I really wanted buying my next car to be a great experience, but to say I was gravely disappointed and dismayed by the lack of integrity and professionalism would be a vast understatement. In short, I had surgery the week before the purchase of the vehicle I was interested in, so I asked if a delivery was optional for the vehicle that I wanted since I was medically bed-bound. I was informed by Nick, Andrew, and Dan that delivery was a service that Corwin Honda, indeed, offered.Great!Right?Wrong.After exchanging all of the purchasing documents (I had pre-approval) via overnight mail, I was told that everything was fine and that I was "good to go". However, no one reached out to me regarding the delivery, the company delivering the car, or the driver. As a matter of fact, I had to contact both Nick and Andrew several times over the course of several days to figure out when the car would be delivered. No one could inform me.After about a week, I got a text from Andrew stating that Nick would know the delivery information and to contact him. I left a voicemail on Nick's phone asking him for this information. No response.A day later, Nick texted me and informed me that the delivery of the 2011 Audi A6 would be delivered sometime between the 9th and the 12th of January, but he could not give me any time frames. I wasn't too disappointed since I felt that perhaps I was working with people with integrity and high sense of professionalism. But I was wrong. Not only was the car NOT delivered to my living address, it was abandoned at a truck stop a mile away from my house by a driver that I NEVER met or had paperwork to confirm that it was actually delivered safely and without damage. The driver claims that his own delivery truck broke down and that he had been trying to contact Corwin Honda since 7AM on MONDAY (the 8th of January), which was outside of the timeframe that I was expecting the car to arrive. There also was no company name of the person delivering the car.Andrew (or Nick) called abruptly, asking if I could go pick up my OWN car that I specifically paid $500 to have delivered to my place of residence because of my unique situation. They explained the driver's situation but stated that the trucker was waiting for me. It was an extreme inconvenience because I had to ask people to do favors they weren't expecting to (but could have been had I had a head's up a day or two before delivery date). We eventually arrive, only to discover that the car had been left unattended for hours. But it gets better...When the car cut on, a barrage of mechanical failure codes bombared me and my mother, and after cranking up the following day of its arrival to my city (Minot), it fails to even crank up.If you're expecting to find a dealership that wants both parties to leave feeling great, this one isn't it. Avoid at all cost and go somewhere where they have integrity and want to both the business and the cusomer to profit! You will surely regret shopping here, because I know I did.

My family and I had an outstanding experience with Corwin Honda of Fargo ND. Having worked with Mike In sales, Dan In financing and Tommy in management, we had a well rounded team in communication during our trade/ purchase. Corwin Hondas team is patient and responsive. There is a genuine sense of honesty and effort in their business.Purchasing a vehicle is a business transaction and in many cases can shy persons away due to stress, anxiety, or whichever discomfort may present itself to each individual. With Mike, our trade/ purchase was pleasant and exciting. Mike is very well prepared to be patient and courteous to a persons needs and or wants and especially their work/ life balance. He is real-world reasonable and knows his product well. He was even kind enough to deliver our van to us 4hours away, give us a personal walk-through tour of our new van and take our trade-in with him. An extended gesture not to be overlooked. By far the most pleasant and professional salesman I have worked with.Again, this is a business transaction, it s not about playing games or getting one over or even beating up the purchase or trade price. Mike and the Corwin Honda team made it clear to me that keeping it neutral gives everyone the opportunity to come to a final decision where everyone can go home happy.Dan in financing made the final steps in our process painless and even took the time to politely explain monies, where they are going and why, in reassurance. Dan is very well organized and an experienced representative of his trade.Tommy kept in touch with my family and I throughout the entire process. Respectfully flowing up quickly to many of my repeated concerns and or afterthoughts. Tommy ensured that every precaution was carefully considered before any final decisions were made. What more could a person ask for when putting their families comfort, safety and monies in the most appropriate place? This review, like any other, is just a grain of sand in an Olympic sized pool of feedback. Reflecting on the situation entirely and having read other reviews of Corwin Honda, I have this to say: Everyone s situation is different, what works for you, might not work for the person next to you, and it varies regardless in that formula. If someone has something to complain about, they usually will, myself included.Having said that, I have this to say for my own personal experience with Corwin Honda.Quality isn t cheap. Did I get the best price for my trade and for our new 2024 Honda Odyssey? I don t know, but I am comfortable in saying that I got the best price for what I had to work with. They were more than fair with my trade-in and generously got me into a brand new 2024 Honda Odyssey. Could we have waited and possibly looked at other options? Yes, and we did. Months of research and games with other dealerships.Corwin Honda has integrity. Plain and simple. The three men that I worked with far exceeded my expectations, and that is why they earned my business. At the end of the transaction you re not just purchasing a vehicle, you re also paying and or buying the experience. You re paying for their past and present education, experience, quality of professionalism and entrusting that team to build you the very best personalized package that they can with the tools and formulas available to you and your situation. My family and I are beyond happy and satisfied with our purchase of both our vehicle and our experience with Corwin Honda.Thank you all so very much and God bless.

