Super helpful and friendly staff, looked at my car in a timely manner with no appointment, works with insurance companies.Update: initially everything was going great until I came to pick up my car and nobody had told me it had been hit in their parking lot almost a week prior (stuff happens) but then get it home and find out certain parts didn t get replaced like skid plate and air deflector so had to take to another shop to get that replaced and now it s leaking oil on my garage floor. Living two hours away with my crazy work schedule has made this a hassle to deal with. Still think it s a friendly and decent shop to get repairs at just need to keep customer more informed and what is and is not going to get fixed while there.

We thought the Firestone name would be a responsive and competent organization to do some major work on our vehicle, but we were wrong. We made an online appointment for a Thursday and brought the vehicle in, they took the keys and noted the issues as seen in the images. An advisor called and quoted around $1300, which seemed steep, but was somewhat expected for the brand and ease of using the website to book service. The final service invoice costs us over $1800.We re both in the military, live in West Fargo, and one of us works at Grand Forks Air Base, so having a vehicle is crucial. After not hearing anything by Saturday (3 days later) we called and the advisor informed us that the online scheduling system shows appointments but they re not accurate, and that they haven t got around to fixing anything. We had to call the shop every day for an update, Firestone didn t seem to empathize with people relying on their vehicles for a living and couldn t give us a completion date. Ultimately, it cost my partner 2 days of personal leave and having to inform their commander as to why they couldn t make it to their duty day. The vehicle wasn t done until Tuesday, 5 days not including the original appointment day. That was just the beginning.I was at a training exercise 2.5 hours south the following weekend on May 06, and my partner sent me a picture of white smoke billowing out of the engine cover. They called the shop immediately and were told to bring the vehicle in for inspection. I got home on May 7th and we hadn t heard anything from Firestone, so called that afternoon. The Advisor named Angel informed me that they hadn t touched the vehicle and wouldn t until the manager was back in the office the following morning. I found this unacceptable, but there s nothing a person can do if they need the vehicle ASAP and can t take it anywhere else. The manager never called the following morning, so we called in the afternoon and were informed that the vehicle was ready. It took 3 days to fix an obvious mistake, during that time Firestone continued to prioritize other vehicles that they could charge customers for.Upon receiving the vehicle back, we opened the hood. There was a socket wrench, flashlight, and other tools left in the engine compartment. I m no expert, but that could have hurt us or somebody else, had we hit the highway. As noted in the pictures, the battery cable had been cut, bypassed, electrical taped, and re-arranged far from factory standard. This work was not noted, and the alteration was never relayed verbally. We re now wasting even more time and money scheduling a complete vehicle inspection and having the electrical system from the cabin to the battery fixed to original factory standards.Bottom line, do not take your vehicle to the West Fargo Firestone, even if it seems convenient. Many of the other reviews can verify fake online appointments. I assure you that the poor quality of work and lack of communication could end up costing you more time and money to fix the issue. After the nightmare is over and all invoices from fixing the vehicle are finalized, we plan on filing a complaint with the North Dakota Attorney General to have the shop's quality of work on public record. I encourage all those who had unacceptable or possibly dangerous work done at this location to do the same.Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic

Great service this afternoon !! Adam was more than helpful! I called the store at 3pm asking about an oil change and tire rotation. Adam replied , Yes we can get you in. Nice! There was an additional situation with my tires/sensor that Adam explained to me . When I paid my bill the gal (didn't catch her name) was equally great!! I will be back! Thank You!

My niece s tire blew out on her way home to Hillsboro. She had the car towed to the West Fargo location. When my husband and I arrived to help out with the cost of tires, we were told her vehicle would be taken back immediately and would be done around 5:30 this evening. They said it would definitely be done BEFORE close. Well, her car is not done. They couldn t get the lug nuts off and didn t bother to call her. Needless to say, her car was not done by close and won t be looked at again until NOON TOMORROW! This is absolutely ridiculous and bad business. If the $450 we were quoted covers customer service too, we will be getting ripped off to the max!

A huge thanks to the staff at the Firestone shop in West Fargo we had an unexpected issue pop up with our car while visiting Fargo, they were able to get us in right away, figure out the issue, and do the repair the same day so thankful for their help and great service (and the price was very reasonable). I would definitely recommend them to others that may be looking for a reliable place for a car repair in Fargo.

