Ran over a screw in my tire was on the rim at8 o clock in the morning I live and work in Fergus Falls, Minnesota, which is a 45 minute drive. Fargo tire had me in and out in less than 30 minutes! Clean lobby, fair prices, professional work. Definitely made a rough start to my morning as easy and stress-free as possible Thank you!

Had such a fun and amazing experience getting summer tires for my Tesla. After multiple shops wouldn't help me and sometimes very rude, these guys had no issue helping me. When Jason answered my call, he was so glad to not only help, but to give some great recommendations for tires. He spent time going back and forth with phone calls to make sure I got what I wanted. He was glad to help and did not make it seem like I was at all a bother. Thanks Jason!Because of the experience we got, we signed up with a company account and will be taking all of our work trucks, as well as our personal vehicles here to be serviced. Also, thanks to all of the service techs who were so nice to us!

EXCELLENT service! I was a little ways outside of Fargo when I ran into a tire issue and these guys were on it like white on rice!! The particular technician (Paul) who came to my rescue was so friendly and kind - on top of being highly skilled in this trade! Need some great tire people, look no further!!! Thanks, Fargo Tire!

They were able to get me right in and fixes my tires air leak rather quickly. The only gripe we had we had was they over filled all of our tires by like 4 psi. But the receptionist was friendly and so was the staff

Roger D Anderson (President) and his staff are amazing, honest and ethical people. I was having a screw removed from my tire on Saturday, August 13, 2022 when an employee accidentally ripped the sidewalk of my tire. Roger made things right by ensuring Fargo Tire Service would find me the same tire new at no charge. Roger even ensured a temporary tire (same size) was put on. I left Fargo and made it to the Minnesota border when I realized my tire was still leaking. I get back to the shop at 11:52 AM (they close Saturday s at 12:00 PM). Roger and the staff check d out my vehicle and replaced the snapped valve stem. Roger then talked to the shop in Minneapolis and paid for the replacement tire to be shipped to that shop as well as the mount and balance fees. Thank you Roger for taking care of me, I will definitely be promoting Fargo Tire Service Inc online to and to friends in Fargo or who drive through Fargo. All companies should take lessons from you and Fargo Tire Service Inc for how to take care of customers (especially when things go wrong due to employee error). Have a blessed day as well as a healthy, prosperous and successful conclusion to your 2022!

I couldn t be happier with my experience. They squeezed me in their schedule at 8 AM before I had to leave for the cities. They got the job done in the exact amount of time they estimated for the exact price they quoted. The staff was professional and the lobby was clean. Great job guys, thank you.

I had to travel to Fargo for work and I was very excited after visiting Fargo Tire because my tires needed to be replaced. The person who helped me was great to chat with and kept me posted throughout the day with all of the issues they found. It turned out that a mechanical issue was causing the tires to be worn down at an insane rate. 5 months later, my tires are completely worn after purchasing a brand new set. My husband called to see if there was anything Fargo Tire could do. He was taken care of by someone who was not very helpful, insulted him saying it was our fault for not servicing the car EVERY 30 days. Forking over cash for repairs isn't very inexpensive - rightfully so with the skills that service technicians have and the rising prices of everything, but having to do it 5 months later and being blamed for it with no possibility of a common ground is 100% disheartening.

Life savers! 150 miles away from home in blizzard conditions and pick up a nail in my tire, Tires Plus tells me no, Fargo Tire gets me in at 11:45 on a Saturday and saves my weekend! Over and above!

I was traveling from Manitoba to Fargo for some shopping blew a tire on the highway from the AAA service to the service I received at Fargo Tire made my unfortunate tire mishap turn into a great day Thank You again to Jason and your guys for the incredible service I would recommend Fargo Tire 100% they are all amazing

Due to leave for Wisconsin in the morning, what does fate deal me? A screw right through the middle of my tire!!! Losing air quickly too.... Calling Fargo Tire Service and asking for a quick patch job was the right thing to do! Terry took care of me and before I could even take keys out of my pocket he says let's put it up! We'll have you done in no time! Immediately took my call, no hold, fast, friendly, and quality service. For the best this city can offer, do the right thing and choose Fargo Tire Service!!!!

So my wife's car needed 2 tires put on her vehicle so she bought 2 new tires and 2 new rims and she paid 60 dollars for the new tires to be mounted and balanced it work nicely and 2weeks later she decided to by 2 more tires and rims and the price was the same 64 and some change well a fast forward a month and I get tires and was looking to have the same thing done to my vehicle so I go in and the guy didn't even let me finish asking about the tires all he said was to me was and I quoteFOR YOU IT WILL BE $300 DOLLARSAnd decided to find somewhere less expensive I let my wife know and she called in again and yet again they tell her 30 dollars a tire she calls me up and says to go there and they match the price from the last to times I get there and it seems like it's all good when this guy I talked to comes flying up and go's no I told u it's 300 so I ask y and he doesn't say anything the guy that was helping me starts trying to say that it was a mistake last time and we got a deal then I informed him it wasn't just once it was twice for that price they both had had nothing to say except the one keeps being rude saying I don't care it's 300 I've talked to several people I know went there and they say that they paid the same as my wife 30 dollars a tire so the only difference that anyone can see is that well I'm Hispanic and everyone I talked to and including my wife is white and I don't normally go to the race thing cuz I grew up in Ardoch and Minto north dakota where I really didn't deal with anything like that if ur a good man work hard and take care of ur family and responsibilities that's what ur seen as but one of my friends called again and got the same quote 30 dollars a tire and proceeds to apologize to me and say I think it's because ur Hispanic and he's just a racist person and to tell u the truth I'm not mad at him I really just feel sorry for him and the fact that he is so small minded makes me just want to pray for him and hope the lord help him