Great overall experience with Corwin Honda of Fargo. Patricia was great to work with. I found a 2023 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid on CARFAX. The CRV was located in Fargo, ND. I did my research and decided on this CRV which meant I would have to travel from Omaha, NE to pick up the car so I would be taking a chance that all would work out good and it did. The dealership was very professional and courteous. Patricia was waiting for us with all the paperwork needed. The CRV was detailed and ready for us to drive home. Couldn t have gone better! Thanks!

I worked with Ando over a 3 day span he was awesome. He really took the time to make sure I was getting something that fit my needs and what I was looking for. He was patient, super kind and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond what I expected from previous experience with other car salesmen/dealers I worked with. I felt as if he wasn t just trying to sell me a car or make money but that he actually cared about making sure everything was going to workout for me and I was going to be happy. I would recommend anyone looking for a car new or used to go through him as he will do everything within his power to take care of you and is a very genuine guy!

Worst experience I have ever had! I love my new Ridgeline truck but, I wish it wasn t a HONDA because the Corwin Honda Service Department has been awful! They have had so many chances to get it right. After 7 or 8 attempts to fix some simple warranty work... I m at my breaking point writing this review. My truck has been damaged several times. All of which could have been easily avoided. My last appointment they replaced the entire door panel that they had damaged from before and tried to fix the blower motor. I was optimistic because I even wrote a nice letter for the tech with a $20 tip in hopes nothing bad would happen this time... I no longer have defrost and my driver side vent is unresponsive only blows hot air. Also cold air is blowing on my feet when the heat is on. Apparently they did an tire alignment too. My steering wheel is tilted to the right 30 degrees when driving straight now. I had dropped the truck off the night before so they had all day to resolve this of coarse they don t tell you anything bad happened and leave you to find out for yourself. I wish I could tell you guys the whole story but, there s not enough room to type it all. I don t like writing bad reviews, but they earned this. I hope I can take this review down, but I don t now what they can do to fix this experience and make things right at this point it s sad! I don t recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Corwin Honda. If you have a new Honda and have to get it serviced there I m sorry for you!

Trisha was a pleasure to work with. She kept us informed through every step of the buying process. The one month follow up call from the date of purchase was a pleasant surprise, most dealerships do not do this.

If I could zero stars I would. I bought a Ford Escape 2017 in August. I was told it was in good shape and shouldn't have any issues. 6 weeks later my check engine light came on, so I brought it in to an auto shop. They informed me I needed a new engine for 9k. I was livid. That was almost as much as I paid for the car to begin with. I went back to the dealership and they told me there was nothing they could do. Then the car stopped working completely. Finally got the car into a shop in December and paid 5k for them to put a used engine in it. Found out it had several other issues as well. It was my first experience buying a car, and now I know never to go back there. If you go, don't take their word for it, get a full diagnosis on the vehicle.

New to the area. Needed new wheels. Thought Corwin was the place to go. NOPE! Was sold Jeep Compass that turns out to be a giant money pit and won't last me until its first oil change. In less then 1000 miles the control arm broke making the vechile unsafe. The attitude I got from the sales manager when I came back the FIRST TIME was "you signed the dotted line, you snooze you lose!" They at least paid for some of the repairs needed. The second time I came in TWO DAYS LATER THE TIRE WAS ON FIRE!!! They "fixed" what caused that. Turns out they didn't and I have to go somewhere else to get it fixed. They hardly return calls, had to take time off work and physically walk in to talk to anyone. Had a mechanic look over the vechile somewhere else. His words were "TAKE IT BACK IT SOULD HAVE NEVER HIT THEIR SALES LOT!" The jeep is now unsafe to be on the road yet again! No return calls. I signed the dotted line so out $15,000! Thanks CORWIN! PLEASE START GIVING YOUR CUSTOMERS SOME COMPLMANTRY LIPSTICK. THAT WAY WE LOOK PRETTY WHEN YOU SCREW US!!!! NEVER DOING BUSINESS HERE AGAIN OR ANYWHERE WITH THE CORWIN NAME!***update! Turns out the wire for the radio wasn't mounted properly and melted. That's ok I don't like music anyway. But if the A/C worked that would be nice. That doesn't work either and I wasn't told about ANY of these issues before buying it. Best financial desicion of my life was doing business here!

