman.Keep up the good work guys, god bless.

In and out, ladies hate it but I love it. Good service. But I was in there for cheap parts. Sent my driver in and service tech walked out and helped him. Don't see to much of that anymore

I tried to work a deal on a truck here which required me to trade a vehicle in to make the deal happen...they offered me over $12,000 less than my truck is worth and when I told them that the number was ridiculous, never heard from them again. I guess shame on me for trying to trade being that EVERY dealer of pretty much any vehicle will rip you off on trades, but this was an extreme case. Never again with this "dealer".

Best service in fargo area volvo dealer and professional machanic I recommend this place for all volvo truck owners theirs trucks i will be back for this shop whenever i will have inssue with my truck no matter how many miles it away from me
