I had a really good experience with 1-29. They were the only company that was willing and able to tow my car from an underground garage. Customer service was great and I really appreciated that they called after my car was fixed to check on my vehicle s performance.

Wyatt and Ethan were awesome!! We have a 1932 Chevy, hotrod and ran into engine issues in Fargo on our way to Montana. They took very good care of our precious car!! Thank you again I-29 Towing I would highly recommend this towing company!

I got 4 new tires today and the staff was very nice. Willing to work with me on a time to b there since my work schedule is so crazy. Shout out to the young men who brought me home and picked me up. When they picked me up he made sure he was in a vehicle that would b easy for me to get in and out of. Very nice and personable. All in all I was treated like I was important to make sure I got the best of care. Thanx guys, u were all terrific.

Was about to be stranded with a car that wouldn t start and no way home before Christmas. These guys were stellar at providing me service during one of the worst winter storms where every other tow and auto place was booked and charging absurd prices. They were able to tow me for under $70 and replaced my battery for a very reasonable price. Thanks to them, I ll be home for Christmas.

I used I29 towing services when I got a blow out on the interstate. I didn t even wait 30 minutes. The gentlemen got my spare on and took my tire with him to get a new one put on my rim. I came the next day during my lunch break to have my tire put on. The last mechanic in the shop was headed out for lunch, but he stopped and put my tire on so I didn t have to come back. I was in and out in 15 minutes. The guy at the front desk is very helpful and enjoyable to work with. I decided to schedule my oil change and tire ailment with them as well. Everything was done within the time frames that they estimated. I will absolutely continue doing business with I29 for all my auto maintenance and repairs.Services: Wheel alignment, Car towing, Oil change

I was impressed with the care of this towing service on a Saturday. My car wouldn't start when I pulled over to the side of the road on Highway 10. Called when he needed direction, was on time, and was very helpful. My insurance company made this my towing resolve after the 1st one backed out on service. I-29 took over right away and came to my car rescue. Highly recommend this service.

I have always received the most courteous service from the guys at I-29 Automotive. They do good work and have given me appointments within 24 hours of asking for one. They are not inexpensive, but always have fair prices. When I go there, I feel like they know me and genuinely like me. They get me out of their shop as soon as possible as they know my schedule is crazy as a dog training instructor / dog whisperer. I have tried other shops, but I keep coming back to this one because they care about me. Thank you everyone at I-29 Automotive!! Have a very happy holiday.

Would not recommend this business for towing. I called them, told them my location and all the details. They told me they would arrive between 1-2. Alright, that was fine. well, they didn't arrive until 430pm and when the guy arrived, I guess he had the wrong truck. So he leaves and says he is going to get the right truck. Well another hour goes by and I hear nothing.Lol what a joke. Called all pro towing and they came right away.

Have always treated me and my car well. Went in for a routine oil change today and mentioned I was having issue with my wiper fluid not spraying anymore. They looked it over, had the part delivered by someone locally and installed in under an hour. That s including the time needed to do the oil change! Excellent service all around. Will always bring my vehicles to I-29 Automotive.

Definitely doing business with these guys again. Nate, the guy who helped me on the phone, was so nice and so quick. Devin, who came out to jumpstart my vehicle (after I waited 2 HOURS for Harry's towing to never show up), was so quick and fun to chat with. Seriously, lightning quick service and they've all got such great attitudes. Will recommend them for sure!

Didn't catch his name, but the man that towed me was very kind and personable! Efficient and knew what he was doing. We had a nice conversation on the way over to where my car needed to be towed. Would definitely use again if I needed the service (but hopefully not lmao).

I'm a repeat customer of I-29 Automotive for my car maintenance. I've had my vehicle fixed at reasonable rates over multiple years. They communicate well and are decent folks. Not a lot of unnecessary frills and extras in the experience, the lobby has light refreshments. They fix my vehicle up and I come and get it. I'd definitely recommend I-29 Automotive and Towing to friends and family.

Coming from the cities I had no idea which shop to use in Fargo that would be reliable, friendly and quick. The mechanic diagnosed a big issue with my vehicle that went somehow unoticed by a previous mechanic at another shop when I bought my vehicle. These guys worked as fast as they could with a big job. I highly appreciated all the time and effort they put into my vehicle.

AWESOME customer service. They are all polite and very professional! The service is amazing. I've used their service multiple times for locked keys in cars and also when I needed my car towed and fixed. They are very quick to come and help you! I will always use I-29 Service and Towing.

After my wife's Prius got stuck after the huge snow storm we had a few days ago we didn't know who to call for help so we called the first number that came up when we Googled towing services. Boy am I glad that first business was I-29 Automotive Service and Towing! The driver that came to our rescue was Brandon and he was awesome! He was incredibly professional and friendly and got my wife's car out of the snow bank in under 10 minutes! I'm definitely going to be recommending I-29 Automotive Service and Towing to anyone I come across that might need their services and they'll be the first ones I call if I or my family need help in the future!

I have used I-29 Auto servicing for almost 10 years now. I value their opinions and trust their pricing. Their auto mechanics are friendly and knowledgeable. The staff are informative and make you feel comfortable. The job is always done right the first time. I called when my car had a flat in traffic. They showed up immediately. They called me shortly after with a price quote that was very reasonable. Everyone I spoke with was polite and professional. I was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. They made my horrible day better!

So it was a very cold day and I just needed jump. All the other auto places were so very rude, annoyed by my phone call because it s not even a good money and they are busy. But I-29 was better than them, and the tech was super kind. Brody was polite and quick! I ll always call them first before I check any other places in Fargo/Moorhead area 10000%.

Excellent service! Tire blew on 129 near Gardner, ND. They promptly got to us, changed the tire, and the driver followed us with his lights on to the next exit, since we could only drive 50 mph on the interstate. Thank You!

Brandon did a great job, quick, friendly and professional. Great communication updated me on how long, how many were before me and got to me quickly. The first terrible snow storm in Dec. 2019 (11.5 inches), he was very busy but you wouldn't have known it. Thanks for making my bad day better!

Called them on a Friday for pricing for a tow on Monday. Guy on the phone said for just a straight local tow it would be $55. I called them on Monday to schedule my vehicle to be picked up. When the guy got there he called me and told me the rate was $65 plus $4 a mile over 5 miles. I told him that I was quoted $55 on Friday and he told me that was not correct. I told him that if I would have known that I would have had another company less expensive do it. I told him I was on the way to pay for it now so he could tow it. I got to the shop to pay my tow bill and they charged me $65. In looking at the other Google reviews I see where it appears someone else had an issue with them quoting one price and charging another. If you decide to do business with them I would highly recommend getting your quote in writing as obviously what they tell you verbally is not what they charge. Buyer beware.

They absolutely have no idea of how to do alignment. They did my alignment, told me the alignment is perfect now. But the car was still driving weird. Went back to them. Told me all kinds of lies to try to cheat me to change parts that should not be changed. I went to Firestone instead. Firestone told me my car is completely out of alignment, as much as 2.5 degrees. It's ridiculous! A bunch of dishonest people without necessary skills! Once you paid them, they will not be responsible at all! Be careful!

They're the best towing company in Fargo. Both times they were quick in responding and cost way less than the competition for doing far more. I rarely do 5 stars so for this one, you can be sure I totally recommend.

Fastest service I have had in Fargo I kid you not, it was 20 minutes to get my truck in and out of an oil change reasonably priced.

They had a truck on site within 30 minutes of our call and the car out soon after. We were stuck in more of a ravine than ditch but the guys were able to pull us out with no damage. Great customer service in all aspects.
