Amazing service! I went there a few months ago sometimes last year in 2022. Everything was explained to me perfectly for me to understand. I love the customer service they provided. Price was reasonable especially getting a whole new battery replaced. Great service! Brought my vehicle in for repairs and had it back the same time the next day. The gentlemen I worked with were friendly, professional, and communicated effectively. I feel confident that I have now found the place in Fargo I will continue to bring my vehicle for all its needs. First time experience. Came In for something simple as to get taillight changed, 5 mins later drove out with no problem and great price!! Definitely coming back for any and everything for my car!!

I have never been treated so well at a business as they treated me .Jason the manager took a wheel off his own truck and tried it on mine for fit as was a large tire and same as on his truck.Then they also tried one other size on also so I could pick what I felt was best.I have never had such treatment in 30 yrs of buying tires .Brandon their front desk guy was terrific too with all my questions. I found Certified Auto Repair about 5 years ago. Since then I've used them for a variety of services on a variety of vehicles. The entire crew is knowledgeable and personable; they really make me feel like it's my shop when I'm having service done. They do their best to meet your needs in a timely manner and I think their pricing is fair. From my experience their pricing mirrors or beats comparable shops in town. I've been in other shops over the last 5 years for service while traveling out of town or on road trips and I wouldn't trade any of them for the service I get at Certified Auto Repair. I ve been here twice. I appreciate the open communication and honesty about my car. They give helpful advice and timely service. They also followed up with me a few days later to make sure everything was working properly. They do great work! Highly recommend this place.

Amazing service! Called and got a same day appointment, and they even drove me back to my work for free while they looked at my car. They were able to find the problem and fix it that day as well for a really good price! Just one week ago, I had taken my car into a larger known auto company, and they missed the problem with my vehicle that CAR was able to find within 30 minutes of me dropping it off. I highly recommend CAR to everyone!

From out of town, my son's car broke down at night. Over night, I had the car towed to Certified. In the morning spoke w Jason. He made no promises, but did his best to fix it. My son was driving home w a fixed car at 11 am.Thank you! Highly recommend this shop.

I love this place. First off, the people are great and upfront about everything. The facility is clean and customer friendly, which is a far cry from a lot of places a person can go.I was fortunate enough to have my 4WD go out (front differential blew up) right before Christmas - with plans to head out of town this weekend. C.A.R. got me in right away, diagnosed the issue, let me know what it was going to take in order to get it taken care of - then executed perfectly to get my truck fixed. They hit the timeline they set forth upfront with me, and had me on my way.I highly recommend this company to anyone. Their professionalism and workmanship is outstanding. Thanks Team C.A.R.!

This is where you want to go for any auto service you need done. The staff is the best around. They are very knowledgeable and so patient. I am that "dumb blonde" that thought there was such thing as blinker fluid for the longest time and they were patient with my questions and explained in detail everything I needed to know. For once I didn't have to call my dad to see if I really needed to have a mechanic replace something they suggested. They showed me things I should be concerned about, gave me estimates for them and not once did I feel pressured to have anything what done outside of what I came for. Megan is great! I didn't catch the gentleman's name that also helped me but he's great also. And the prices are a steal for the quality and customer service! Long story short, pick this place.P.S. TIP YOUR MECHANICS!!

They are absolutely the best they always tend to go above and beyond and will always be my first choice for my vehicle to get worked on. Over the years I have had four different vehicles and all of them have gotten worked on here and every time I've been happy.

I m the guy that doesn t put reviews out there but I felt I needed to on this one. My truck was towed in at 2pm on Dec 23rd. My alternator had seized which in turn shredded my serpentine belt. They diagnosed the problem and were done with the repair same day to get me back on the road so I didn t miss my Christmas plans despite being extremely busy. Their communication with me was also awesome and very professional. I highly recommend this business for anyone looking.

I recommend Certified Auto to anyone who needs work done to their vehicle. I had issues with my Tahoe and they were able to get it in fast to look at it. They shared pictures of the issues to me while I was at work so I knew what they were talking about. Jason called explaining the issues and answered all my questions. They got the front hub and back breaks fixed with in hours and was reasonable on the price.I always feel like I'm actually being heard when I go here and I will continue to leave my vehicle in their hands.

Best place I've been to for my auto needs. Very friendly staff, as well as other customers. If you need something done go to them. Usually you need an appointment, but all I needed was so I thought a lightbulb. Turns out I needed another part as well. The guy came to me and showed me the part. Ordered a new one and an hour later it was done. Thanks for your service. I WILL be coming back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are great! I love that they text a link showing what's good and what needs to be replaced. Very easy to read and they take pictures of the parts so you know they aren't just making things up. Very professional over the phone and will go over what they feel needs urgent attention vs what can be held off. Oh, and I can't complain about their pricing. No names given here... but for what I needed done was $200 less than another mechanic.

Helped me find out why my check engine light was on! I m warrantied through another mechanic for my timing chain replacement and this other mechanic kept saying nothing was wrong with my timing. I then brought my car in to certified and within 2 hours I was told the problem was the timing and that the original shop needed to look at it. Saved my butt as that s not something I could ve diagnosed on my own and the original shop was no help! Thank you!Service: Engine repair

My car had been shaking when I drove it and the check engine light was flashing.. so I knew it couldn t be good and was stressing about where to go so I wouldn t be taken advantage of. I haven t found another mechanic in the Fargo/Moorhead area that I felt so heard and respected by. They took the time to really explain what was going on with my car and didn t try to take advantage of me by up-selling or fixing anything that didn t need to be fixed. They called me with a quote which was very reasonable for what was going on with my car and made sure I understood everything. Thank you so much to the guys at certified auto repair, I will definitely be back!

Service was very fast...staff was very friendly!! I had just changed my air filter 6 weeks ago (on my own) and they showed it to me suggesting I get it changed at $39.99. I suppose its their job to upsell... but I didn't think it was necessary. However, it looked like my vehicle had been vacuumed, which I didn't think ANYONE did anymore like the old days when you got your oil changed. I was very happy and will definitely be back! Thanks CAR crew!

I took my car to Certified Auto Repair for the first time in late April 2020. I work at FIBT and wanted to give a bank customer my business.The staff was great! Prompt, knowledgeable and very helpful. They changed my oil, rotated my tires, and cleaned my corroded battery.I didn t feel like they were trying to nickel and dime me for every little thing they could do on my vehicle.I am so glad I took my vehicle here. Thumbs up and highly recommend them. Go check them out!

I've brought my wife's Volvo XC90 here twice now. The first time was for a new timing belt in June. I called around and these guys sounded fair in price and appeared to know what they were talking about.First trip was great. No problems and we saved a lot of money compared to the dealer.Second trip was this week. I had ordered parts to do my own brake job but was having some trouble. I brought them the parts and they installed my new brake rotors and pads with no problem and at a good price. They work great too!Overall these guys have saved me two trips to MPLS to go to the Volvo dealer and a good chunk of change. I really recommend them and will be back when I have any other mechanical concerns.

I was in town for medical purposes with a family member when unexpected breakdown occurred I contacted certified Auto repair and explain my situation they got me in immediately and out the door within an hour and a half. Very professional efficient and reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone and if I lived in Fargo they would be my go-to place.

I am very impressed with their service on my vehicles! I ve been using CAR since I got my first car. 4 cars later and many years and they re still my favorite center! From oil changes to fixing my transmission there s no one I trust more.I especially appreciate that I m not constantly upsold something.
