Bought 2 tires 8k miles ago. The tires don't have a mileage warranty (my last set got 60k miles). One of the tires had some kind of defect (Structural) and would not balance. They made me one heck of deal on a replacement which they didn't have to do

Called in the last night to ask about direction and hours. Super friendly Jordan was great. Showed up just before 7am and the staff was already moving, alert and friendly. My tire was removed and repaired quickly by Justin. Great service!

Thanks for the great customer service. We had two tires that needed to be replaced on our camper. They replaced our tires and got us in the road in a few hours. Thanks for the great service!!!!!Dean

I bought a pair of "Power King" tires, everyone I asked told me they were balanced, after driving a couple miles I went back and said these are obviously not balanced. "Well, ok we'll balanced them" (11 oz for one tire) less than 10k miles and one was down to the wear bars. The other is only good for a spare.

I took my Living Quarters horse trailer to OK Truck Center to get the axels aligned. I was able to get an appointment within a day of calling. Excellent service at reasonable prices.

Really nice people. Busy place. I had an alignment done and a tire replaced. Alignment is a little pricey, close to $300 for 3 axle, and they didn't explain to me how much they had to adjust it. But I didnt ask either. Better and more expensive equipment than a truck stop. Very quick. They fit me into their tight appt schedule. I'd go back to them.

Warning....have read very good comments about this place. but is not trueYesterday make an appointment for alenacion because the previous day I changed the inner, outer tire roads and front ,rear shocks absorbers and needed to be aligned so today March 27, 2018 I had the appointment at 9:00 am I got there 10 mines early they took mi car to be inspected and after several minutes they give me a list of parts that needed to be changed including the ones I personally replace, I have years of experiens repairing cars and I know that nothing they told me was true. I comment this so people, be careful, they are not as ones as they say to be. I recommended to visit several shops before deciding to repair your car whit the intention to verify it the shop honesty. Good luck

To often doing business means dealing with a problem concerning their service. Today was that day and I'm pleased to say OK Tire Commercial in Fargo backed their work and will continue to do business here.Blaine took responsibility for our concerns and immediately made things right.Service is always great including alignments.