Was a great experience working with Jed. A part suddenly became non functional after delivery of my vehicle and corwin collaborated with valley imports to get the part replaced and install. That was very good.

After driving a 2010 Honda Accord since 2012, I finally traded it for a 2021 Honda CRV. Making the trade was a pleasant experience. I also think the Service Department does a good job.

Repeatedly lied to by salesmen. He was conveniently let go. I made a complaint with Honda Corporation. After trying to address some of the lies, I was able to receive one issue resolved.

This has been my first time purchasing a vehicle. I had a good experience at first I did my research and found a used car at Corwin. They over priced this car after I ran checks on its worth I tried to negotiate. They only took 500 off after I pointed out some things with it. They wanted the most they could get being money hungry. I made the mistake of getting it. They said they checked and inspected everything. When I got home the car had no coolant a month later the brakes needed replacing. They only do an oil change. Do not go here do your research and find something better. Somewhere where they inspect and make changes to sell a good car. Not just try to make a quick sale and rip people off.

Take your business elsewhere.I bought a vehicle with only 45,000 miles on it hoping to have something dependable during winter & as a single woman.Every couple of months it seems like I m having a new issue & the con men working there seem to believe I have an endless supply of money. After signing papers a little over a year ago, I immediately had issues with the car. They said it was just some sensors but every couple months it s something new.Over summer after getting my breaks done, my A/C conveniently quit working not long after. So I didn t have A/C all summer. Couldn t afford to pay 600$ for A/C at the time. Which I had just pocketed out 800$ for breaks.(Believing my car wouldn t need immediate maintenance all of the time & so soon after buying it )I took it in several weeks ago because I could smell something different & it was a seal that needed to be replaced (which I had just gotten my oil change so it was probably only some oil spillage)along with other things with a grand total of over 1,000$ (couldn t afford 1,000 out of pocket along with a car payment & mortgage)& now all of a sudden my catalytic converter is having issues (5,000$ fix / conveniently not covered by the warranty) & because there s an ignition light on I can t use my auto start to warm up my car during the winter. In addition the constant service & driving an hour to Fargo, the last time I left Corwin & was headed home, my hood started to wobble when I was driving 70mph on the highway. Someone didn t latch my hood all the way closed. I already have severe anxiety driving due to losing my mother in a vehicular incident can you imagine my thought as I had to immediately pull over thinking my hood was about to fly open while on the highway!?!?Please take your business somewhere else. I wish I had done more research but I heard good things about Hondas & I thought the low mileage would be beneficial. I was wrong.Google REPAIR PAL for any future services there s another place in Fargo that s highly recommended & rated & less expensive than what Corwin Honda charges for maintenance. Matt's Automotive Service Center Is highly rated for repair needs.

Update PULSE WARNING. After buying our vehicle we found on the bill of sale a $400 charge for PULSE. This is apparently a safety device add on the flashes your brake lights. None of the staff offered this as an option or told us about it. We asked up from t if there were any additional fees or charges and had in writing that there weren't. In the end the salesman had to pay us back out of his own pocket for this.Original review: Very competitive on price on the vehicle purchase. Staff was professional and friendly. They push a bunch of extra stuff like service plans, accessories ect. My main complaint is the time to do the sale took way too long. We drove from out of town and asked them to have everything ready to go and it took 2 hours. It should have taken 30 mins max.

Bought a 2022 4Runner. They tried to hide damage. The bumper and fender popped out during test drive. Turns out that their first fix was superficial. Under duress they fixed it. When we picked up the car they gave us a fob that didn't work and told us it wasnt their fault and they had no obligation to provide two fobs. They took 60 days to send the title because they didn't have it at the time we bought the car (which we only found out after hounding them), when it did arrive they had put the wrong name on the title even though we specified how we wanted it, and the finance guy told us to take it up with the sales person or go fix it with the DNV (pay to register it and then pay to correct it :O ). They lied about the fact that the vehicle would operate using the Toyota app for remote start... Toyota corporate told us NO. The vehicle was a fleet car and couldnt be registered with Toyota. If you want to buy from this dealership, DO YOUR HOMEWORK, check everything and don't leave anything to trust. They wont do anything once you are out the door.

