It was worth the drive! I live in Grand Forks and needed my brakes done. Every quote I got locally was needing to be scheduled for a week out, or they couldn t get parts, or was 20 to 25 percent higher cost. I called Monday and not only did they say they would fit me in on my schedule, they also saved me about $345 over the other 5 local places I had quote me!

We were referred to Jacobsons service team after we had lost the hub and tire(which was later found) to the trailer we were pulling. We were traveling from SD to Minot, ND so the circumstances for time were crucial. We d like to thank the team that stayed later to help us and did everything they could to get us back on the road, we greatly appreciate you!! Thank you!

I was in desperate need of an emergency tire repair. Kelly got me in right away and even replaced my spare and tucked all my trunk "things" under their blanket. Awesome job!

Kelly got me in and out on the same day without making me feel stupid or like I was being cheated. He didn't try to coerce me into extra work or try to scare me into buying a new vehicle. I don't know why I ever went to dealerships in the past but I won't be going back to one after finding this shop.
