Recently my wife had posted a review of two stars. There was definitely some miscommunication. Matt, Kelly and the rest of the crew did an outstanding job on our daughter's car. They went out of their way to get it in and fix it in a timely manner, due to an upcoming deadline our family was on. I have checked with them in the past when I have had issues with my vehicles and they have always been upfront and honest as to whether they can or cannot address the issue. This is rare in today's society and should be admired. I will continue to take my vehicles to them for repairs they can address.Jon Minton

Went to Kelly and Matt this morning for Oil Change and Taillight Bulb replacement due to being below zero outside. Got me in at 8:00am and was out the Door in 25 minutes. Good Service, good people. Another Employee also brought to my attention that I have a Warranty Replacement due for my Gas Tank and Hitch. Nobody, Nowhere has ever made me aware of these Warranty issues. Will be getting them fixed for free at the Dealership soon! Try them next time!!

I brought my Malibu in for a few issues. These gentleman fixed every issue and when I was told what the charge was I was in shock. I expected double that and even tripple at places. I am so happy with the experience there I won't go anywhere else! PS bring glazed donuts!!! they love em!

I've been to BOSS Auto. a few times and had great service. This last time seemed as if no one cared. I'm confused. Maybe I'll stick with Auto Dr's on 12th Ave N, Fargo.

These guys went out of their way to help a friend of ours with a car he recently purchased that started throwing codes. They were very knowledgeable about what was wrong, and were able to get him in the same day and get everything repaired. Staff was very friendly, and answered all the questions he had. Price was awesome for everything they did. They don't try to talk you into something you dont need done, like many other shops I've been to. Now he has a place to go for all his car care needs. I was at Boss last week to get my power steering line fixed/replaced. They got me in the day after I called, got me fixed up quickly, and the price was very reasonable! The service was also great, people were easy to talk to, and no one pushed anything I didn t need (and believe me my 01 impalas got problems). Would definitely recommend this shop and return if (when) I need more work done.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I stopped in quick to see if they could look at my exhaust. They brought it right in, found the problem and had me fixed and out the door in under 90 minutes. I was thoroughly impressed. So impressed that I brought my car back the next day to have them do the front end work that I was planning to have someone else do. I stop by asking for some information about my check engine light been on.Dennis helped me and wow! I was impressed he explained things to me and showed me the problem. Order the parts and fix it under a week. The value price was 155$.. when other shop ask for 400$. I will never go else where. This is my shop jow!!! Blower motor broke on a drive to Fargo. They got us right in. Fixed the problem in a hurry and we're reasonably priced. Fantastic service.
