Luther Collison &Glass and Scott Wilkie are super to work with , had a couple little issues and they jumped on them and took care of the issues immediately. Even did thing beyond what they had to do with free labor. Just super guy to work with.

I went to Luther Collision for some minor cosmetic repairs to my truck. I dropped my vehicle off and drove by the next night to see my truck backed up to a main road with my tonneau cover wide open after the business was closed. Worried that my belongings would blow out of my bed or get stolen, I had to come back and empty everything out of my bed. The next day my repairs were done, but nobody notified me, so I had to call and figure it out myself. After picking my truck up, I found out that my tonneau cover had been reinstalled improperly and some bolts were not replaced at all. I had to spend about 90 minutes reinstalling it properly after paying Luther Collision's expensive prices to do it. This was very disappointing after paying almost 10% more than I was quoted for the minor repairs. One of the reasons I rate the business 2 stars instead of 1 is because the employees who I spoke with were respectful and professional.Service: Body & Trim

My car was rear-ended last fall. Took it to Luther Collision for repairs. Brady helped with getting info to my insurance. Got the parts ordered. Car was repaired . The exhaust system part was on back order. It took 2 months for that part to come in. Car is completely fixed now. Great service. Friendly people. I had a van repaired after a plow at hit the vehicle in a parking lot. Luther did a great job from the start of requesting an estimate, working out insurance details, the actual work, and the follow up afterwards.They run a tight business focused on their customers and do a great job!

I appreciated their communication and making the process of fixing my car as smooth as possible. They washed my car and vacuumed it as well, which was so nice! Will definitely be back in the future if needed!

Based on previous work to my wife's acadia and current communication with scheduling my current truck in. A+Follow up post service on my silverado 2500hd duramax repair. The repair work was phenomenal. Not sure what happened after that, if it was a wash bay thing or lot damage but my hood had side ways scrapes all across it. They offered to repaint the hood but unfortunately I was not able to make it back timely for that almost a year later. So it is what it is. Still a good experience with them

They did a great job on my repairs, finished ahead of schedule and car looks new again! They also called me about another issue on one of my front fenders that wasn t part of the bid and they ended up repairing that for free. Great company & quality work!! Thanks Luther Collision & Glass

They did a fantastic job! I brought my car there for body work after hitting a deer. They did an amazing job fixing the car and they even took care of some horrible blending done at a different body shop this is the best my car has looked since I've owned it. They took care of everything for me kept me in the loop as things came up. 100% satisfied.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Brady was awesome!! Extremely professional and kept us up to speed on any and all updates with our vehicle during the whole repair process. We usually got an update on our vehicle 1-2 days before our insurance company even updated us. Thanks for taking great care of us and our vehicle!! We would highly recommend Luther Collision and Glass.

Really great experience! Todd helped me out and was so incredibly compassionate and expedited the repairs of my vehicle so I could get out of town when I needed to! When my insurance company was being less than helpful, Todd contacted them on my behalf to get more information on my coverage questions. He really went above and beyond with Customer Service. I'd give him 10000 stars if I could! The receptionist at Luther Collision was also incredibly friendly and helpful! I would recommend them to any friends and family. Thank you!

I hit a deer on the highway and the front end of my vehicle took a slight beating. The hood, bumper, and grille all needed to be replaced and obviously repainted. Extremely happy with how everything turned out! Part of a clip on my aftermarket headlight assembly had cracked under the hood too and they even welded that perfectly back in place. I'm very picky when it comes to people working on my vehicle in any way, but these guys did an outstanding job and I cannot recommend Luther enough!

Luther Collision pretty much lost my business. Receptions attitude is not welcoming. Came in to get quote done. Not cars in quote spaces, but I need to have an appointment? Really? Must have more work then your techs can handle. But thant is OK, will use another collision shop that is more professional.

Took my corvette here after someone backed into it. The car was ready after about two weeks as expected. I wound up having to have them redo the whole paint job as the job was so terrible. The front bumper mold was not even sanded down and instead painted over, dirt on the paint, paint was flaking off the bumper and window was not aligned right with the pillars causing door to shut poorly. They stood by their word and redid the paint job in its entirety. Car wound up coming out slightly better but paint still has dirt and fish eyes in it, overspray all down the side of the door, and I wound up just fixing the misaligned window on my own. By far some of the worst paintwork I ve had done on a car.Service: Body & Trim

Can't go in person with vehicle to get estimate or quote for auto glass replacement, and have to deal with automated phone system, when you actually speak to a person they are 5 states away.Was able to get in person service from two other glass replacment places.

