Drove 144 miles round trip to get parts for my dad. The clerk rung up the correct part number but gave me wrong parts. So I had to go all the way back and have them correct it. The guy who originally got me the parts decided to argue with me that the parts should be fine as they cross reference...I explained he was incorrect and it needs to be the exact part I requested. The lady goes to get me the correct parts and has another guy put them in the trunk of my car. I ask if they can do anything even a small discount since it was their mistake and I had to drive so far. The original guy then tells me he's a manager and there is no way for them to compensate.... Well then, I guess I'll never bring my business there again. Come home and give dad the new parts... Yep, sure enough...one was correct but the other is wrong! AGAIN?! Seriously?! Clearly I'm not the one requesting these parts and do not know exactly what it should look like. Dad is on the road working to take care of the household so I do whatever I can to help him when I get the opportunity. Now I have to go back and the poor guy has to wait until Monday to get the final correct part. Never again will we do business with them! Over and over I explained it had to be the exact part number. I thought I had checked, the first time the receipt was correct, the second time I checked it on the part...didn't realize I would have to check both parts the guy was carrying! That's 288 miles that I have to eat because they couldn't get me the correct parts! I paid almost $400 for these parts! Now tack on how much I've wasted in gas! Let alone my time wasted driving back and forth! Completely ridiculous! Geez! I do not recommend doing business here. Find somewhere with friendlier, well knowledgable staff!

Have bought multiple trailers from the fargo crew. Good communication, solid back staff, easy to work with. Will continue to do business here for yrs to come.

Much like their place in Bismarck, they are decent people to deal with. Always treated me good and offered the best prices I could find.
