We have stopped many an evening at this Petro. Enjoyed dining at the Dolly Down, had a sandwich at Charley's or Popeyes, always had clean showers and friendly people. The shop got us needed service a time or twoBUT...since we can no longer be thereI guess our money is no good. We are not the enemy. Keep your stupid reasons and we will keep our money and tell other trucks to do the same. Bobtail trucks are not the enemy.

They look at you like you are committing a crime at night. Like you are doing drugs and questioning your every move. The discrimination is awful!Be very careful when you use the temporary mens bathroom, which is actually a woman s bathroom, as they are cleaning the mens main bathroom. I was in the temporary mens bathroom and the worker did not see if the bathroom was clear of male customers and they switched the mens sign back to the woman s sign. So as I was trying to finish up in the stall, woman kept coming in there to use the bathroom. It was so humiliating and embarrassing! The management does not have a high standard of operation at the Fargo Petro and they hire anyone off the street. That s why the Fargo Petro Truck Stop gets a 1 star from me!!If you want a 5 star truck stop experience, I highly recommend going to the Love s truck stop in south Fargo!! They are 100x better! An incredible experience at Love s!! But be very careful at Petro! It s a role of the dice there!

Put my truck in this shop with the complaint of my drive brakes weren t grabbing like they normally do. The mechanic said I needed new slack adjusters. They adjusted them said they were out of adjustment Paid the bill of $73.67. Went to Omaha stopped at SAPP BROTHERS and had truck greased and was ADVISED A RIGHT REAR WHEEL SEAL WAS BLOWN AND LOOKS LIKE IT HAS BEE FOE A LITTLE WHILE FROM THE BUILD UP ON THE BRAKE SHOES. NOW HOW CAN A CERTIFIED MECHANIC MISS THAT SEEMS THEY JUST WANTED TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK. VERY DISPLEASED WITH THIS.

This is a good travel stop. Dolly's restaurant was great. I had the Elk burger and fried mushrooms, which was good. They also have a Cinnabon store, Charlie's steakhouse, and a Popeye's fried chicken. I would stop there again.

The facilities are very nice, but workers at the cash register are not the nicest. I bought over 50 gallons of fuel but hadn t set up my ultra one points pin yet and was rejected a shower. Ended up paying the $16 even though I just fueled and the shower room and shower area was really small compared to loves and flying J. It was nice to have 3 options for food though.

Stopped in for a quick trie change and a bite to eat. Shop was fast and professional. Took care of me! The small restaurant inside was very nice. The server was polite and efficient. I ordered the poutine. It was incredibly tasty!

Shop is short staffed and slow. Restaurant is decent but has the same issue but the waitress tries hard. West fuel pumps being replaced/upgraded. Inside of main building is also being partially renovated.

Clean showers, but no fans so they re a little warm. Less than enthusiastic workers but still a decent truck stop.

Mechanic was skilled he found a 3 inch bolt and a nut inside oil pan during regular oil change!He even been so kind and offered to call a tow truck for me to tow my truck away.Be safe and make sure there is no nuts and bolts in your oil!

Been driving trucks for 10 years and this is easily the nicest cleanest best petro and best truck stop in general I ve ever been too.

Won't use shop ever, lousy individual doing the work orders, treats people like he's being bothered by you. The restaurant is decent but closes early all the time because they can't retain people, tells me the management suck and treats them lousy. Avoid this place if you can

It's a truck stop clean open 24 hrs it's got a P Popye, Tim Horton a sandwich place and restaurant bar, convenience store, showers and lots of other business around in walking distance, wheel chair accessible

No more Iron skillet!!! Did oil change there, night shift guy was very professional! He knows his stuff. Showers a bit small if you re big guy.

I called the let them know that their USA flag was not at at half mast on 9/11 whoever answered the phone immediately was rude and said I don t know nuttin about that as someone who has worked several jobs that required proficiency at customer service, I am offended and this company/service worker needs some training on their job.

PETRO LUBE Guys are young but doing good job. Got oil change and tire balance. They are accurate. Manager(in front of the counter) is rude trowing paper to me just because I decided to rewise papers before to proceed to pay.

Truck stops are truck stops. But this one does distinguish itself by upgrading the store and food offerings. Even a real nice sitdown trucker restaurant that serves a few basics with a few specials that change daily - all at a good price.All staff are friendly and great to deal with. As a truck stop, prices on some items are of course going to be higher, but I'll pay for a great attitude compared to the close 'competition'

This is a nice truck stop, w/ a great location. It's surrounded by just about everything. My only concern is, the parking lot for trucks. It is engineered so tight, & it's very hard to back into spots between other trucks, when it's almost full. You have to get help from another driver, and have a truck pull out halfway, just to fit in a spot. I know they want to fit as many trucks as possible, but these are not a Prius. These are very hard to just cramb in there like that. Besides there truck parking lot, everything else is great.

Good place to park. Clean restrooms and showers. Good washer and dryers, but there coin operated so you will have to get change from the front desk. Cant just use a credit card like modern laundry machines.

From the owner at the shop to the mechanics we were given all the assistance we needed when we had a problem with our rig and the weather was horrible. Friendly respectful and not overly priced or charged. Then the icing on the cake the restaurant didn't lock the door on me 5min till close but instead did their best to make me and my family a good hot meal. Thank you Petro staff for a great stay. Open 24/7, has a very good selection of Monster energy drinks and other drinks. Has multiple food shops and suviner items to select from, friendly and quick staff. Might be one of the best stations here.

The bar and grill is good but the convenience store over charged and won't make it right. The bottle of pepsi was supposed to be 2 for 3 something however she charged me 2 for 4 something and made the excuse they hadn't changed the advertising. What a rip off. Won't be coming back on principle

You know the most important thing is a clean bathroom and sometimes that is hard to find.This place nails it! The bathrooms are BIG! Smell clean. Look clean!! Great job guys!!!

Love the dolly down cafe. People need to get over iron skillet. I'd prefer the dolly down cafe. Times are changing and most sit down restaurants are gone, you need to support the few that are left or we will only have fast food

Excellent stop. Large parking lot, a little slanting in some spots but fairly even over all. Safe and secure. We had no issues being bothered. Showers were a nice size and clean. Bathrooms were clean. Laundry was great, 2.00 wash (use the white ones to the left), .75 cent tide for one load, large capacity dryers 2.50 for 45 minutes. Hot water and high heat too not turned down like most places. Excellent restaurant, elk burger was awesome. 3 other food choices also. Convience store in building was great. The man at the counter was really helpful and filled up some water jugs for us. Cigs prices around 7.50 average. Truckers fuel isle store not as great food or otherwise as the other was. Repair shop was friendly and helpful.