Went back in August to buy a Subaru Croostrek that they held the keys for me and when I drove over an hour to get there they tell me they just sold it even though before I left I called and they told me everything was good to go. So I instead bought a 2018 Mazda CX-9 which I was told passed their inspection test just to find out it had a coolant leak from a cracked head which may cost over 6k to fix and brakes that were about to fail. This dealership is terrible and unprofessional. I honestly don't know how they haven't been sued yet.

Good service. We tried to negotiate the price a little, but they didn't reduce the price, not even $200. In general it's a good place to buy a car, nothing special though.

We fell in love with a Jeep at the top of our budget, but Andrew did everything possible to make it work for us and we were able to get the deal done. Great experience all around, would definitely buy from again.

Absolutely all around recommend Corbin Honda and their team. They went above and beyond for me to get a vehicle within my budget. They explained everything perfectly and I never felt like I was being tricked or played. Highly recommend Corwin Honda and Ando specifically!!

Corwin has now done wonders for me TWICE! Lisa Bruns, my sales lady pictured below, was spectacularly helpful and delightful to deal with. She is the Internet Liaison from Corwin Jeep, but after our initial contact, saw me through my purchase of my new Subaru at Corwin Honda. The finance department worked with me, was fair in dealing with me on numbers for my vehicle and for my trade, and fixed all the relatively minor issues I had, including a chipped windshield. I recommend Lisa, Eric Taylor my Sales Manager, Brad my Finance Manager, and the Corwin staff to ANYONE looking for a great experience getting a new vehicle!

I would recommend all of you to avoid buying car from this dealership. Let me share my experience with you all. I selected a car at Corwin and was going through loan process which is handled by there financial team. I got 5-6 hits on my credit and when I was approved Corwin told me that my car is sold to someone else. They provided me with an excuse that there was communication problem within Sales people and they are really sorry. I decided that I have to buy a car now because I had already ran my credit alot of times so, I settled for something else. After I took my car home it broke down due to some engine failure. Always be alert that they say car is pre checked but it isn t. So I told them and I had to wait 15 days for my car to get repaired during which they keep on lying to me that my car will be ready next day. After all that my car broke down again after one month and when I took my car to my mechanic he told me that spark plugs and ignition coils have never been changed and they are worn off completely. He also warned me that my car would have caught fire because of this. That s the level of checking performed at corwin honda in fargo. They should have noticed these things before selling me this car but they didn t. On top of that my mechanic told me that water pump is leaking from a long time. Within first two months of buying that car I payed around 3000$ and I had to visit there dealership around 15-20 times. Its been four months till now and I haven t received my license plates which they said they will be handling. I visit them weekly and try to call them too but every time they have a new excuse. I don t know when I will be getting my plates. So this is my experience.

Bad service experience, did a 4 wheel alignment, car feels the same like no alignment was ever done. Did a torque converter flush as advised, a few months later it started slipping.

Kalib was fantastic to work with! Very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or considerations we had, and quick to respond to anything we threw at him. Also very easy to work with, went above and beyond for us, and just wanted to help us make the best choice and get the best deal. He made our experience really easy, straight forward, and enjoyable.

Last year the service center dropped our car and broke the front end. They replaced it and gave us a loaner but it took 5 months. Now this year we go to put on winter tires, they forget to give us back our old tires, and make us wait forever for their mistake. I will be making a better business bureau complaint and I would avoid this place, and corwin in particular. Not my first let down by these guys. All corwins are trash and their service is horrible.

The honda store is extremely nice inside and very well laid out. Expanded sales lot with more cars than ever which is great being they have way more colors and options to look at of each model now. The only downfall I found was a place to park. That being said it was really busy with customers looking to buy and it was Saturday so that all played into the parking issue. That was my only (mild) complaint. The staff were friendly and professional. Riley was the salesman I worked with and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle we were going to purchase. He took the time to let me take it home make sure it fit well in our garage and so my wife could drive it being she was home with my little ones so she couldn't make it in. He gave us ample time to make sure it was the model we wanted. During the buying process the new car sales manager, Jessie, came over to assist Riley in making sure the price was where we needed it to be. I felt no pressure at all from either one to push me into a payment I wasn't comfortable with. They both made the buying process enjoyable and comfortable. When buying a car it can be very stressful, but I didn't feel that here. If you are looking for a new or used Honda, this is the place to go. Look for Riley-he will treat you well! Thanks again, Jessie. You made it a stand out experience for a process most people dread. The delivery sales manager, Jeremiah, came out to show me how to operate all the new features the new pilot has and made sure I knew how everything worked. He was very thorough in answering all questions. Overall, a very good experience.
