I can t say enough about the incredible team at Midas. Austen, the manager, leads with expertise and professionalism. Shelby s customer service skills are unmatched, and Christian s repair work is truly outstanding. As frequent travelers, we rely on Midas for our routine service. They ve identified safety issues that kept our family safe on long road trips. Austen even activated our warranty without hesitation. Trustworthy, reliable, and exceptional quality.

I took my car in on 2/16 to get an inspection done and I received a call and was notified on the issues with my car and I was quoted a price on everything and I told them to go ahead and fix it and I was told it d be done Saturday. Saturday came and I was told I couldn t pick it up because of a part. Monday comes and I still couldn t pick it up and then Tuesday I was finally able to pick up my car! I had spoken to Austin and he was super sweet and continuously apologized about my car not being done. But I just want to say that I m very appreciative that they kept making sure my car was good to go and they were all so nice about it! I ll definitely be coming back! Thank you guys!

They were great! Called right away to tell me what they found wrong with my car and we talked over what was most important to fix first for safety to explaining everything very clearly. I gave the ok to get started and couldn t believe how fast they got it done and fixed! Car runs great and prices were far better than anywhere else in town and not to mention very nice and friendly crew!

Update: i did speak with you all at midas consumer relations, yall were supposed to call me the next day and still you all havent gotten back to me and i still haven't recieved anything from paying the other company to fix yall mistakes and negligence.Well,I wish I had a great experience with midas but this last time I went to midas was horrible and not handled professionally or with care. I brought my truck into midas because I noticed some coolant on the ground. Midas stated my water pump was bad . I had the water pump, serpentine belt, thermal fan clutch, coolant temperature sensor and radiator cap replaced. Paid $1,312.06 to have fixed. Well, The next day on the road ,I noticed the heat was not as hot as usual, it's snowing and cold out this day. When I go to leave at 5am for work my truck is smoking a lot. So, I call midas and leave a voice-mail and then call back when they are opened. I was advised to drive to fargo from wishek with a gallon of coolant to let them check it out . I didn't, thankfully and went a block over at a Ford dealership to check because I just felt something wasn't right.The Ford dealership said they didn't complete my trucks job at all and I'm lucky I made it to wishek safely. The serpentine belt was put on backwards , the clamps on the water pump and heater hoses weren't put on and the drive blew the water pump hose off ,I had no coolant left in it at all, even my fan wasn't bolted down. Midas refuses to do anything other than pay for ford's completion of their job. I had to miss work because of their negligence and the way my truck was smoking and they not even trying to take care of that. Two weeks later and I still haven't been reimbursed from what I paid Ford for fixing midas mistakes.

Being out of town I was able to get my truck worked on right away. They explained to me what would needed to be done and didn t push me to fix it right in the spot. They all were friendly and respectful with my needs with my truck. Thank you Fargo Midas for helping me out and going about and beyond

Brought my car in last Tuesday after getting a text from Austen saying they had some spots to fill. Well I knew something was wrong I was expecting it to be as bad as it was. He was able.to explain everything that was wrong and what the beat course of action was going forward. As well as talking with my mom on those decisions. Thank you Austen and the teak for getting my car back to me.

Shelby, Ray, Christian, and Sterling are simply the best crew in town. They are fast, friendly, and great at what they do. This is the only place in town I trust to fix my cars properly and not sell me stuff I don t actually need.

My little old Mini Cooper was in need of some TLC and we came to the right place. Austin and his team provided conscientious, accurate, and knowledgeable service. I especially liked that the part replacements recommended improved the safety and life of my Mini. Highly recommend!

I was told full synthetic oil changes (up to 5 quarts) start at $89.99, under $100 with taxes and fees. I come back for my appointment and was told it would be $188.96! Nowhere in town does it cost almost $200 to change oil on Toyota Camry. Left and went to jiffy lube and only paid $86.35 for the same service.

I went in there because I had been hearing a noise when I would turn, I called to set up an appointment and Shelby was so helpful in doing that. My technician Ray was quick to find the problem and even brought me out to look at what had broken, he explained how it could have happened and how it could be fixed. All in all it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend!

Scheduled an oil change online and received a call from the staff to confirm appt. I told him I had a coupon that was linked to my service request. He confirmed it, and we set up a time to come in.I show up at the confirmed time and the employee immediately tells me that they cannot honor the coupon. His boss told him at that price it wouldn t even cover the oil and filter, and he s not sure how they even released the coupon online. I then asked how much a regular oil change would cost and he tells me 69.99, and says that s the going rate around town. I was shocked at what I was hearing.First off, why did you simply not call me and tell me you would not honor the coupon? You had plenty of time to make a phone call. Instead I had to waste my time and gas to show up and be told this. On top of this I wasn t offered any sort of discount but was offered a full price oil change. Why would I want to pay full price for something that wasn t my fault and then you waste my time and gas.Lastly, I understand mistakes happen, but all of this could have been avoided with a simple phone call. But why are you not honoring the coupon? Even if it was a mistake. This is false advertising and most places will honor the coupon to avoid the dissatisfaction. I attached the coupon for proof of my grievance.

Changed from my usual place due to their outdated system causing me some headaches. First time getting an oil change here was a good experience. They found another issue and we're able to fix it. Made sure I was well informed about any other potential issues in the future. Will come back for next maintenance

Midas is the ONLY place to go for car repairs. Ray is simply the best and Shelby up front is amazing at explaining everything, and breaking it down step by step. You will not be disappointed if you give this place a shot!

Had a coolant leak fixed with a coolant flush. Less than 10 miles later within 24 hrs , the car overheated, and to our surprise, ZERO coolant in the tank. Now, the car needs a new or rebuilt engine. Do not trust this company. They will RUIN your car completely.

Well, I've been.to Midas for a couple oil change, & they were great. My van is starting to age & making several different noises, been running on the ruff side, radiator leaking, it need a really good mechanic. I called Midas, they said to come right in & they'll take a look, it was needing immediate repair. Midas got to work on repairing my van, they were so awesome & got me home & then picked me up again when my van was finished. They did amazing work, no moe chugging, dinging or dripping, it drives so smooth, & has awesome power again. I would trust to drive my van anywhere, which feels amazing. It is summer time & we can pick-up & road trip on a whim.GREAT, HONEST & SO PROFESSIONAL! THANK YOU MIDAS! Service: Oil change

All things considered 4 stars. I will say they take care of you if an issue arises while fixing older vehicles but mostly some real tenacious mechanics and that was enough and Im grateful for their resolve.

Scheduled an appt online, selected tires and recievied an estimate, email said a team member would respond in 30 mins. About 2hrs latter no response, arrived on site at scheduled time, was told there web system is down and that tires are not on site, would need to ship from Florida in 2-3 weeks. Drove 4hrs from Canada to get here. Waste of time, recommend to avoid this location, theres no adults that work here

I had front struts replaced here before I drove 1300 miles home just to find out both strut mounts are broken and was installed incorrectly. Also paid around 600 just in labor fees when I could ve done myself at home. Do not recommend.

They charged $600 for 2 O2 sensors, which I told them wouldn't help and it didn't. Then they wanted me to come back and pay $1400 for a new catalytic converter with no credit from the sensors. If you're reading this, I suggest you run from these scammers!
