I bought a vehicle there and they had not done the inspection yet. The technician told my husband what was wrong then they went and lied about What they did for repairs. We brought it home and noticed that none of the repairs were done as to what they said they did. They did not even replace the wiper blades that needed to be done. So we don t even know if oil was changed or anything. They lied.

I went here because I needed to have the front bumper clip put back on. It s not completely off it s just coming off and causing the sensors there to act up. It was a simple request but yet they weren t able to do it. Instead they made me late to work because the courtesy van took 1000 years to get me to work. The old man driving said van had zero sense of direction and either did the other passengers which is why I was so late. Then instead of fixing the problem they brought it to the collision center where all I got was a quote and a ridiculous one at that. When I was picked up at work I was brought back to the dealership not the collision center so I had to walk there. Again only to find I got a quote not a fixed car. In hindsight I m glad they didn t fix my car because it would have cost me $1500 just to reattach a few clips. Do not let anyone here touch your vehicle! They will not do anything and they will just try to get your money for things you don t need or charge an astronomical amount for something super simple. Go to the little car shops or learn to do it yourself. Don t go here it s a waste of your time and money. Also the one star is only because they won t let you put zero.

Setting up appointment, dealership amenities (shuttle service), and communication were very good! But 3/5 stars because they quoted me $700 for a repair with no other solutions besides buying new parts that would take 1-2 days. Went to a small mechanic that quoted me $250 and was able to fix my problem in the same day.Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

I scheduled my appointment easily online and was able to have it serviced the next day. The staff greeted me upon arrival and they were very kind and attentive. I drove many miles and needed maintenance as my tires were low on air. They explained the inspection and fixed my leaky tires plus refilled wiper fluid that is freeze resistant. I thought they were expert, kind, and helpful. It only took 30mins so it was fast as well.Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Auto maintenance

I can't speak to the service department as a whole, however the warranty side of the department was GREAT. Sara was great, she handled all the issues fantastically. Even thought the paint shop messed up my vehicle the issue was handedled correctly by the Toyota side. Extended my loaner vehicle and had the issue fixed in a week. The communication between Sara and myself was also great and I had a great understanding of what was going on the whole time.Thank you!

Bought my vehicle threw these people. Come to find out why my vehicle was running so rough and load after I asked them if it s suppose to sound like that and drive like that they swore up and down it s suppose to. 6 months down the road I found out my manifold was cracked got it fixed cause they said my warranty wouldn t cover it threw them. Everytime I took my car there for an oil change they always said something is wrong with it so I d take it to another shop and what they told me was wrong with it wasn t even wrong with it. Then all of a sudden my computer needs to be replaced and warranty say they don t cover that either. I ve had nothing but problems with them and them throwing me threw hoops since day one. I had a paper stating they would fix my side detector for free since it was dead when I bought the car then all of a sudden they no longer have the paperwork so they ain t going to fix it and the salesman no longer works there according to them.. I d save yours time and money and not do any business with them. I ve only have my car since July 2019 and I ve already had to put $5,000 into it and I treat that car with respect and always keep everything up to date till I started taking it to them then all these problems I ve been getting and had to pay for out of pocket cause warranty doesn t cover it when it s major issues that s in my warranty plan.

Bought the car in September. Made funny noise when starting. Dealership would not take car of issue 2 days after I bought it. Said had to use extended warranty. So waiting a bit. To get deductible together. Finally did they check it out tell me $5000 repair. Warranty company that corwin sold me on in order to get car won t cover cost of repair. Basically it s worthless. Have a hard time believing corwin didn t know the problems were there since the did service in the car for years. Never buy from them again.

Had problem with tundra pickup. Took to Corwins after looking it up on the internet found that the problem I was having was a know tundra fault. Toyota even extended warranty for this issue. Told service my issue and that I noticed there was a extended warranty for this problem. They told me my truck wasn't covered because it had the smaller engine and the problem was a sensor that would cost $689 to fix so I did. Got truck back and a couple days later sameproblem. Now they tell me it is the warrant item and it is covered. Hmm how could three days earlier it's not the problem and not covered and now it is. Poor troubleshooting cost me a lot of money.

they didn't take the time to listen to my concerns and told Me my car was fine when clearly it wasn't. they told me they took it on a test drive and did not only thing they did was hooked it up to a computer.

Schedule preventative maintenance. Was not done properly and had to come back multiple times to address poor workmanship. After I was promised they wound replace missing hardware from the service and that promise was not fulfilled, I ordered and installed the hardware myself. Corwin did reimburse me for the hardware. Sadly, I own three Toyota s with one still under warranty. Will travel to MSP for service if needed.

Worst service facility in town. We took our rav4 here a month or two ago for service. First off they didn't torque down the lug nuts properly and we had wheel vibration till I retorqued them. Then as I got home I had a trail of oil behind me. I called them and theyy said to come back and supposedly fixed the issue... Well today I discover the oil filter housing was way overtorqued and a hole was filled. Never will I recommend this place.

Was recently in for an oil change and I was great by a young women service advisor her name is Jami peterson. She was very nice and honest when talking to me about my vehicle. I had a wonderful experience and plan on doing my services at corwin toyota for many years to come.

Don't let them touch your tires. You'll be on the side of the road tighting your lug nuts and buying new ones for those that fell off.