I had ordered a set of tires online through a 3rd party company, that company recommended the wrong sized tires. However, I ended up getting a way better price and brand of tire. They were so quick to help me get the tires that I needed, I'm sold to come to this location for as long as I live in the FM area. Thank you Firestone team for saving the day!Service: Tires

I used Firestone in another state and they where awesome. The one in West Fargo is just bad. They are always short handed and then they do service which you don't need and they keep your car overnight even though you told them that you need it back the same day. You wait for the call to pick up your car and when you get there the store is closed.

I found myself at the Firestone Complete Auto Care in West Fargo on a Sunday due to an emergency situation with my vehicle en route from Bismark to Minneapolis. I was stressed and flustered but Angel, the Sales and Service Specialist working the front desk, helped me problem solve a solution to my vehicle's issue. In the time that I spent in the lobby I observed Angel demonstrating not only extensive knowledge of numerous car issues but also kindness and compassion for the customers. She was a bright spot in an otherwise dark situation. Thanks to her, I was able to her home safely. If I didn't live several hours away, I would be a Firestone of West Fargo customer for life.

Difficult experience this time as I've had good experiences in the past. Told I needed new shocks and brakes. Decided to order new rotors and pads. When friend took wheels off, said existing brakes were nearly brand new. This was a car we just bought from private party and took for our first oil change. I'm not sure how firestone guy missed by that much by accident. If intentional, shame on them. If not intentional, shame on them as that person needs more training. Either way, I almost ended up paying a lot for something I didn't need. Now I wonder how often this happens there and how often to me. I don't trust them anymore.

terrible experience, had to wait over 2 weeks for my car to get fixed and they never once called me about anything, had to call them for everything and everytime they said my car would be done that day. called 4 days in a row and was told itd be done each day and when it was they didnt even fix everything that i told them too. would not recommend.

Made an appointment and got a phone call saying that they are booked for that time. No big deal they rescheduled me for the following week. Showed up for the appointment for and oil change and waited for an hour and a half and they didn t even bring the vehicle back yet.I asked and was told it would be at least another hour. Visiting Fargo from Alabama. Low tire pressure warning on the morning I was set to drive 1200 miles home. Showed up with no appointment to have tires checked and possibly replaced. Keep it up!!About a decade ago, I realized Firestone had an option for a "Lifetime Alignment"I would recommend purchasing that for every vehicle you own. Not only do you need an alignment everytime you get new tires, but when you change suspension components. I have saved thousands of dollars by using this option.The Firestone store in West Fargo has been wonderful at every turn.I did have an issue with a brand of tire having dry rot cracking appear on the sidewall near the tread and within the tread.The manufacturer helped direct me through the warranty department back to this location. (This is why you always get the warranty)But this store was more than happy to assist me. Time and time again I have had a great experience here and needed to leave a review finally.I cannot thank the West Fargo Firestone location enough for all they have done to keep me and my car in working order.

Got a lifetime plan with them for alignment, they have done a alignment on it the first time few weeks later I call in to set up an apt for alignment tow truck dropped them off my car an firestone says we don t wanna touch it I stopped in an one of the guys was saying we don t do alignments on drift cars or sports cars but they have done it lol an offered me a lifetime deal an I took it, I wouldn t take my bicycle there especially anything else most of the employees are rude besides one of the guys that work up front on the desk! GLAD I GOT MY REFUND!!!

They always try to work me into the schedule for flat repair and I bought a set of tires 2 summers ago that I was certain I had bought road hazard with because at $9/tire you are just never going to go wrong. For some odd reason it wasn't showing that I had bought the package but they hooked me up anyway so I got that flat repaired and insured the rest of my set of tires for life at around the same price as the repair. Thank you guys! I appreciate you!!

Had an unwelcome flat tire from driving on the interstate. I did not have an appointment, yet they were able to fit me in and got me back on the road the very same day in two hours. Adam was super friendly and helpful. Rates were very reasonable and slightly cheaper than market rate

I m not sure how to leave this review. The welcome was fantastic, I am purchasing 4 new tires for my truck, it was like I was at home in TEXAS! Angel answered all my questions and was so kind.I m watching the tech change my tires out and when I asked him about new stems he stated he had changed out 2 front (all 4 new tires had been bolted on the truck at this point) .I paid for 4 new stems. I looked at the front stems and the tech had LIED!!!! No stems were new! I mentioned to Angel and she corrected it which caused double the work. Had the tech done his part I would have given 5 stars. 4 lil stems cost ya buddy! young and dumb!
