My husband and I came in on one of the coldest days of the year due to a bad battery. Understandably, it was busy and a little wait but the associates were working very hard to make sure everyone was taken care of and provided very friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

Literally coasted in to their parking lot with what was thought to be a dead alternator. They gave us loaner battery to make it to our service station for free. Friendly and excellent service!

Let me start by saying how rare it is to get good service in 2022. My wife's battery went out in her car. I called interstate, and my call was answered right away. They told me to bring in the car any time before 5:30pm. I went in, and they helped me right away. I was in and out in less than 10 min. They were so nice and helpful I have not received service this well in over two years. Great job! I will always conduct business here.

Stopped into the Fargo location before a road trip, as my battery terminal had corrosion. The6 cleaned it great, coated it with ani corrosion spray, and all at no charge! Great service, and the location is recommended.

This place use to be the best place to get a battery but now it s has no customer service. Went in to get a batter that was expanded and had a bunch of frost on it checked. Guys said it was not possible. I was stuttering a lot in the mean time because I have a speech disorder but the guy treated me like trash. Came back 3 days later wanted to talk to the same guy and they ignored me and walked the opposite direction. They gave me my good battery went home test it and had no charge. Place only cares about money with battery that last a year and a half at most. And if you have a disability this is the last place I would shop.

My 1 year old car battery had to be charged or jumped every day three days in a row. Took it in and they said it was just a little low so they couldn t warranty it. I had to buy a new one as I was going out of town and needed a reliable battery and now my car starts every single time with the new battery. I will go elsewhere next time that has better batteries and better customer service.

Bad customer service fake warranty they don't care if you have a trouble starting your car at winter with this cold weather. As you can see my battery still under warranty but they don't cover it.

EVERY time I have been at this location I have received the best service!! I buy all our batteries there, I have had multiple screens repaired on cellphones as well. I have never felt like I am just a number. Very polite and knowledgeable staff!

My daughter is a college student in the area and needed a new battery for her car. It was cold and she stopped at and called multiple auto parts stores who would not change the battery before calling here. The guys at interstate were friendly said to come on over and got her taken care of in a few minutes. What a relief to find someone who wanted to help.

Excellent customer service; I dealt with Eric, a pleasant person who helped me save a lot of money. I have a 2020 Toyota RAV4 that won't start. After calling a few shops in town as well as the dealership, I was told that the battery needed to be replaced for a minimal cost of $250+. Eric tested the battery and found that my cold cranking amps were 603 while the measured value was 900. The issue was that the Autostart battery was weak and caused an issue in the morning when I was trying to get it started before leaving. I contacted the business and spoke with Eric he recommended to stop by during which he tested everything and charged me $9.66 for the fob battery instead of $250+.Highly recommended

These guys drove eight miles out of town to replace a battery when my vehicle died in the driveway. They were the only ones that I could find that would do this kind of service. The connection for the terminals was also shot so they used their personal tools to secure the cables to the terminals just so that I could drive until I was able to get to a place to replace the connection. After calling around and getting no answers, they said to bring it in and they would replace the connection. They did an absolutely fantastic job! They went above and beyond!

These guys continue to step up! Their batteries are only as good as their service and they have come through for me. I have been and will continue to be a dedicated customer because of the effort to "make it right". Great job

Attitude problem. Bad customer service. Top dollar for there best battery an it's garbage. It was almost 20 degrees outside an the battery died. Had to jump my car. They keep the real good brands in the back. Surprise they are cheaper and better. I payed 300$ for there best Interstate battery( I didn't realize at the time they were pushing there brand) 4 year warranty any time exchange they said. I called them and received awful attitude. Told me it's my cars fault even tho the battery works fine when it's over 30 degrees out. I brought my battery in to be tested. Battery tests came out fine. I exchanged the battery for an Optima they had hidden in back.(17$ cheaper than there brand) On my way out one of the workers an older portly gent with dark hair decided another snarky comment was warranted. To be fair the younger gents at the counter were great. Very helpful. Good attitudes. Good customer service.

Called half hour before closing, got there 20 minutes before closing to see if they could replace my vehicle's battery, and at no time did I feel rushed or unwelcome here. They were very clear about time and cost involved, much appreciated.

This is a very nice facility. We purchased eight 12 volt golf cart batteries when almost nobody else had them available. They unloaded all of our core turn in batteries and loaded the new batteries into the van. This is a task since some weigh about 85 lbs each. Thanks for the great service!

I went here to get a new battery for my car. The guy checks my alternator and tells me it's bad and if I get a new battery installed my bad alternator would harm the new battery. I decided to buy the new battery anyway because I didn't want to spend another 2 hours trying to jump start my car once I put the new alternator in. My step dad helps me install a new alternator and the new battery and once we put the battery in we notice the terminals are on the wrong side. We compare the battery model number and it's 1 number off. Instead of an MT-85 they gave us an MT-86 for my Grand Prix GXP. Since the store is now closed we can't just go back and get a new battery. We somehow move the cables on my car so they can reach the terminals on the wrong side. I go back a couple days later to return the core and ask if they can swap out the wrong battery with the correct one. The guy says "he probably thought you had a V6, not a V8." They literally looked under the hood and i told him what I had. They tell me it will be a $75 charge to install the correct battery because it's difficult. That is ridiculous. You made the mistake. I shouldn't have to deal with your mistake. Not sure if I will ever go back to this place.
