I loved this place. I had what I thought was blinkers that were out. This shop does replace a blinker if need be, which helps because if you're a busy person like me who doesn't like to make time for things like that, then this place will save you the hassle. It turned out to be a wiring issue. The owner of this establishment as friendly and knowledgeable. The price is not bad either. They top off all of your fluids as well.

This store is absolutely great! They're always friendly and outgoing. I stopped by late one night, and they stayed open just for me, even though they had clearly just washed the floors. The gentleman who helped me went out of his way to explain my car's issues and was super nice!

Service isn't to bad.... always play the up sell game. Their prices have jumped up quite a bit lately. Oil change has increase 30% in the last year. Used to be around $90 last time was $125 for full synthetic.

Wow! This was the fastest, most professional oil change I ve ever had. I only went to this location because it was on my way somewhere else, but I will definitely make this my new default jiffy lube location.

I recently had an oil change from this location. One week later I had an oil sensor light go off. I assumed it was at fault of this location. But with further inspection. I found out that a huge ice chunk had pulled out my oil sensor cord. The location of the pulled cord was underneath my car where I couldn't get to. The nice guys at this location let me pull into the bay and they plugged it back in for me. Very thankful for them, highly recommendService: Oil change

No, No, No, No, No...That is the count of the employees who DID NOT know what kind of oil my Prius took!!! I was asked to produce a receipt from a past oil change in order for them to see it on that. What???I told them to SHUT my hood and I drove off.Never to go back again.I took it to Toyota... The kicker? The type of oil is listed on the cap!Service: Oil change

Broke a piece on the bottom now my car and didn't say anything. Zip tied it and that didnt hold.Noticed it hanging from the bottom and brought it to Corwin. Have to pay $234 to get it replaced. Will NOT be returning.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Yes, I was very happy with my experience. Quick, professional, polite employees. Did not try to oversell me on replacement items, but did explain the difference between conventional and synthetic oil for our 2009 Subaru , so I upgraded to synthetic.

Surprised by how polite all of the team members were. Definitely the best customer service I've had for an oil change, and I've been driving a number of years. Very affordable and expedient. I was in and out within a half hour. I don't normally post reviews on businesses, but this was certainly worth my time. I would highly recommend.

I was there last week for an oil change and to replace a headlight bulb, and had fantastic service. Quick, efficient, they also cleaned my windows and vacuumed the inside of the car. Every available option was explained to me, each worker was courteous, and the price was good (even with a coupon). Best service I've had for my vehicle so far.

The people here are very professional. They offer services, but don't force your hand. All work done goes in the app. Very clean. The one issue was they offered to replace my rear wiper blade, but weren't able to do it. They didn't want to risk damage, so they stopped trying. I appreciated that, but maybe a bit more training would allow them to make good on their services offered. I am afraid to ask them for anything more than an oil change now.

So a few issues here. I came in for an oil change since I'm traveling and can't do it myself. I brought oil and filter.The next thing I see is them changing my air pressure. Completely unnecessary as I have it set a certain way since I tow my camper.Next issue, I find out they broke my drain plug. Apparently, they didn't know how to get it off (it had a cap). Instead of doing the smart thing and asking me. They decided to try to force it off and broke it.0/10 do not recommend.

My oil was changed quickly, but I appalled by how rude and condescending the manager was to one of his employees. He just yelled at him when he had a question and told him to use Google to find the answer instead of showing him how to fix the issue I had at the end of the oil change. Furthermore, while the employee took awhile working on trying to fix the issue, the manager just stood there and didn t offer to help. I cannot imagine how he talks or treats employees when customers are not around. Will not be back.

Asked them not to touch anything but change the oil, and instead they removed my air filter. When they put it back in, my AC no longer worked properly and I was told there was nothing they could do about it.The way to run a business is NOT to disregard the vehicle owners request and instead cause damage to the vehicle. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Improperly reattached the intake box to the engine after swapping the filter, which tripped a check engine light. It's an easy fix, but not something the customer has to worry about when they trust you to work on their car.

Great experience. Figured out why my engine light was on! Jiffy lube on 32nd didn't say a word the couple times i went there.

No complaints! I was dreading going in (I hate getting my oil changed..) but they were straight to the point, kind, and they didnt try to sell me anything I didn't need. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes, which made my day. I would highly recommend, I've been here before and I will be back again. Thanks Jiffy Lube!

