My husband & I recently purchased a new vehicle from Mike. NEVER have we encountered such a wonderful sales experience, from start to finish! I cannot emphasize how pleased we are with not only our vehicle but also the royal treatment we received! Mike gave us an in-depth explanation of all features of our vehicle, and we left feeling like we truly knew how to operate all of them. Everyone was so polite, friendly, professional, and welcoming to us. I would recommend Kia of Fargo to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Thank you SO MUCH!!

I was very satisfied with my experience. I brought my vehicle in for the recall on anti theft software upgrade. The also repaired an issue I was having with the ignition key stuck. The mechanic did an excellent job of repair and all at a very reasonable price.

I wish I could do no stars!!!!!! Not only did the shop not fix what a brought my car in for, they left the oil cap off of the engine. Over half of the oil is now sprayed all over the engine compartment and my new engine is likely damaged. Now it s the weekend, they are closed, my daughter has no car ..this place sucks and avoid at all costs. Bring it somewhere they won t charge you for nothing and destroy your vehicle. Omg I m so mad.

The folks at Fargo Kia were all helpful, knowledgeable and curtious. I had a tight schedule on a road trip, needed a new 12 volt battery for my Kia hybrid, but Duluth couldn t get one in until middle of next week. They located one in Fargo (on my way). The guys in service desk not only installed the battery in a timely way despite my not having an appointment on Saturday AM, but ran some diagnostics and kindly explained my wiring issues. They made me feel well cared for and the cost was very reasonable. I strongly recommend these folks for careful and caring service!!!!

We researched vehicles online and decided upon two different ones to look at. Our first visit was to Kia, where we met Austin our sales rep. He was FANTASTIC....he had a wonderful demeaner and engaged us in conversation. He knew all about the vehicle he was selling us and shared the important things he felt we should know. He stayed later than his expected shift to help us with the purchase. We did go look at the second car type from another dealer before we made the final purchase. The cars were fairly equivalent in value, but it was the friendly customer service and Austin that made the deciding factor to purchase a Kia.

Cody was very helpful and made our car purchase at Kia of Fargo very simple. He was prompt to reply to our texts and answered all of our questions. The whole process from test driving cars, finance application, and giving us a complete overview to teach us the features of our Kia was a pleasant experience.

Our sales consultant Cody Hein was amazing! He answered every question we had, no matter how ridiculous some of them sounded. Every staff member that we dealt with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The entire experience was seamless. I love my new Kia Sorrento! I would highly recommend Kia of Fargo if you are looking for a new vehicle.

I needed a couple of recalls taken care of along with an oil change. Communication was great leading up to the appt. Everyone was courteous and the whole visit was easy the day of. They finished about two hours earlier than planned which was wonderful.

I worked with Mike on getting my truck. I test drove it on Saturday quickly and left because of prior commitments. We exchanged numbers in case there were any questions he told me he wouldn t hound me and he stayed true to his word. I contacted through email Sunday. He got back to me that day. Well Monday rolls around and after work I stop by with my wife and son. It took an hour tops and the truck was mine. I am overjoyed with my purchase and I know they will help with any others questions I have in the future.

I came in for recall work and everything went great! They were very communicative when things took a little longer than expected and I appreciated the courtesy ride home from the nicest person. The inspection repair suggestions were sent to me by text with pictures for approval, but there was no pressure to purchase the extra work. Overall, a very good and easy experience!

I felt welcomed the second I walked in the door. The staff were great, the ones helping me and others just popping in to check on me! I never felt pressured to make a decision and everyone was very respectful and kind!!! I highly recommend Alix as your sales person!!!!!

Dropping the car and explaining what was wrong and informing our service advisor of the extended warranty we purchased when we purchased the car went ok. Quote process went well and once service was approved this is where things fell apart. Our service advisor was supposed to be in charge of getting information on the extended warranty they sold us when we purchased the car but she never did so when it came time to pick up our vehicle they had no idea about the warranty so this prolonged getting the vehicle. Service team helping us was good and tried to assist but they ended up just letting us take the car and figuring the rest out the next day. Service advisor gets one star in my experience with them and rest of them get atleast three stars.

What a great experience from start to finish with the process of buying our new Kia! Isaiah, Cody and Clay were very patient (I had alot of questions). They have the best customer service. I drive an extra hour for that customer service. I was dealing with Kia Grand Forks, ND, which is only an hour's drive for me, instead of 2, but the customer service there sucks big time. So I drive 2 hours for a much better experience.

Kia did a good job with the recall work that needed to be done. I especially liked that they didn t try to stick me with any extra maintenance work that wasn t needed. When it comes time to replace our Sorento, we will start at Kia Fargo to purchase a different vehicle.

Worked with Mike Aguilar from Kia of Fargo for the first time and he was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles and more importantly he took the time to educate my family on the vehicles throughout the process and following our purchase. Mike demonstrated a great balance of working at earning my business without being overbearing/pressuring like many sales representatives at other company s. The service manager was great to work with as well and also demonstrated good balance. I believe them/the company staff when they say they will take care of you and be there to provide assistance as needed. They definitely have earned my business again for the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

Everyone was very courteous at this dealership. I missed the shuttle and a very nice lady gave me a ride without hesitation!! Very impressed with this dealership. The service dept got me in right away and were very helpful. The shuttle picked me up the next day and he was very pleasant during the ride.

Our salesman, Mike, could not have been more helpful! We had a 2023 Sportage that was totaled so we knew right away who we wanted to work with. Mike was our salesman when we purchased our 2021 Sorento and in 2023 when we bought the Sportage. He knew how much we liked the Sportage and was able to find me an exact duplicate 2024 Sportage with carmine red interior. Our next purchase will be with Mike.

I went in for a few service recalls, and Ashley walked me through some add ons that we could do. As she went down the list, she pointed out getting my tires rotated for $20, and she also brought up something to do with my coolant. I was under the impression I was going to get it topped off, and I even told her that I wasn t sure I needed it, but agreed if I did need it. She did not give me a price. I went in the next day with a $200 price tag hanging over my car. It was a full coolant service, which she did not tell me. A nice guy was able to knock $100 off, but I still had to pay the other $100 when I was only expecting to pay $20, on top of the fact that it was a service I more than likely did not need. Great service, terrible customer service from Ashley. I m really disappointed.

Kia of Fargo has been a wonderful dealership to work with. Bought my Sedona winter of 2018, have had very few issues with it. Did have a couple recalls, so I called the Kia service department, they got me in on a day I was available to bring it in. They went through the whole vehicle, fixed the recalls and advised me on what will need to be fixed in the near future. There was no you need this fixed before you leave pressure. I will be purchasing another vehicle from them in the near future. I appreciate all they do.

We brought our Kia in for recommended service. They completed transmission service without a problem. We received a call from service advisor that they couldn't perform the brake service because of rusted bleeder screws. They told us they could replace all calipers for over $500. We refused. They billed us incorrectly, then gave a refund after I pointed out the mistake. I took our vehicle home and in less than 5 minutes with only a wrench I opened all four bleeders that were supposedly rusted solid. We were not pleased at all.

I am very happy with my new Kia Sportage, Cody Hein was very helpful, he answered all my questions about the car that I had. He helped me set setup the Kia with the phone and GPS and went thru all the settings on the car, which I really needed help with. He was helpful with setting up the financing. I had a good experience with Cody .
