Pickup was repaired quickly with the service writer on top of everything keeping me informed as needed. Courtesy driver was very nice and drove safely. Only issue I had was a younger male in the service bay ran his finger down the side of my vehicle. I didn t buy a new vehicle to have people, especially the dealership, run their finger down the side and possibly damage the paint/clear coat finish.

Shady guys working here including the GM. Watch out for these guys. Nothing is upfront. . Especially when you ask about rust or pictures if you re not in person. I did for two days and they beat around the bush and wouldn t send me pictures of specific spots I asked for. Finally when we had a deal, AND THEY DID HARD CREDIT PULLS!!! but I wanted lower driver door pictures he gave in and sent me pictures with rust in them. The door was full of bondo so it was all uneven and rust bleeding through. He wiped it off and text me, how s that work ? Didn t fix the rust or bad body work!GM told me their dealership never sells 8 year old trucks with out rust. Of any brand. And all he had to say about the salesman was no big deal things get missed.Not when you ask for specific places to be looked and filmed and they won t do it. That s just crazy shady. What other body damage and rust do they hide and do quick patches on with paint to get it off the lot if you can t even get a picture you ask for or honesty.I didn t even try to negotiate price on trade or the one I was buying. I just wanted honesty.

I had to have my van in by 11 on Tuesday and, at that time, there were no drivers available & they were never told that I was waiting for a ride. So I sat there until 430 when the service manager came out & said they couldn't do what I was in there for (fix the latch on the van, replace a tire sensor, & an oil change). So I sat there for 5.5 hrs for nothing. I was asked to bring it back, which I said I could on Thursday, but I couldn't until 1. I did get a ride that day. At 430 I called the driver & we got back around 445. I received a brief test that my van was done, I responded that I was there, & I waited for the service Mgr to come out so I could pay & leave. Nothing happened so I figured he was busy or the van was still in the shop. At 630 the lights went out in the service area so I had to go back in the shop & find someone who could help me,The communication was not good & the service manager should have come out to get me. Earlier that day I sent a text for an update but did not receive an answer.

I just wanted to say the amount of people that told me not to go here, I had absolutely zero issues. I was greeted immediately when I walked in and even was provided snacks. I went here knowing the exact vehicle I was wanting and Adam Torbert helped me get it and with the monthly payments I was hoping for! All I have to say is make sure you come in and ask questions. I came in with many because I had no idea what I was looking for in getting a used vehicle. Adam was very willing to answer every question I had. I did also call my dad a few times just to make sure i asked all the right questions and Adam did not mind at all. Also the financial guy I went through was very friendly as well. Don t go in with unrealistic expectations and make sure to ask a lot of questions before purchasing just to be sure. I would 100% get another vehicle from here.

Had a roadside emergency and was towed there. They took our vehicle right away, gave us a loaner and were extremely nice and accommodating. I know where I'm buying my next car, a 3 hour drive from where we live but worth it!

I had the greatest experience at Corwin Chrysler this week! After past experiences, I have a hard time trusting dealerships when purchasing a car. After old reliable became not so reliable early on Monday morning, I had to find something good and fast! Troy was the absolute greatest salesman to work with. Very personable and listened to everything I had to say about what I sought after in a vehicle. Troy and Conrad both went to bat on finding me a perfect vehicle that would fit my budget and expectations. I've been dealing with corwin for a while and even tough my credit isn't quite where I want it to be they still work with you. They finally have gotten there process down and things move a lot faster than before. Though once paperwork is done they seem to drag there feet a little bit before getting you out the door. I will continue to give them my business but I do think they could do a little more to show appreciation to there customers by offering free items besides a tank full of fuel and a car wash. Very unhappy with them. They told us that the work would be covered under warranty and we still ended up having to pay. We also have free oil changes with tire rotation and they did not rotate our tires. We know this because the one tire sensor was off and when we went to change it after the oil change it was still in the same spot. We have only had bad experiences with them from the start.