Had to go there last year when I got rear ended. They did a wonderful job. This year I got backed into. The quality wasnt there. Brady was very helpful in making sure things were right, but would have expected things to be right in the first place.

They did a great job of fixing up my front end after it got caught on a tow dolly, they actually found the most affordable way to fix it and work within my budget. My car looks great you can t even tell it was damaged!

I worked with Luther Collision to repair my Civic after a crash and they handled everything quickly and smoothly. There were some issues with a third party piece used to replace an OEM part on my car, but Todd was quick to help me out and make everything right!

Good service. Dropped my ride off on Monday afternoon and car was done Thursday morning. Good follow up with Todd on where things were at along the way. Would definitely recommend.

I had my passenger side view mirror smashed in a parking lot and Luther was the suggested repair facility by my insurance company so I went with them.From the beginning I did not have a great experience. I made an appointment to have my vehicle examined and I ended up having to wait an extra 30 minutes once I arrived, on time, for my appointment.After getting my vehicle fixed I noticed that the mirror they put on was not the same as the original one. They told me they would be using a second hand part, which I was okay with, but this wasn't even the same style of mirror. It was noticeably smaller than the original and the glass on the mirror had burn spots from the heater.I took it back and had them look at it, at first the service manager said that it was not possible they had the wrong mirror. But after I asked him to look at the drivers side he agreed to get the broken mirror from the dumpster and compare it. It was not the same mirror so they agreed to replace it again.Since then everything has been okay. But now that it has gotten colder the trim by the mirror that they installed started falling down. I'm going to have to take my vehicle back for a third time to get the trim fixed. Something that should've been done correctly in the first place.

Very fast and efficient work even got the car ready before there estimated it would be ready. Very kind and very understanding. Even guarantee there work for as long as you own your car. I would recommend lurther collision & glass to get your bodynwork done

My 2015 f150 was stolen and the theives smoked Newport cigarettes and blunts in it. I don't smoke. They ran into something wreaked the whole side $9k damage. I got 2 estimates from ford fealers. Luther dealership is who i bought the truck from. Luther estimated $9k they were $1000 more than the other dealer but the reason i went with them is it was a 1 stop shop. Fix the truck, re-key the truck and detail the truck. They fixed the truck just fine got it re-keyed. They didn't fix the glove box had them fix that the day i picked it up. The problem was the truck still smelled bad like smoke. Sure they detailed it but it stinks. After having it for 3 weeks. My rental car allowance all used up. I had to take it back again. I lost a job that extra week because no way to do it without a truck. I had to have my 88 year old father follow me there to drop it off and pick it up after they cleaned the headliner and ran an ozone machine in it. They are 70 miles from my dad's house. I lost $800 the job, i had scheduled for the week after my truck was supposed to be done, i lost out on. Not happy. I yelled at them very stressed out this didn't make it better. Luther collision did their job just fine the company who detailed the truck didn't but i can't review them and it is luther's job to make sure the subs do a good job. I should have stopped payment on my credit card. My deductible was $1000. They cost me more than that. Rich kept making excuses like it will go away in the winter, or it isn't too bad. It either smells like smoke or it doesn't not happy at all. I am self employed i don't get paid if i am not working. I Wouldn't have paid the detail shop. I keep lowering the stars on here as i write this pisses me off. Oh and the St. Paul police won't do anything to the theives either got off scott free. I'm out thousands of dollars.

While stopped in Fargo for a single night, I was rear-ended at the intersection of I-94 and 45th street (beware the double right turn on red lanes!). In any case, I immediately began shopping around for quotes on the repair work. I called Luther Collision and they were able to take me first thing the next morning, at 8 am. I met with Richard, who was prompt, concise, clear, kind, and exceptionally friendly. He immediately wrote me up an estimate, took pictures, explained exactly what the damage was and the procedures necessary to fix it. And all this after knowing that I would not be able to stay in town long enough to get the work done at his shop. He even further explained the aftermarket parts market, the OEM parts market, and how insurance claims like mine would work, considering that I would need to get the work completed out of town. I did not have my vehicle worked on here, as I had to leave, but I must give them 5 stars for their promptness, thoroughness, and the exceptional education.

My husband hit a deer with our car and luther had it fixed in 2 weeks. They detailed the inside of the car and vacuumed it and washed the outside! Customer service was awesome!!! It is hard to find this these days I would recommend them to anyone.Melissa and Tony Schmitz

Rushed the repair. Paint quality was terrible, broke parts and assumed i would not notice. Ended up having my car in there 3 times. They took it for a "test drive" down the interstate as well so really a joy ride. Although this repair was a while ago i would advise people to STAY AWAY
