Truck was left filthy with white hand prints, overspray and tape. Check engine light was on at pick up, even though I was told twice that every vehicle is scanned in and before check out. Had a mix of new and old codes. Which invalidates that claim. Windshield washer reservoir was replaced, but left empty. I filled it myself, but the light stayed on. Found the plug tucked over other wires and hanging. Everyone seems stressed out and rushed, which seems to impact all areas of customer service. As a repeat customer of other Corwin products, it's extremely disappointing.

Great customer service! Looked at my "baby" (2003 F250) and offered some great ideas to make it look new again! They were great at listening to what I wanted, came up with great ideas and very reasonable pricing. Great communication through the whole process and did all the work in a timely manner. When someone broke into our car in the middle of a snow storm they couldn't get the glass in, but they made sure our window was taped up and the lady even took out all the snow that piled in the car regardless of glass. Very nice and professional

Great place. Pretty fast work. The only downside is you might have to wait for many hours or even a day for them to return your call. Those guys and girls are busy

They really took care of my car. I had not expected it to take 4 days but I understand the work and detail they put into fixing it and am very happy with my results! Thanks again!

Very poor quality of paint finish on several panels that were painted by Corwin Collision. From orange peel, fish eyes, poor gap consistency on fenders to door and hood, several panels with missing hardware. I brought my concerns to the manager, he stated this is as good as its going to get.My vehicle is not in as good or better condition than before the repairs. Save yourself a headache and take your business elsewhere if you value quality workmanship.

I had a very good experience at the Collision Center. I had warranty paint work done on the front hood of a 2017 Ram truck. Jamie at the center took care of everything. Work completed was done when she said it would be, rides provided to and from home and quality of work was 5 stars. Would recommend to my friends and colleagues.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I was in an accident in January 2022 and got my car back in May. Now at the end of December the left side of my car (the tire) wouldn t turn as I was pulling out of a parking spot. I had to get it towed, only to find out that the issue was never fixed and that they never fixed it in the first place after the accident. The manager I spoke with was completely dismissive and wouldn t listen. The whole tire rod is cracked underneath and he said there is no way you ve been driving this vehicle. You are extremely lucky me and my family (small kids) did not get hurt- especially with me being pregnant. Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Now I have to reopen my claim and explain that this collision center missed so much. Thanks for keeping my car for 4 months, only for me to have more issues.