Don't bring your vehicle here. Unless you want to get overcharged and given the run around. Had to have a high pressure line put in for my power steering pump well same day the line failed. 800$ right down the drain brought the vehicle back and nown no one wants to answer the phone. I've had my vehicle 2 days in over a week and I've been given zero updates, and no one will even take my calls. Place is a scam. Save your money go somewhere else.

Staff are nice enough, but be sure to thoroughly check that their listing matches the actual features of the vehicle for sale. There were several features on the listing that did not match that of the vehicle being sold. When I surfaced the mismatch, there was no acknowledgement it was incorrect.

Beware of Corwin especially this specific dealership, I bought a 2015 jeep grand Cherokee eco diesel from them (it is also back on their lot I see). Put a NON REFUNDABLE deposit on it then my husband and I took off to Fargo to get it same day which is about a 5-6 hour drive for us they did NOT disclose that this vehicle has an exhaust leak! So I told them I either want my deposit back or they can pay to have it fixed, they agreed to keep it fix it and deliver it. Long story short they DID NOT fix it delivered it to me tried to DUMP IT on me and then told me my warranty would cover it. But the issue here was that they did not fix it and my warranty should not have to cover THEIR mistake. When it got delivered I didn t even make it 5 blocks before it wouldn t go over 30 mph and the exhaust leak was so bad in the cab I could hardly breathe. I called back the salesman, eve, who delivered it and all he had to say was hmmm that s so weird I ll try to get ahold of my manager. I finally got a hold of a manager, no thanks to eve, BUT I tried calling the GM SEVERAL times and that guy would not answer or return any phone calls/messages. I did end up getting my money back however this was such a waste of time money and fuel for my husband and I and not to mention completely unprofessional and sleezy/scumbag dealership mannerism. I 10/10 would NEVER recommend going to this place to buy a vehicle they re just there to get your money and do not care about you as a person at all. Did I mention they weren t apologetic even in the slightest? Only mad that their plan to dump that vehicle on me didn t work. Absolutely pathetic. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We are from out of town and had an emergency with our Dodge. Not knowing anyone in town, we had our vehicle towed to Corwin. Upon inspection, they informed us it would be nearly $7000 to fix our problem along with a "take it or leave it" attitude.It was pretty obvious that our situation was being used to take advantage of us so I called around and thankfully found Skalicky's Auto Repair.I had our vehicle re-towed there and it was amazing. They fixed our vehicle, did a transmission flush and some other maintenance issues all for under $1000. SHAME ON YOU CORWIN DODGE.If your Dodge isn't under warranty, I wouldnt waste my time here.

Adam Torbert killed it and went above and beyond! He found a vehicle with everything I was looking for and stayed within my asking price. Very quick with his responses, and getting back to me in a timely manner. Super excited to be back on the road after a year with no vehicle.

I just want take the time and say how great Britany Williams was. She explained everything to us and took her time to make sure we understood everything and made sure we got what we wanted!!! We had a nightmare with Honda and Toyota so for her to actually help was amazing!! I will definitely be sending people her way!! If i could put more then 5 stars I would!!

Excellent overall experience!We live in the Twin Cities area and saw a vehicle on their web site and was really interested in late at night. Did the "Contact us" on the web site and first thing in the morning was contacted by Joey from sales. Joey was professional but friendly, and gave me good intel on the used truck I was looking at. I was impressed that he took the time to make sure I was fully informed before I made the commitment to drive 3+ hours to look at a truck. We placed a deposit to hold the truck and made the drive. The price they were asking was below "blue book" and was a very fair price, so I expected a bunch of "extra charges" when we went into finance to finish the deal. NOPE! There was a small (much less than expected) charge for the dealer paperwork and delivery, and tax + title of course, but that was it! Dawn in financing was also amazing, didn't try to push anything on us and got us a better deal on financing than I could get on my own. Before we left Joey took the time to explain everything on the vehicle and what the dealer offered "after-sale" and made sure all our questions were satisfied. What a nice guy indeed!Final word... I would definitely make the drive to Fargo from the Twin Cities if Corwin had the vehicle I wanted to buy. It was a five star experience for sure. Thank you Corwin for having such a professional and well trained staff!

