I am a vendor at this location, and staff at this location are complete tools. Very confused individuals, imagine spending all day at a job and still being broke! I feel bad for any professional out there who has to deal with this place. Good luck!

Philip is great and super helpful, but Tom K. made my whole year. Helped me figure out everything I needed to get at an awesome price, looked at my car and helped me with my issues on my high mileage truck and I learned a ton too, thanks to him I replaced coils, wires and spark plugs for my first time today with confidence, thank you Tom :) these guys deserve promotions just saying. Hope they get paid enough

Talk about customer service. Gave me advice/recommendations that I requested on wipers. I was traveling and didn't have long underwear during the blizzard, so I was freezing in that wind. The guy not only put it on, but cleared some ice off of my windshield and wiped down the other blade that he didn't replace. Awesome!I really appreciated it!

Stopped because my brake light on dash was on. I had looked up what could be wrong. Stopped and talked to Ronnie. He checked it and it was the bulb. He was so helpful and replaces the bulbs. Very great young man.

The parts prices are a little more spendy than other parts stores. So I went to another auto parts store and it was way cheaper, plus a 1 year warranty. The customer service was good but the price for the part was more than what I had to spend. It's too bad they don't have a value line.

First visit I needed brake fluid so I asked the guy working where I could find it & he points behind me & says that will prob work I asked probably? & he says 99.9% sure.. I got it but I honestly would have felt better with a 100% as my vehicle is old and I can t afford to do anything that would disable it in any way...Second visit just a couple days later I stop to get more & picked up a bigger bottle this time & right as I stepped to the counter to pay for my 1 item the phone rang and wouldn t you know the guy answers the phone and proceeds to begin an in depth Q & A session with some guy. I left the bottle on the counter & walked out!IThere customer service is non existent!!!

Wish I could give no stars, went in for specific parts and was sold parts that on their computer clearly said it did not work for the car we had. Went to the other location on 32nd and they did a much better job. They also said this is not the first time they had to clean up the messes 13ths store have caused customers. I would recommend literally any other location. The 13th one has employees that don t care and will sell you whatever to get their commission.

EXTREMELY VERY HELPFUL. The Gentleman that help me found me all the specialty items to do my wheels to wash my engine to spray paint my windshield wipers and they also found me abrasive sandpaper so I can just sand them down & paint the housing unit for my wiper blades. Also spray paint my inner rims black. Work on a couple little rust spots. I would rate this place at 10:00 very kind very helpful very courteous extremely well-mannered cares about the customer and curb appeal wasn't bad once you get out of your car it was very nice and clean! SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!WINK PINK POODLE,

My battery failed so i got my vehicle jumped drove to O'Reillys on 13th took my battery out wenrbinside and got a new battery. $182 after core deduction, I took it out to my vehicle set it in the battery box and noticed the positive and negative posts were on the opposite ends of the new battery from my old one. So i took the battery back in and asked to exchange it for one with the positive and negative posts in the correct position. I was told since i put it in my vehicle they would not exchange it. The cashier wiped a little dust off the top and said "i cant put this back on the shelf no one will buy it" all that needed to be done was wipe the dust off of it that accumulated while sitting on the shelf with a dry towel and it would have looked vetter than anything sitting on the shelf.

Went here a few weeks back to pick up a couple things. I'm not much of a car guy, so I was hoping for some help getting the correct items. The employees were rude and unhelpful. Just pointed me in a general direction and didnt even look up from what he was doing. Really disappointing and would not recommend.

I went here to get a new headlight, and even though it was -6 degrees outside, Brady even offered to help me to put my new bulb in! With no gloves! :) Well, he made the attempt at least, but It was just too darn hard to reach, so I guess I have to take it to a shop. Thanks anyway Brady, great customer service with a smile!

Just finished buying some hatch struts for my Envoy. Brady did a great job of answering questions both on the phone and at the counter. He even made sure they fit properly. Great job Brady. O'Reilly's my go to auto parts store.

Abit disappointed. Had electrical problems with my truck. The guy put tester on the battery and alternator and said everything was good. But started driving down the round the problems were still there. Went somewhere else and found a bad battery and alternator very weak..

Oreillys has never led me wrong. They tell me what I need, whether it is a cheaper solution, or more expensive. I have been able to have all my questions answered. I won't go to any other parts store, and not just because they are the cheapest in 100 miles!

Went here once to buy a part, and they had one in stock right there. They even found a refurbished one for cheaper, helping me save around 50 bucks. Good guys, fast service. Will probably go back if I need parts again.

They were not busy so the clerk came outand helpedme change the bulbs ans got me the wipers blades i needed and he put them on, he thought they could use a squart of WD40 and he went in and got that.

It was very easy I walked in and got customer service right away I had them test my alternator and my battery and found out my problem they fixed me up real quick and I was out of there in under 10 minutes

Was in there today to pick up a seat belt extender, and couldn't figure out how to install it! So I went back in and the associate who assisted me was super helpful by giving me instructions and letting me know what tools I'd need!

Horrible experience didn't even check or look at engine check meter to to tell me what could have been wrong with my car would be happy to purchase from them but I had to wait what careless worker's they have definitely don't care about the business making money or customers getting the parts they need would not recommend to anyone or referring terrible service