Buy your own filters. They charge 39.99 for a cabin air filter found anywhere for half the price and 27.99 for a basic air filter. Those two filters cost the same as my full synthetic oil change. Went in thinking the total would be close to $100, not $170

Awesome place to get your oil change done. It takes a max of 10 to 15 minutes to get your oil change done. Very friendly and experienced staff. It would have taken me over more than 2 hours if I would have gone to Walmart for an oil chamge.

Not a good experience this time around. Normally I am a fan of Jiffy Lube but this time did not go well at all. I came in for an oil change and asked specifically if they would top off my tires with air since one was low. They then suggested I replace the cabin air filter, which was fine and needed replacing. After some time (longer than usual but they were apologetic about being short staffed and I understood, I wasn't in a big hurry), I checked out and everything seemed fine, however, when I got in my car to leave, the passenger seat and side of the car was covered in debris and dirt both from the cabin air filter and the employees sitting in the car. Some of my glove box contents were on the floor and there were dirt stains on the door, seat, and glove box.Additionally, after driving, my low tire pressure light came back on and the tire pressure did not change since they were not filled despite my asking before and confirming after. I understood being short staffed and would have gladly waited longer to ensure everything was done and left in good shape but I was not happy after. Hopefully it improves in the future.

Had the signature oil change,and used coupon. The staff were very helpful, and courteous. It was a busy day for them, but they spent equal time with myself and the customers before me. I'll go there again.

They were supposed to change oil and flush coolant instead they took the differential plug out and decided to leave it out completely wrecked my driveway and spent 294.90 at jiffy lube 500.00 and some change at a reliable shop they fixed the issue. The manager told me right to my face we our not mechanics.

Spilled oil all over parking lot of Jimmy Johns while eating my lunch. I didn t notice at the time. Drove around the block a few times before going back to work, then I noticed smoke pouring from engine compartment.. parked at work noticed oil dripping everywhere. Drove straight back to Jiffy lube where they topped me off, gave me a new oil filter and barely cleaned any oil off. It s still dripping an hour later. Pretty sure I lost 4-5 quarts before I got back. They gave me 20% off next visit.. I d prefer a check to pay someone to clean out my engine compartment. Then I can take my review downI would love an email from the [email protected] my gmail

Their oil change service is always fast and the guys there are friendly and knowledgeable. I went to have a bulb replaced one time, but they found out the issue was in the wiring and were unable to fix it. I took their recommendation for a body shop which turned out great.

Very friendly helpful staff! I stopped here for my first ever oil change and they were super nice and welcoming. I've only been to this jiffy lube location once however I will be continuing to come back! super fast work and for a great price!

These guys here are LAZY and PATHETIC. i brought my Nissan Altima 2015 in due to me coming here for over 3 years for my oil change. I asked if they can put in my head light I bought my own head light just needed them to replace it. The guy lifted my hood , PRETEND to try and unscrew something and comes back to the driver window and tells me they don t have all the tools to replace my light. So I go over to the JIFFY LUBE ON 32nd They tell me they have all the tools that the one on 13 have so they probably can t fix it. JUST FOR ME TO DRIVE TO VALVOLINE IN MOORHEAD AND THEY NEEDED NO TOOLS WENT UNDERNEATH THE DRIVE SIDE BY THE WHEEL TO REPLACE MY LIGHT TOOK NO LONGER THAN 5 minutes. I ll never step foot back in here again.Service: Electrical

I quit going to Jiffy Lube for a few years. The service has improved immensely. The guys were really friendly and knowledgeable. Very quick! I got in my car and i had some trash on the floor. They emptied it for me!!

Very disappointed. I have been to this jiffy lube many times. I think this will be the last. I could barely understand what the tech was telling me and their credit card machine/internet was down and it too forever to checkout bc they had to call it in. I asked for a tire rotation with my oil change when I pulled up, got the oil change, I asked about the rotation. They didn't know I wanted one, irritating but ok another 15 min wait. They tell me they can't do the rotation bc there is rust. I just had my tires off for another repair and they were fine. The staff seemed very inexperienced and disorganized.

Incredible service! I went in for an oil change and was in and out in under 15 minutes and they topped everything off for me! The staff was also wonderful and I didn t feel pressured to get anything more than my oil. Highly recommend!
