In and out! Very reasonable and did not have to wait 2 weeks for an appt.* Update * A week after getting our daughter's brakes done, ALL of her warning lights started flashing! 4x4, traction control, ABS etc.

A good and honest mechanic is worth their weight in gold. These guys are gold in my book. Excellent service. The guys are honest with me when it comes time to make the tough choice of getting work done or walking away from a money pit. Not a single bad word to say about these guys.

It was my first time delivering tires there. So I went to find out where they wanted them. The person I talked to was very friendly and told me where to put them. Very nice people.

NO STARS!!My lugs nuts were left loose and drove and the sound was horrible.. I felt like my tires were going to fall off.Called my husband and got home safely.. luckily.He checked them were not tightened at ALL!!!!!I drive people for a living and could have been a disaster.Think twice before using a coupon!!Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I highly recommend them to work on family vehicles. They are friendly and honest. They do great work for us. I didn't give them a five, because nobody that perfect.

I took my truck in for a coolant leak. The staff was very nice and friendly. They called me later that day then with estimate. I needed a new upper radiator hose and T connector. The estimate was a hair over $500. That sounded high to me but I figured that it was mostly labor cost and just needed it done so I agreed to do it. After getting the bill I realized that the cost was mostly parts. They charged me $125 for the hose ($65 from Luther ford). They charged me $110 for a T connector ($50 from Luther ford). I am sure they get the parts for much less than I can get them right from the dealership. They also charged me $75 just to tell me what it needed. Which is also high. I understand making a few bucks on the parts but not doubling the cost. I would consider that price gouging. Needless to say I will not be going back there.

This is a really good group of people they have at this job! Honest, reliable and very fair with pricing. I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else in town! When i take bring my vehicle here i know skilled mechanics are putting in quality parts. Compared to some of the other shops in town Premium is definitely the best place to take your vehicle.

Great work, great prices, awesome customer service. Been going here for the last 3 or 4 years with all of our vehicles. Fast and friendly service, willing to go that extra mile. Definitely give them a chance of you are looking for a new mechanic shop.

I'm from the twin cities, and my car broke down when I was in Fargo for work. They were able to get working on my vehicle promptly and let me use a loaner vehicle to drive back to Minneapolis. When it was finished, they offered to drive my car back and meet me more than half way, saving me hours of driving. Their prices were also very competitive. Highly recommend these guys!

Very professional staff who are knowledgeable and thoroughly explain what your vehicle needs while not trying to upsell you for unnecessary repairs. The customer waiting area is always clean and they offer complimentary coffee. The location is great for dropping off your vehicle while commuting to or from work and home.Give this shop a try as you won't be disappointed. You will be referring people like I have.

I've been going Premium for years, including under the previous name. I love knowing that I can trust the staff to do the best for my cars at a reasonable price. I recently had a battery replaced and opted to go with them even tho the quote was a little higher over the phone, when I paid it ended up being significantly less!

While driving home late one night from a hunting trip in Montana I blew a wheel bearing. I went to the shop the next morning and the guys there were incredibly helpful and getting me going and getting back home to Wisconsin. These guys are definitely the people you want to meet when things go wrong, fast friendly and helpful. Thanks again guys!

I purchased tires from tirebuyer.com to get installed on my truck. The process was very convenient and I would recommend premium automotive for anyone that wants to order tires online and have them installed by a reasonably priced, friendly, clean, and convenient shop. The guy at the desk that helped us was awesome and knowledgeable it didn't take even a half hour to have my oil changed fast great service I will definitely be going back to get my oil changed and tires balanced and rotated

Gave me a price quote on a new blower fan in late March and stuck to that quote a month later when I was finally able to make an appointment and get the car in as well as pay for it. Now my car has cool air moving through it again finally and for cheaper than I had it done the last time. If you're looking for a new shop give these guys a spin!

My Grand Daughter is going to collage up in Moorhead MN and she broke down with her car and it was towed to there shop . It turned out to be the water pump bearing failed which caused the fan and the fan clutch to fail they wrote up estimate of repairs that had replace the water pump the fan the fan clutch the serpentine belt and antifreeze which i can agree with. but they also said there where other pulleys and the AC pump was damaged and needed to be replaced . so all parts and fluids came to $1614.08 plus $80.00 to do the estimate. Granted they are allowed to their opinion just like i am allowed to mine . This is where people need to be vary causes on who works on there vehicles . I had the water pump replaced and the fan clutch and the fan replaced and the belt along with the antifreeze for under $600.00 by another mechanic and i did not tell him what to replace so this was a fair parts replacement with out influence of my opinion and with a free estimate also . so buyer beware make sure you do your home work on who touches you car and what parts you really need .

I wish I could give 0 Star . Those people makes me to pay $546 for something that they couldn't help me fix. My was not moving i have to contact a toll truck to send my car back home.

Had a set of tires installed on wheels for my classic car, they took very good care of my 30+ year old wheels, mounted and balanced well.

Good service. Explain what your vehicle needs but won't try to sell you something not needed. Used to go to Jiffy lube, but won't go there again.
