John & Choung, the GM and mechanic respectively, are awesome guys to deal with. Courteous and professional.Went in needing clutch work and blower motor replaced.It was just the two of them working so I prepared myself for not getting it of there until the next day.Once they got me in the shop, Choung went right to work diagnosing my clutch issue. Ran and got the part needed, came back, installed it and had it done.Same with the blower motor. Checked it out, removed it (this truck has it located inside the dash so not too easy to get at).Went and got the new one and installed it.All said and done, I was out of the shop in under 3 hours.I was very impressed with their level of service and, if I ever need work done when I'm in the Fargo area, I will not hesitate to bring it there.

I came in to get some trailer lights fixed. They got me in within 30 minutes. The mechanic was super friendly and eager to work. The price was very reasonable and the service manager even offered me some doughnuts while I waited.Their location is excellent as it is just off the I29 in the same lot as the Flying J.Very professional team! I'd come back here anytime!

Stay away from this dump. Only one mechanic and you have to wait for him to finish road calls. The front desk guy is extremely rude, racist and unintelligent.

Please be warn, do not come to this place to get work done on your truck.The lady at the front desk is very rude and incompetent.I was charged $680 for 1 hour and 30 minutes to replace a wheel seal.I told the lady it only took 1 hour and 30 minutes to replace the wheel seal. The lady had the audacity to tell me no matter what, they charge by the book and not how long it took for the mechanic to get the work done. This is ridiculous.I was charged 4 hours for the wheel seal even though the mechanic finished the job in 1 hour and 30 minutes because I was watching and keeping time.I also got charged $580 for normal oil change.This is an honest review. These people are overcharging for a simple job.

Not to good wasted 3 plus hour's said maybe a bad relay.Went across the street took bunk ac relay off move it lights working took 10 minutes.1998 freightliner fld120 not easy to find a relay.The guy was nice at Boss shop so I give 2 stars otherwise 0

I had a starter issue just after getting fuel, walked in to the shop and spoke to the gentleman at the counter, he promptly sent a mechanic to check it out and the mechanic himself figured out the issue and resolved it within a short period of time. I really liked the service and the help provided.

Had a main power switch, on the batteries, lose it's mind at the border. Volvo action sent out a tow truck who got the truck running and diagnosed the problem! Volvo Action sent us here, to Bosselman Boss Shop, in Fargo. The shop had about 20 minutes notice I was coming. They pulled is in when we got here, tech had the old switch off before the manager, Clarence, was back from getting the new part!! We were in and out in less than 45 minutes!! Everyone was friendly and I was very appreciative of the service!!Service: Electrical

Just starting out on a long drive to Alaska, the battery light came on in our Sprinter campervan just outside of Fargo. We suspected the alternator, but all the service centers were closed for the night. We went to Boss Shop first thing the next morning and were given excellent service. They saw us right away and made every effort to get us on our way quickly. They diagnosed the alternator and even drove out to get the part for us. Service couldn't have been better and we went on to complete a 9,000 mile road trip with no further issues.

Nice people work here. Place was clean.The garage could use some work with employees training. Not there fault if they are trying and doing the best with what they got and being understaffed and under appreciated. If they don't get more employees and training this place will have problems.

New mechanic in there was less then cordial very unpleasant person to deal with, typically get PMs done there but other shops will take my money

Got told I had a 1.5-2 hr wait for a tire change. Didn't matter, had a shredded trailer tire. Got me in the bay 30 mins later and started shortly after. Didn't take long to get the new tire mounted and mud flap installed. Friendly staff.

Bankers hours! A super busy place and no mechanics? Boss shop owner here must be either independently wealthy? Or does not pay his mechanics! Money is running out of this place like a faucet left on! Don't come here if you need work done! Nobody's home!

Absolutely horrible service. They sent a non mechanic out to a road service and he didn't know how to work the equipment, He was a complete idiot, I seriously don't know how he ties his shoes. After I refused to pay because his equipment failed or he was too dumb operate it and the fact he was not a mechanic he called the police. they made me pay. Even the cop said he wouldn't want to pay, but it was the law he had to enforce it.At one point the dummy even said the he wouldn't charge me because of his equipment failure. When I asked him if he said that in front of the officer he said no. I called him a f-ing liar several times in front of the officer. Don't use these people. So to sum it up, a non mechanic comes to a road service, he's too dumb to operate his own equipment, he told me it was no charge then changed his mind, then called the cops and lied about that, had to pay for a road service he didn't perform any service because he was too dumb to operate his equipment. When I told the insurance company what happened they told me to send them the receipt and they wold reimburse me for an idiotic non mechanic.

When everyone else fails. Bosselman Boss Shop saved the day. No one in Fargo is opened late like they are till 11pm. Friendly service.fast repairs. Done with w a smile. Thanks Doug for helping me.

I was looking for a location that offered nitrogen to air up my truck tires and boss shop came up on my Google search. When I call they said they did not offer it there but the gentleman looked up a local place that did. Very helpful.

Go anywhere but here almost 800 dollars to replace 3 brake shoes! They charged me 47 dollars for a shoe kit that cost 16 dollars anywhere else and. ABSOLUTE LARCENY

Horribly slow....One mechanic working, 3 hours for a DOT inspection. I thought the TA was slow, this shop so far is the slowest ever!!! They pulled us in the shop, after an hour of sitting in the truck roasting, went to see how much longer, was told an hour...lol NOT!!!

This shop is on it. The staff is sharp and they work hard. They are very understaffed some waiting can be long. Also - This place doesn't take appointments, first come first serve! I will return and keep returning!

No staff or technicians even to fix a light was told to call after 6 and pay an after hours charge 2 hours at time and a half ( about $400) and maybe I could get the light fixed

Horrible customer service, young "mechanic" basically pushing you right back out the door with smarta** remarks and non employees laughing at what there saying. Will not recommend to any and all people.