John provided me with great service, and a great tire recommendation. I ended up going with a Goodyear Assurance, which is on the higher end of tires, BUT in under 5 minutes I applied for the Goodyear credit card, and was given 0% financing for 6-months, and additional $100 rebate, on top of the $100 provided by Goodyear. I ll end up paying $200 less than I went in expecting to pay. They also provide free lifetime tire rotation.Their 4+ star rating on Google is well earned, and I ll be recommending them to all my friends.

Passing through town and needed new tires for my 3/4 ton pickup. This place put on PMetric tires, which cannot safely support the weight of the vehicle. I had to have my brand new tires replaced at great expense. Two tire shops confirmed this info. Additionally, 2 lug-nuts were missing and one bolt was cross-threaded. This place is garbage.

Caught a bolt in my tire driving around town, had a friend recommend I bring it down to Fargo Tire and have them look at it. Took it in, told them the problem, they patched it up and I was on my way again in about 20 minutes. Super quick, super reasonable rates, definitely happy with the service!

I ran over what looked to be a fiberglass rod and sadly it was sticking out of my side wall. I went to a different company first, mainly due to location, and was told I would need to replace the whole set of one year old tires because my vehicle is all-wheel drive. I went to Fargo Tire and the gentleman at the counter came outside, examined my tire, pulled out the item and tested my tire. It was not punctured. He didn t even charge me for his time. Saved me over $500. I won t be going anywhere else from now on. Thank you for the great service!!

Needed one tire replaced. In and out under 30 minutes. Tysm I-29 towing couldn't fit me in today, They recommended you. Good price . new tire, balanced 20" rim. Under $150

Had an appointment to get new tires put on my pickup on a Saturday, all instructions were left by the salesman and I dropped it off Friday evening. I called in around 11am on Saturday and asked if my pickup was ready and was told door was locked could get to it. I asked him to read the notes and all instructions were on the work order to get it done, and then I was told, not going to get it don, and acted like it was my fault. I've purchased tires and had oil changes there for several vehicles, multiple times a year, over the last few year, and nothing could be done. I know I'm small time but at least I could have received an apology and mybe offered to reschedule?? I took my time to drop off my pickup and then I had to go pick it up again, without the tires I needed.Update: Terry called me the next Monday morning, apologized arranged to come and get my vehicle so i would have to make another trip to the store, change the tires, filled out my rebate and sent it in. I appreciate that they made things right.

This morning I came in with a leaking valve stem on one of my tires. Jason at Fargo Tire kindly took my tire off and fixed the issue at no cost. Fast and trustworthy customer service!

1st time I went to the store was a few months ago and was a great experience as they went and got the needed new tire and away I went, happy.Today, had a nail in tire and passed a few tire shops due to excellent service prior.1st counter person, very helpful, guys in shop friendly.2nd counter guy, rude attitude, short with answers to questions, "I don't know, I just got told to come up and do this" asked about lug nut covers as one missing, short answer but no solution if could buy there etc.I asked him if he worked the counter all the time. His response was yes and I had to say to him that his attitude wasn't very friendly. He said "I must be tired". The other employee just shrugged his shoulders.I get it, we all can't be on our game every day, but I'm only customer in store, not stressful busy.Just struck a bad chord with me, especially since I was trying to be a repeat customer and didn't seem to phase the employee that his customer service sucked.

Had to get my two rear tires replaced, managed to get my car in at 7:30 am and I was out at 8 am. Good service and good price. Would recommend.

I had a great experience here. I know very little about vehicles, so I am always on edge when going to an automotive shop, but Fargo Tire was very honest from the start. Instead of telling me I needed 4 new tires for my AWD CR-V, they instead said since the other tires were so new that they d hate to put a full new set on it, and they found the exact same tire for me and had it shipped to the store. They also showed me the damage to my tire instead of just telling me about it. I really appreciate that, and it made me feel a lot more comfortable doing business with them.

After being turned away at Walmart for swollen lug nuts (which I understand is a very real problem), I went to Fargo Tire and was immediately helped - new tires and lug nuts - and was in and out in 45 minutes. I could not be more pleased with the service!

I will miss this tire shop! Every time I needed tires they had them always changed them in a timely manner, also very nice people and I'm getting ready to head to back to Michigan so I pulled up to get some and he saved me two tires! he already new I'd be back in!

These people are just a rip off. Can you imagine they fix the tire that has no issue lying to me the rim is bad and charge me lot of money for it. Got in my car found out my tire wasn t fix and they dumbfounded. I had to seat down for another hour to fix this. Ridiculous!