Adam Torbert is hands down the best salesman. I m a single mom to six kids and I could not drive 90 miles to just do a test drive. Adam drove it for me and was completely honest about the drive. He even helped get one part fixed before it was purchased because he noticed an issue. He is trustworthy. On the way to actually pick up the vehicle, my friend and I crashed on the interstate. We were safe and determined to still get to Fargo. So, I called Adam. HE SHOWED UP! He drove an hour and a half round trip to rescue me, my friend, and her two kids. He didn t have to do that. He did it because he cares about his costumers. You will never go wrong trusting Adam with your next car purchase. I ll never use anyone else!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CORWIN CDJR OF FARGO!!!!!I am writing to express my outrage and disappointment with the appalling business practices at Corwin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Fargo. I was misled into purchasing a vehicle that was promised to be in excellent condition, only to discover that I was duped into buying a complete lemon.I vehemently urge potential customers to steer clear of Corwin CDJR! This dealership has not only sold me a defective vehicle but has also blatantly refused to acknowledge or rectify the pre-existing issues. Their complete disregard for my repeated attempts to contact them is a testament to their indifference towards the life-threatening dangers this vehicle poses to my family and me. It is abundantly clear that Corwin CDJR has no regard for customer satisfaction, transparency, or ethical business practices.The trust I placed in Corwin has been shattered. They sold me a car that is far from dependable, and I feel utterly deceived. The severity of this situation and its impact on your customers' lives and their perception of your business cannot be overstated.The vehicle has exhibited numerous defects and mechanical problems, which the dealership has failed to address adequately. My attempts to resolve these issues have been met with a shocking level of indifference and inaction. This experience has not only caused me significant stress and financial strain but also raises grave concerns about the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction and ethical conduct. Traveled 171 miles to see vehicle in person after several days of texting with them. Arrived on site and was immediately stalled by the salesman who required all personal information up front prior to actually seeing the vehicle. After providing "customer id" info, (for a vehicle that we actually were going to pay cash for) we were informed that after the hard credit pull, we would receive a list of cars they would be willing to sell us in a few days. Left the sales office and found the vehicle we were looking at on the lot (tucked away in the back) Condition of the vehicle was completely misrepresented. I guess when you own 90% of the used cars in town you make your own rules. Will NEVER consider the Corwin Group for any purchase again.

Bought a used durango from them. They way overdid the air fresheners, hiding them all over the interior to cover up the smoke smell. I specifically told two salesmen that I was not interested in a vehicle that had been smoked in. 2 days after purchasing the vehicle, it reeks of smoke, and they won't even return a phone call. Dishonest with no customer service, do yourself a favor and choose a different dealership.

I just bought a 2020 300 Touring L, wanted to see what the service department was like. I wandered around for 10 minutes, 5 or 6 guys, at desks, staring at computer screens. No even said hello, so left, with my impression clear as a bell.

Aug 2023, I had worst service ever! So bad, I planned to go to Fergus Falls jeep next time. Mar 2024, had an urgent check engine issue. I worked with David Gallegos, who was the absolute BEST!! His knowledge, attentiveness, patience, and communication made the whole situation a fantastic experience (not that vehicle troubles are ever fantastic)! He went the extra mile to ensure I got a rental for the days my jeep was in. He called me personally with updates rather than have stupid automated texts sent. He sat in the jeep with me to go over and ensure all of my concerns were addressed. He even washed my jeep before I picked it up. David is the epitome of great customer service and professionalism. I will only go back to Corwin Jeep in Fargo if I get to work with him. Thanks, David!

I brought my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for a transmission issue... it was shot and I was aware of it. Justin took great care of me. Transmissions were on back order and took 2 months ( latterly January 16 to March 16th) to get one. He kept me updated and offered me a loaner car at not cost. It was a long wait, but will always fan of them because how proactive Justin was to keep me updated.
