Love the employees here!! They re so kind and helpful! As a woman, it s been hard to find a shop that doesn t try to screw me over, but the people here have been the opposite of every other shop in town. They really took care of me and made sure I was aware of everything that needed done and they had such good pricing that didn t hurt my pocket. Kevin and Mike are amazing!!

These guys are great. I've dealt with Kevin, Mike and John on the advisor side. They almost make the car service process enjoyable, as hard as that can be to fathom. Just got my 2015 F150 back yesterday after some work recommended by Kevin- it literally drives and sounds like new again!

They were great! They inspected my car and let me know some issues that weren t major but would be needing to get taken care of in the next few months. They didn t pressure or guilt trip me and were very understanding that moneys tight. Their honesty was greatly appreciated as I know nothing about cars and rely on those who do! Thank you for being so great!!! They were also very quick with getting the work done on my car, it only took about three hours from them starting the inspection to finishing my alignment, oil change, and wheel change along with the test drive and this is with the fact that they had to wait to hear back from me!

Customer service was wonderful. It's hard to get customer service anywhere now days. Awesome job Fix It Forward.They took good care of my vehicle. Was able to get it in and out in the same day.The only thing I could see that I thought could have been less expensive is the diagnostic and analysic scan. It would be worth a discount on that particular item, if the customer gets their vehicle repaired thereI do realize that it costs the shop money to be able to scan customers vehicles. It just be a very nice perk for customers that do get their vehicle repaired at Fix It Forward.I definitely will go back to Fix It Forward.

The team was great to work with. They got my vehicle in and done quickly. I had a quote fast with what was recommended and no high pressure sales. I was able to pick and chose what i wanted done and my final price was still under the quote i received.

They arranged for transportation for me while they were looking at my vehicle. The service was outstanding and the price was extremely competitive! I never, for a moment, felt like I was being taken advantage of or unnecessary matters brought to my attention. Plain and simple - I will NEVER take my vehicle anywhere but Fix It Forward Auto Care!

So thankful for Mike, Jeremy and their team for promptly getting my vehicle in and fixed! The price point was 1/3 of what we were quoted elsewhere. We were unsure how we were going to afford the repairs needed. Our pastor told us about Fix It Forward and we couldn t schedule it fast enough when quoted! They made sure to keep me and my partner updated and informed during the whole process. It was also nice that they had loaner vehicles available while mine was being repaired. I can t say enough good things and I will be going back to them with my vehicle for all my servicing needs.

My wife's vehicle wouldn't start and she had a small electrical fire. Fix-It-Forward had her vehicle repaired and back on the road quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs automobile repairs. A+ service.

Very pleasant experience start to finish. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Fair pricing. They told me about additional repairs needed that they found but were not pushy at all when I said that I wanted to wait a little bit to get it taken care of.I will be going to fix it forward for all of my car repair needs from here on out.

Fix It Forward mounted and balanced 315/35r17 tires for me, not the only place in town that can do that size tire, but after calling 4 places they were the place that could do it, no scratches/ scuffs on the wheels, and no rips in the tire, at a pretty decent price!

First time going there. Had coupon for synthetic oil change. Recommend and explained why other things were needed soon as well but weren't pushy when I declined. Really appreciated the Uber ride to work when I dropped off vehicle! Very helpful! Would definitely recommend and will return again.

Don t trust Kevin for 52ave south Fargo store. He convinced me to take out a loan for a $900 brake job but failed to disclose catastrophic damage in the inspection. He then left me on read for two weeks while on vacation. I had to call him back and he is now saying they are not liable and he will not refund the brake job on a vehicle that is mechanically totaled. Kevin should be in Jail # make it right#dont Rob Peter to pay Paul# turn the cross upside down if your going to serve anti-Christ

Had undercarriage damage from sliding on ice. They quickly took it in to review, fixed it up and accepted the mailer coupon to discount the repairs. They even paid for my Uber home and back. Great car repair team and superior customer service.

Great location for those of us south of Fargo. I have an older pickup that I want to keep running for years to come and I know that their staff does thorough diagnostics and covers all of the regular maintenance items as well. I have not had to return for the same issue. Really like the ability to review estimates online, but a one star deduction because the third party app they use has not always submitted my approvals, but not a big deal to call in and follow up.

Overall good experience. Cons: Went to 13th location and they told me I likely had a bent frame. Decided to try 52nd location and they found it was instead a bent control arm. Labor is quite pricey. Pros: 52nd location got me in next day and had part installed and aligned within 2 biz days. Very nice people and repair was thoroughly explained.

Great service. Took my daughters 2010 CRV in for a noise issue. They replaced the alternator. Discovered that was not the issue. Then needed to replace the ac compressor which did fix the noise. This of course took them extra time and they did stick to the original repair estimate. I am very happy with there integrity and service. Nice to know there is an honest place for service when needed. I will be using them again when needed. A+ Job

Fix it Forward has been our go too for over a year. They do not high buck and tell you things need fixing that don t need a fixing. They are honest, FAITH based, and do a darn good job! They will thoroughly look over your vehicle and tell you how it actually is! This is what I like and why I choose them!

The first time I went here I thought this place was the real deal. All of the pictures they included with their diagnosis was pretty impressive. Recently my brother got some work done there and after seeing what they charged I would never go there again. I'm a service advisor myself(not full service or I would have the work done where I work) so I kinda know how things work and I can't believe they charge people just to diagnose an issue. You'd think that they would at least take that amount off of the final price if you have them do the work but that's not the case. I could have told them exactly what to look at and it wouldn't have taken an hour to determine the issue. As someone who works in the same industry I've heard a lot of bad things about this company but I never bought it until now. I no longer trust them.

We have used Fix It Forward many times for set tabs repairs. They are upfront regarding work and the time it takes to accomplish it. They are professional. You might find less expensive shops but you won t find better. We re very satisfied.

The people at the 52nd Ave location were so helpful and gave a complete and comprehensive explanation and quote for services needed to help fix the issues in my car. Great service and will definitely look to them for any future issues that could arise.

As someone who is truly just a girl, the thought of having to walk into ANY place that deals with cars gives me so much anxiety that I want to cry every time. This place is not like that at all it s truly incredible, they never make me feel like they re upselling me and they are some of the kindest people!! I will drive out of my way to come here every time

Fix It Forward is my go to shop for everything my pickup needs done. Scheduling is easy and the work gets done right and in a timely manner. Don't have a reason to go anywhere else.

I wanted some struts assembled and took the here because they said it would be ready the next day(Thurs). I call two days later(Fri) a they told me they forgot about them. Later that day I was informed that the bushings were missing and would need to be ordered. (This was my bad. I should has seen that) Now comes the holiday weekend so I loose time on that since the older went out on a Fri evening. Monday holiday. Wednesday comes and they inform me the parts all arrived that morning, but all the techs have gone home. Forgot about again it looks like. I finally got my struts the next day. A full week and a day after I dropped them off.I get that there were issues and parts that needed to be ordered. The issue I have is my order being forgotten about twice and not being communicated with. They tell me it's because I didn't have an actual vehicle in the shop. Aren't there work orders? I get trying to fit a small order between other larger issues, but forgotten. Or if they were too busy, tell me and I'll go elsewhere so we don't waste each other's time.I gave it 2, just because everyone was polite and I actually did get my struts assembled. Otherwise I was very dissatisfied.Update: Ever since installing I have been hearing a clunk that I could not locate. Turns out the struts were assembled incorrectly as well. Both struts had a missing lower washer was allowing the upper locknut to bounce in the sleeve.
