Took my vehicle in for an oil change and to have my compressor checked. They got me in right away and my vehicle was ready when they said it would be. Great service and communication! Very honest and reasonable quotes too. Will definitely take my vehicle back and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Fix it Forward did a great job on my oil change. They had a convenient drop off and pick up and the price was right. I also love the fact that their car ministry is tagged on to the business and is a crucial part of what they do.Fixing up donated cars and giving them to people in need is a really great thing to do.

Great staff, timely on work, and very easy to work with. They tell you to fix what you need to and give you advice for things instead of charging for unnecessary work. Prices are competitive and fair. On top of all of that, they do charity work and help out in the community as well! Wonderful organization and I don't think I'll be going anywhere else for car repairs.

Each employee at Fix it Forward genuinely cares about providing you with the best service, and they are honest with you about what services really need to be done versus which can hold off for some time. As a college student with not a ton of cash, I appreciate Fix it Forward and their transparency about proving the best service on my car and not trying to get me to perform unnecessary fixes on my car like a dealer would do. Highly recommend you visit them for all vehicle services!

I'm very happy with the service and repairs to my SUV. I brought my vehicle here because my neighbor, Al Anderson, works here, and I know he is a great mechanic. Everyone was friendly and they explained what was wrong. I was happy knowing what the repairs would cost before they even started.I recommend this place to everyone now!And to the staff: great job! My SUV runs great and I'm very happy with everything! Thank you!!

They were great. Help work around my work schedule got what I needed done in a timely manner with great pricing. They also gave me a run down of the next few maintenance items my vehicle will need, with a time line of when it should be done and about how much it will cost. Highly recommend Fix It Forward!

I was having problems will ALOT of things not working in my car..which I read about others having the same issues and had no luck getting it fixed or taking several trips to find the issues. My seats wouldn t move, no 4WD, traction control, hill assist etc..they worked on my vehicle all day on the codes that were flashing and had it fixed by 230pm. EXCELLENT service, great communication, and fixed it at an affordable price. Would definitely recommend them!

My car needed and needs alot of repairs, they took my car in right away, was very friendly, and it was done in only a few days, I've still got to come back a few more times, but I was very happy with the service.

The team did a great job of fixing the issues I was having with my 1997 pickup. They identified a couple of other issues that would need attention down the road and left it up to me to have them fixed. They even air up the spare tire. It was a great experience.

Best in the FM area.Brought my vehicle in after taking it to another local shop that did not fix the issues (but charged me ~$1900). They were very knowledgeable and fixed the issue easily. Do not bring your vehicle anywhere else, as the level of knowledge and professionalism cannot be replicated elsewhere.They are my new go too.

I took my Suburban to Fix-It Forward in early December. It required some very serious repairs. I am very impressed with these guys. I purchased my truck almost new in 2013 and have had very few problems with it until now. I am very happy with the work that they did. I ll refer everyone that I know to them from now on. In the past I always went to Southpointe and they always did good work and treated us very well but Fix-It Forward is a step up from them. Fix-It is the best shop that I have ever been to. Last week I took my wife s Murano to them and had the same experience. They have a new long-time customer here.

Lovely and quick individuals. I used to go here when it was Adrian's and was worried about the change but I'll be keeping this as "my garage".They kept me informed and updated and were even kind enough to check on my boyfriend, who'd dropped the car off and told them he was going to wander downtown, when the fix took a bit longer than the original quote for the oil change as they found my breaks were due and I had okayed changing those.

All the worker's/mechanics are great. They make sure you are satisfied before you leave. They explained everything thoroughly. I will definitely bring my vehicles back.

I dropped my truck off to get a climate appropriate coolant and tire rotation before work and picked it up when I got off work. The complimentary Uber was a pleasant surprise. The guys that work there are some of the friendliest I've encountered in my short time in NODAK and addressed my issues very promptly. They are now my go-to shop as I won't let just anybody work on my truck

Once A-1 Auto. closed most of the mechanics came over to one of the Fix It Forward locations. I like the honesty and helpful information they give you. If your looking for a good honest mechanic Fix It Forward is your place. I have used both Moorhead and University locations.

After having great experiences at the Moorhead location, I decided to try out their newest downtown Fargo location for our work truck, as they are very close to our shop. Not surprisingly, I found it to live up to the same extremely high level of quality and excellence that Fix It Forward is known for. I highly recommend both using the new Downtown location as well as any of the Fix It Forward locations as they are some of the best automotive shops out there! Communication, quality, and integrity are paramount at Fix It Forward and it really turns an experience most people would not look forward to into a truly enjoyable one!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I called and explained what I thought was wrong they ended up having it towed in, when they told me what was wrong with it I forgot to ask how long it would take and with them changing a cv axel shaft on a suburb I thought it would take a least a week waiting on the parts they called me the next day and said everything was done! They are extremely fast and efficient!

These guys are the best I was coming thru Fargo on a Friday afternoon when I lost a tire on the highway and damaged the brake on that wheel. The tow truck driver called around. The one who responded to our problem was Justin, he immediately figured what was needed he ordered all the parts and told us we would be back on the road on Monday by 11 am. alll the other places said it would be at least a week before they would be able to fit us in.He then found us a hotel in a good part of town and paided for an Uber to get us there. Monday morning the call from the shop came in along with them sending an Uber to bring us down. They reviewed their work and we were on our way at 10:45 am . The service was unbeatable and their commitment to get us safely back on the road as soon as possbile was unbelievable
